Marketing Automation Simplified

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create campaigns and tie back their performance to sales dollars has been extremely helpful in justifying marketing spend. Great email templates and tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some initial training and work to understand how the Marketing Hub works and what all it can offer but HubSpot offers a lot of resources to make this process easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize account-based marketing techniques and have advanced reporting that is more accurate and detailed than we have ever been able to have previously. We are also able to more easily segment and target our customers based on certain metrics and behaviors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those considering the Marketing Hub I would recommend they also utilize the Sales Hub as the work best in tandem.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot An all-in-one inbound marketing platform that gives businesses the tools they need to grow their client base and sales, HubSpot focuses not just on providing you with the tools you need for effective marketing but also on providing you with an excellent education. On the HubSpot website, there are a plethora of free materials aimed at helping you become a better marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to access all of the capabilities you need to simplify marketing, it's a costly tool. This implies that unless you're OK with the minimal features of the "free" or "beginning" service tiers, this solution might not be ideal for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us all-in-one inbound marketing solutions to gain valuable insights into each level of the marketing funnel. Closed loop reporting makes calculating of your inbound strategy a breeze. CRM software that is available for free.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and has a ton of extra services to use for new marketers and seasoned marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive quickly and unless you are on the higher priced platforms you don't have a ton of flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and customer journey tracking to help close sales. The benefits are that we see where our customers are at in their journey more concretely.

What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is simple and more straightforward.

Solid knowledge base articles and customer support are the best with which I have worked.

Report and Analytics are significant advantages that helped us to solve so many puzzles.

The features like Forms, Landing Pages, Contact/ Company filtration & segregation, Workflow, page views, contact activities, and Google/ Facebook Ads all in one place, which is what helped us in significant ways.

To measure our success on marketing campaigns we completly rely on HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using HubSpot for almost a year. Until now, we haven't had a dislike. The only part is that Pricing is a significant concern for us as if we need to use certain features (Specifically to use custom coding in forms), it asks for an upgrade. At certain times they have "add ons," which helps but not at all times.

Moreover, other than pricing, there is no dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data insights were a big issue for us with multiple CRM, Sales, and Marketing tools. After moving to HubSpot, we had all in one place, which saved our time and helped us filter our contacts to deliver personalized marketing campaigns. Also, Ads allows us to run campaigns in Google & Facebook and measure the campaign success easily.

Contact behavior, Email analytics, sales activities, deal closures main features that solved our major problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I can have access to all the information of a contact in one place, manage my sales and complaints, and the HubSpot Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are beginners on the platform, it is a bit difficult to handle at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Email Automation coupled with optimized landing pages. In addition the flexibility to create templates and connect Social Media adds as a benefit to the marketing team to consolidate everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences that are in Sales Hub should also be enabled in Marketing Hub. Cost per contact is also high. Overall Marketing Hub cost is high for emerging markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails, newsletters, SEO content pillars, landing pages, templates, chatflows, common inbox, integrated ad managers across multiple platforms - all in one place is hugely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how workflows for email drip campaigns are so easy to use and how our marketing team can have all our marketing activities in one place (emails, landing pages, content, blog, workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly for our demand generation and ABM campaigns. We can run multiple campaigns in parallel, targeting different segments and leveraging different nurturing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI that's simple to understand and follow.

Strong integration capabilities with CRM systems like Salesforce as well as other tools in the marketing stack.

Goos customer service and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization options. There are a few irritating and unfortunate limitations in some features,

They do not assist in migration during onboarding.

They can roll out new features faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a central platform for all marketing related data. We use hubspot to run email marketing campaigns, integrate with LinkedIn and Google Ad platforms for reporting, and integrate with Salesforce to form a unified single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is the ability to manage all marketing initiatives all in one hub. We manage email campaigns, social media posts across all of our channels (including the scheduling of posts), website forms, website chat, and website analytics all in one place. It's also great you can customize reports. The reports play a big role in our marketing and sales initiatives.

The HubSpot support team is also fantastic if you have a question on how to do something. You can easily chat in and get an answer minutes later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the open rate is calculated is different than the previous solution we used. Our open rates have been a little bit lower with HubSpot. On the flipside, though, HubSpot provides email health tools that provide suggestions on getting higher open rates which has helped with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us streamline our marketing initiatives. The social media tool has been big, allowing us to schedule posts for all of our social media channels right within HubSpot. Before HubSpot, we weren't able to schedule posts out and we had to manually post on each of our channels which was time-consuming.

We are also saving a lot of time using the HubSpot email platform. It's very user-friendly and easy to put together good-looking emails. The emails look very professional and it helps with our brand identity when sending out emails to both clients and prospects. In the past, I have spent hours putting together an email to try to make it look nice (this even involved going into HTML code!) HubSpot has been a huge game-changer.
