User-friendly and comprehensive!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate various campaigns, analytics, and contact information all in one spot. Plus, the HubSpot team is always quick to help with any issues I may have!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was possible to import emails from Stripo into HubSpot without having to add an unsubscribe button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing more comprehensive email marketing analytics, which has been a huge help in informing our campaigns.

Hubspot is an affordable and user friendly CRM with excellent customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is relatively simple to use and understand, but I want to point out that their customer service is top-notch. I call very frequently as I was a new user when my organization started using HubSpot. The hold time is typically minimal and they support people are super knowledgeable and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience and as I had no training in the beginning, I did call very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option where you could have unlimited contacts and not be charged per tier. Also, there are some challenges when you are one brand using Hubspot among a larger umbrella brand. The parent company always gets "first dibs" on personalizing the system for their needs. We explored getting our own Hubspot account for our brand , but it was not cost-effective. For example, all email fonts default to the parent brand style so I have to manually override every time. A small price to pay to save in the long run, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to automate marketing and reach people at the right time in the right place! Using Hubspot has allowed us to up our marketing game and reach our target audience, Generation Z much better! ALso, our emails and landing pages have a professional look and feel. That is mission-critical to our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly user friendly, it helps us keep our contacts organized in one place, we build landing pages through it, and form submissions are totally seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the customer service agents aren't all created equal. :) You'll get people who are clearly new or people who are experts.

Sending emails, building langing pages, collecting customer data

Powerful CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
You have all your business data and communications with clients in one place, so it's easy to update and follow up. Emailing campaigns gives you a great pull of pre-built templates but is not too difficult to create your own once you have understood how the system works. Also fantastic for companies with different brands as the dynamic templates will switch branding, information, and functionalities depending on the contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending an email to non-openers, it takes too many steps to do it, which leads to waste time and more margin of error when handling different contact data on different lists. Other emailing tools have the option already as a single button no need to re-upload contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having too many brands and a massive database has helped me to distribute the content to the right person with the right information and branding. Also, the workflows release the emails that we need at the correct timing to the correct client, this would be impossible to do manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The beauty of Hubspot is that can be as effective on a small as in a large business. However, migrating a large database has been difficult, not because of Hubspot, we realised that the data was not very organised with the previous provider so that makes things very difficult in the long run but with the help of our digital development team and a Hubspot expert agency we have being able to almost finish the migration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot helps us manage blogs from start to end: their publishing, editing and tracking analytics from views down to conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's limited flexibility in terms of how you can customize the blog template: from a development perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a blog site, which can be easily operated by Product Marketers with almost no experience of development and web design.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of building emails, uploading contact lists, creating lists based on contact properties, setting up complex workflows to automate marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports tool is hard to use in my opinion. I also find that cleaning up contacts can be a little frustrating. I also feel like the data insights I get are not super integrated/easy to compare and contrast unless two emails have been tagged to the same campaign. The A/B testing management can be hard to understand at times - like having to select a winner on a landing page A/B test before being able to end it. It was very frustrating using it for the first time, I had to get into contact with customer support to actually end the test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of being understaffed by creating automations within the Workflows to do some of the work for our team. We also love the NPS survey feature and how easy it is to get the data and feedback in one place to share with other teams across the company. I also like the A/B testing feature on the emails.

Simple, Intuitve and Faster

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to Set-Up my own Page and make it Responsive. Which is way better than asking a coder to do it for you. It's very simple and almost anybody would udnerstand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving the margin left and right is very difficult and Module actions could be added on the left panel as well. it would've been great if we could do mobile version seperately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating Landing Pages for both mobile and desktop and it's way faster, efficient and easier to personalise than giving it to a coder leading to less back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with HubSpot, the many capabilities, and the quality of the final marketing pieces developed within HubSpot's tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be costly to completely customize landing pages, etc.; however, there are great starter options available and the marketplace offers an abundance of design templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are endless - this platform completely leveled up our marketing game and brought continuity to our digital marketing assets. It's easy to create beautiful and responsive emails quickly. The analytics available help our investor relations team focus their efforts and streamline our processes.
