I enjoy how the HubSpot Marketing Hub presents things since it allows you to get the most out of your services.
The platform is simple to use and learn for users of all skill levels, and it will reduce the need for you to utilize several applications, allowing you to save all of your records in one location that you can access from anywhere at any time.
I like the HubSpot Marketing Hub's advanced marketing tools because they allow you to prepare and save lists of potential customers for any product or service you provide, then send offers to them via e-mail, as well as customize the HubSpot Marketing Hub and follow up on marketing campaigns and know the extent of their success, allowing you to develop a long-term marketing strategy. What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific, the UI is fine, but users require training in order to use the platform efficiently, and a lot more explicit tracking option for emails should be provided, so that it gives the impression that the messages have received as expected.

It allowed for the assignment of contacts, making it easier to communicate with clients based on their interests in an automatic manner via e-mail. Furthermore, the graphs and data you will receive will enable you to create plans based on correct guidelines.

I strongly advise you to use it, as the current stage and its subsequent developments necessitate having an expert platform on hand to help you compete in highly turbulent markets.

What do you like best about the product?
Hub spot marketing hub has so many features, I love that you can connect and integrate so many other tools and softwares like your social media accounts! It's really an all inclusive platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There really was not anything that I disliked while using it. Hubspot is specifically an inbound marketing tool; so I guess my recommendation would be to include an outbound marketing tool as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is A huge business problem the company solved while using this platform. Everything was connected and all in one spot. The performance a lot, and increased the company had alot of customer service support.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection internally between HubSpot's modules, AND externally with several different tools (Drift, Chile Piper, Zoom, Typeform).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some silos between 'companies', 'contacts', and 'deals' within lists and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us grow our business in an organized and systematic way. From bringing leads into the system through landing pages and content promotion to nurturing leads and closing sales opportunities.

I really enjoy how easy it is to use because of how intuitive it is and the capabilities it provides.

It's fairly expensive, but I think it's expected considering the quality.

It's a stronger CRM system than the ones we've used previously. It helps us manage our database and automate certain processes so we can be more efficient with our time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the interface, intuitive features to navigate, and all of the capabilities it hosts for us as a company to use to grow, scale, and market. Very pleased!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get lost within all of Hubspot's resources as support. I get a sense of overwhelming due to it, rather than an initial impression of support. Once I comb through and navigate, I enjoy the support and resources they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot Marketing Hub alongside the development and growth of our internal marketing department. It helps us become customer-centric and keeps us on track with our marketing goals. It helps us with our email automation growth that we were looking for after running into obstacles with our previous marketing hub, helps us with building landing pages, and also helps us with contact and lead organization and activity tracking. All of these insights are very useful and love the dashboard and reporting feature. We use that to display performance to the wider team at the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend taking some time to get comfortable with the large platform and all of the capabilities and resources that it has to offer. After getting acclimated with the Hubspot Marketing Hub, take some time to organize priorities, applicable resources, and use before executing on it.

Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a brilliant workflow. It's a powerful tool with great functionality. Of all the tools I have used, Hubspot has been the best one yet; it's easy to use and intuitive, and this makes it a winner for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending out emails, the time format can be annoying and takes some getting used to. If you want to schedule an email, it comes up as GMT+ X time.
In general the UX could see some improvement but this is something that would deter me from using this tool!

Got many clients by using Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Because By using Hubspot CRM, I can send emails or can run ads on the Online platform. Last year I got many clients by using an Email campaign on Marketing Hub. And It's free. So there I've no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see any option to send messages to my client or lead Cell Phone. if there will have an option or can integration to sending messages to cell phone, It'll be very good for me.

Normally I'm Using a Marketing hub to run an email campaign. There are many email campaign software but Hubspot makes it easier. Because There it's integrated with CRM and I got all in one service.

What do you like best about the product?
all you need to have a fully functioning marketing team, like emails, workflows, forms, CTAs, landing pages, blog, live chat, ads. It's great that you don't need to use multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
the SEO side is not as strong, hence the need to use external tools like semrush to plug the gaps. The social calendar is sometimes a big buggy. Analytics also not so strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a lean or a full fledged marketing team, it's great either way, saves time running around between different tools. As we use the full suite (CRM, CMS) it just makes sense for all data to link tgether
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is itself is user friendly, but sometimes the customer success team is quite slow in responding to you or even not too enthused about winning your business. But if you want to get up and running professionally, this is the tool to consider. Social, content, lead gend/demand gen all in one go. Customer support has been quite good, you can contact them via live chator email (which takes about a day to respond or faster).

The platform is very user-friendly and emails are easy to create within HubSpot. They have many different elements to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes when uploading a list there can be issues. The mapping might be off a bit at times.

Solving the problem of not having an email automation platform. We're now able to better communicate with our audience on a larger scale.
