Hubspot Marketing gives you an advantage moving leads through sales funnel
What do you like best about the product?
The support is fantastic. There are multiple tools that allows use to acquire leads and move them through the sales funnel. No html coding is needed. The analytics are easy to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is so robust that it can seem overwhelming. You need to dedicate time each week to maximize its value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am converting a higher percentage of leads to customers. I can see which online marketing ads are working and which ones to spend more money on. Hubspot takes the guessing out.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform. I can communicate with as many clients/leads or one at a time. I can create marketing and drip campaigns which can also be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high. Due to other competing platforms, I feel that Hubspot could be a bit more competitive. I would also recommend a longer trial period because the software has a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving issues with lead management and lead generation. I can see/filter all leads from multiple sources with great success. This is a huge benefit over google contacts which offers limited options.
Central, easy to use, neatly integrated CRM for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's connections between properties (company, contact, deal, etc.) make for easy analytics, attribution, and workflows. Marketing campaigns are incredibly easy to kick off based on any number of parameters and give me a lot of flexibility in determining when/how/why I want to launch a campaign.
Additionally, Hubspot (mostly) eliminates the need for some of the standard marketing tools such as an email manager, social suite, list builder, and ads interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
Despite having the capabilities of tools like email manager, social suite, list builder, and ads interface. Hubspot's features feel extremely basic compared to some of the options out there. They are functional and cost-effective, but if you really want to do a deep dive into analytics and leverage those premium features you are used to, don't expect Hubspot to be a full replacement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized marketing tools make life easier. Having a Landing Page editor/publisher, social tools, email tools, list building, ads manager, etc. all in one place does make for an efficient approach to marketing.
Hubspot is the best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Hubspot the most. Even a non-technical person can use this CRM for their business or any organization. It's an open solution for established businesses or startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes expensive for small businesses. It should give some more features in the starter pack. The email template should be more flexible to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of Hubspot is that you don't have to go anywhere for CRM. It's an open solution where you will get CRM, HubSpot Sales, and marketing. I can schedule my social media post at my convenience through Hubspot.
Mkt Hub is the way to go
What do you like best about the product?
The ability that a company gets with automation is amazing and how it connects to everything else. You can create smart forms, smart CTAs on HubSpot, segment based on custom properties and use all of that on the automation to do whatever you need. And if what you need isn't part of HubSpot natively, there's a integration for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot could improve the Social tool they have, it's simply a "nice" feature but not really used in general because it's overshadowed by other social tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving processual problems and handoff. When a lead is sent to sales, and from sales to customer success. We've realized that building our sales pipeline on HubSpot and support tickets are giving both teams more context on the contact, so it helps to resell and it build more data at the end for the company.
User-friendly and simplistic platform suitable for any beginner in Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Email, Form, and Landing page builder which allows modern design capabilities for marketers without worrying about technical challenges. Knowledge of coding helps, but it can have an easy learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report building tool. This tool is very basic which lacks the scope of building a high-level dashboards for the C level executives or decision makers. Good to know that HubSpot is continuously improving.

Best All in one CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an all-in-one platform that helps me manage my everyday tasks whether that is related to Marketing, Sales, Contact Management, or Social Posts. I don't have to leave the console for anything at all :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes considerable time to implement effectively and train employees on the platform. However, we use walkthrough videos from HubSpot to train our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It features everything for all types of marketing needs, including an easy-to-use landing page builder, email automation, workflows, an Ads manager, social posting, and a monitoring tool. This allows us to delve into the statistics and figure out where we are.
Good for newbies, not for pros.

Covers many different aspects for a newbie.

Too few things you can do professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like this tool this is too easy for creating emailers, forms, etc, You can use HubSpot custom form code any HTML, and any WordPress website, this is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a workflow on this for auto responder emails that time all mails go in spam only this issue I am facing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many things in mailers and landing pages, We can create a custom module and add this in the mailer if you want something out of the box.
