Great Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and easy to set up. We were up and running on the platform within a day! We started with the lower level subscription to try it out and have loved it since then.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can get expensive pretty fast as you had and grow your database of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to automate our email campaigns and workflows. Hubspot lets you do that very well. It is easy to retrieve analytics performance on your campaigns.
Great tool for B2B SaaS especially in the early stage
What do you like best about the product?
I use almost the entire hubspot marketing suite + CMS. I like how everything can be easily build on workflows to achieve any goal and they consistently innovate and build new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is less customizability and folder organization options for workflows and landing pages. you'll have to be super organized so that it doesnt get too messy when you scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started with solving round robin issues and then the lack of CRM and then website migration. It has made everything marketing a lot more streamlined
Recommendations to others considering the product:
you'll need great organizational skills to keep things neat. i think it's great for a company that's just starting out and growing. it has pretty much served what it's meant to do for us

The simplicity and documentation that syncs with gmail.

Trying to find certain reports. Maybe have more how to's

The analytics how many clicks and did the prospect even open the email.
Great marketing tool for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The "Help" is awesome! Whatever doubts i have they just clear it and find a solution in 10 minutes.So I was able to learn very easily and get many leads by using the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag people in social media posts. The time is set to EDT zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing emails can be sent easily with automation.The workflows make the work very easy. I don't need much time to schedule campaigns . Now we get better leads and follow-ups can be made easily by using the "contact owner" field.

Their recent release has added a lot of AI-driven features that can help you segment, personalize the content. New campaign goal tracker helps you track the campaign performance. The ABC testing of emails gives you context of what's working.
Overall, we have been using this platform for years and it has made our marketing automation easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
They have addressed my previous comment by adding the text campaigns.

Very user friendly ad management and tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility for the lead tracking from start to finish. Also helpful to see the specific ad performance as well as the total organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the knowledgebase connected directly to the hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing ad accounts from multiuple locations is a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Linking third party messaging applications is not 100% straight forward as there is a disconnect when it comes to set up support.

I love how many options and features. Lately I have been exploring the workflows feature

The limitations. I have found some unreliable features and bugs. The team at Hubspot was helpful but not all has been fixed

So much is made easier with Hubspot. Automation and reduced manual labor is definitely a highlight.
A Great Asset To Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a fantastic tool for marketing... but the best part is the customer support team - my most recent experience with one of the team members went above and beyond my expections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when editing a webpage, you have the option to convert to html, but you CANNOT revert back to drag and drop once you make this decision, I would love to see this option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings when compiling social posts / scheduling tool for emails and dashboards are fantastic. I love how simple it is - and the HubSpot academy is also a wonderful addition.

You can dissect every action of a user to meet your objectives, set actions based on number of times a website page is viewed, a specific product page, integrates well with market place apps too.

Some limitations that are available only on the enteprise plan which is unaffordable for SMEs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating lists and nuturing clients based on different activities, takes a lot of the hard work and simplifies it for the marketing team. Symbious relationship with sales team makes it a breeze.
An excellent CRM which covers nearly all our marketing oversight and implementation needs

How there are so many aspects of our marketing and customer journey that we can track, manage and execute, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's quite as instinctive to use as it could be. The separation of deals and contacts can make tracking single customers a little tricky at times.

Customer acquisition, managing customer journey, enrollment, all of these functions are aided via our use of Hubspot
