An excellent CRM which covers nearly all our marketing oversight and implementation needs
What do you like best about the product?
How there are so many aspects of our marketing and customer journey that we can track, manage and execute, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's quite as instinctive to use as it could be. The separation of deals and contacts can make tracking single customers a little tricky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer acquisition, managing customer journey, enrollment, all of these functions are aided via our use of Hubspot
A platform that puts users first
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is paramount to platform adoption. The fact that Marketing Hub is so user-friendly encourages the team to use it, and the features it provides strip away the often unnecessary complexity of alternative platforms. Campaign management, lead tracking, and CRM integration are the top features - the CRM integration enables companies to share marketing data in real-time with Sales Teams which is game-changing. Automation rules, especially lead assignment and enquiry/browsing alerts really up the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to come up with dislikes for HubSpot Marketing Hub when we have made the decision to become HubSpot partners - such is our belief in the platform. As a relatively small (albeit rapidly growing) player in the industry it lacks the full enterprise integration features that competitors like SAP and Salesforce can offer, but as we like to tell our clients; it does what it does well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have brought all of our campaigns into a single platform, and are using our data in a more targeted way to better serve our customers. Time-saving for the marketing team and the convenience-factor for the sales teams involved in marketing events mean that we are getting out of it what we put in, instead of just a fraction.
Intuitive and easy to learn, while also offering depth.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn most parts and start working right away. Many good integrations - especially within marketing. CMS is simple, but needs work from a professional web designer to really convert good.
What do you dislike about the product?
No software is perfect and Hubspot could get better at, via API's, feeding offline conversion data or conversion data (when cookie tracking isn't consented) back to Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. There's also no way to delete form submissions you made yourself to test out that everything is working, thus making your conversion stats a bit skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How native lead gen forms on LinkedIn and Facebook are directly integrated and talking with Hubspot so that you don't have to do any manual work - really great!

What do you like best about the product?
Ads sequencing, workflow and automation and forms
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is difficult to personalize. The social media tool is not complete. We cannot reply to comment on the ads and we cannot monitor hashtags. I found, especially the social media part very incomplete to the point that we need to integrate with another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem is keeping track of users and work efficiently with the team

Good automation, poor social media monitoring
Its a good system and can be used in both marketing and sales, which I like
What do you like best about the product?
That I can send marketing emails in bulk, and have an overview of deals in the sales part
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some tecnical issues. As an example, linking/uploading documents both in marketing emails and sequences. Would be nice to just attach instead og link.

Our sales team doesn't have to spend hours sending offers to our clients, I can do that with 1 email.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing has been one of the most helpful tool for our marketing operations. We have been able to automate a lot of recurring marketing operations process with the help of workflows and lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks in some of the features, but Hubspot has constantly been working on rolling out the new features so that's the good part. Apart from it, they can further work on improving the analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using it as an email marketing tool and generating a lead. It also helps us to automate a lot of marketing operations processes. It helps with the analytics and many more things
Hubspot Social is so user-friendly and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is laid out really easily and simply, and it's really user-friendly and intuitive. I also like the breakdown of stats that you can see after you've posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't schedule carousel posts on Instagram, or polls/ articles on LinkedIn. I feel like all social features should be doable on Hubspot. This would be a great feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for our organic social, blogs, emails, all the different ways to get in contact with our clients and customers. The more we've used hubspot as a social scheduling tool, the better our content has performed.
The Rolls Royce of CRM and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need in one convenient place - marketing is so easy with Hubspot Marketing Hub. My favourite feature is being able to post to multiple social accounts with one draft :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities of Hubspot are endless... and that also means there's A LOT to know and click and use and understand... Maybe a design overhaul for increased simplicity could be considered?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm mostly fascinated with the socials tool and the forms tool. Both functions have been beneficial to us in several ways, including collecting internal information accurately and being active across multiple socials with ease.

Try it. Really. It's worth it.
slightly more than I expected
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's solution takes care of everything including blogging, lead nurturing right down to analytics. and Facilitates all the data collection you could ever want or need, to guide your marketing, and more importantly prove its value and ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it comes to open tickets and recommend from HubSpot helpdesk, it is slightly less efort than I expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not exactly fixed my problems. I just pretend it's okay :)
The inbound marketing done easly
What do you like best about the product?
That is intuitive, that I can make a lot of workflows, and from now on, my conversation with the clients, even if it is one to many, it can sound like I talk to only one person at a time. I love my reports and the fact that I no longer have to use Excel for my reportings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy because for some social media post, I still need to use the Facebook platform because, in Hubspot, I don't yet have all the features. But I hope that in time I will use only Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can see how many people I have influenced with my campaigns, and I can clearly see my ROI. And for me, this is the most important feature that they had delivered. Until HubSpot I needed a lot of excels and reports, and the info was not 100% correct. Now I can use that extra time to think of better campaigns.
