Great for collecting Contact Info, hard to scale

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for holding customer information. Could build lists effectively within the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to scale over time as list folder management is not where it needed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly updating customer information and collecting their interests. Tried building lists over time which allowed us to send communications to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes everything marketing EASY! It's a great tool to host your website, create landing pages, forms, lists, and even manage your social media and ads from Facebook and Google. The list goes on! It's truly a five-star marketing tool. Easy to learn. Great Customer Service. They never leave you hanging! You truly get what you pay for when you purchase Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is great for your business marketing. There is honestly nothing to dislike about this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B Landing pages for advertising make it easy to see what works and what does not work. Hubspot creates reports for you that show which landing pages are getting the most traction, etc. The best part is - it's all in one spot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out - you won't be sorry!

What do you like best about the product?
Task management is key for my job. Having the ability to create and get notifications keep my day from snowballing. The integration with gmail and tracking activities seamlessly has been a huge thing for my team as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a feature that disallowed duplicate companies from being made as it has cause some minor, but cumbersome hiccups in my outreach to prospects. Aside from that, it's been a great CRM!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see and determine which prospects are opening emails more helps me fine tune which contacts are the most appropriate going forward. I know who to reach out to as well as who wouldn't need further outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and natively connected with Sales and Service Hub, which helps a lot the interaction between areas and departments
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to add at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team is able to quickly turn on/off market campaigns and the forms are valuable to get prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about HubSpot is the constant updates and new features they provide on a monthly basis.
Most CRMs are very static and HubSpot truly is on a different level.
Customer support is very much like Amazon's: the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot is not prioritizing specific product requests from users. Some of them are extremely helpful and are not being taken into consideration at all.

It should be a little cheaper for Higher Education Non-Profit entities like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm taking Automation to a whole new level.

No more repetitive tasks and time wasted.

You get the whole picture of how the business works.

Everything is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate around. Has great insights and analytics. Woudl highly recommend if thinking about using a CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in built calendar feature could be better.

Staying organised when reaching out to prospects. Can track all I have done and set tasks for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub has a brilliant Social Media feature, that attributes all social media efforts to a single campaign. Web and landing pages are easy to manage and there is very nice documentation for the product, that gives you a deep understanding of what you are doing.

A comprehensive SEO tool, allows you to monitor the SEO status of your page. Gives very nice insights even to those who are not deeply experienced with SEO.

Nice addition to Hubspot CRM. I am working with this tool for a long time, and it is never disappointing. If something is wrong - you can always contact customer support, which provides very accurate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending emails is not always transparent - sometimes you cannot really understand, why one or another contact is not getting your email. Campaign cost attribution is something to be improved - there is no real saying now, how much money did one spend to acquire a lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, Social media, and Contact management and attribution. It is easy to manage contacts, audiences and distribute messages easily. Marketing Hub has a very nice methodology of nurturing leads, which was implemented in our company - and it really works!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implement hubspot to your company only using certified partners. Make someone a dedicated owner. Ask a lot of questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very good, and features plus integration are easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; there have to be some performance reports templates. We have tried to integrate this with zoho, which is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All marketing activities can be monitored on a single platform and website leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to help keep track of your clients and market to them. You have all the analytics you need to track things at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop style for creating landing pages or emails is very clunky. You have a hard time customizing them to fit your needs. Plus, there is not a lot of templates to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to centralize content and clients between our sales and marketing teams. We are starting to see the benifits and business has increased.
