Great email marketing platform cheaper than mail chimp
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it offers all in one dashboard and that it comes highly recommended by marketing colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing. I haven't used it long enough to really get in the nitty gritty though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financially smart way to run email campaigns and other marketing campaigns
HubSpot is not as flexible as we would like and is very expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to consolidate various marketing programs under one centralized system. Social posting is much easier. Contacts stored with interaction history.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create quick landing pages without using templates. Not being able to get detailed reporting with upgrading the product. Product is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the number of programs we are paying for and using HubSpot for some of the our lead nuturing.
HubSpot - Solid hub for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, social media integration is key. Also, the email maker is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the social media integration was a bit more thorough. More robust analytics and the ability to tag personal acocunts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the hubspot social calendar to plan out social media posts has taken many of the hassles out of that process. Having email templates is helpful as well.

Take the time early on to fully understand the features before jumping in
Pretty solid ease of use within the HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of this site when it comes to content creation. Everything needed is pretty user-friendly for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like that sometimes there are glitches with the site where I've uploaded or made changes to content, but those changes, for some reason, are not reflected once I hit publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to maintain our site and the content uploaded in one central location. We are also able to send emails and maintain our social media presence all within the marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use. We manage all of our marketing automation functions on the platform and it's helped us take our marketing efforts to a new level. They have excellent thought leadership - they are our go-to reference for content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not the fault of HubSpot but we use a different platform for our CRM. It is difficult to integrate the two platforms, which makes it a challenge to obtain all the customer analytics we would like to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email nurturing, lead scoring, content strategy. We have used HubSpot's model of pillar pages and cluster content to develop marketing campaigns and the platform helps us manage our leads and stay in front of our customers.
Removes the Complexity from Marketing Automation - Anyone can use it!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to set up and use. Unlike other paltforms (like Marketo), you can be up and running in a week! We love tracking everything and having our sales team us a simple CRM is a bonus... everything is trackable and reportable through one place

What do you dislike about the product?
Their Landing page builder is awful (sorry Hubspot). They have improved on it over the past few years, but I wish they would just acquire someone like Unbouce... We are heavily hindered by this builder.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of early adoption and easy to use with little to no training
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to figure out the best way to scale up. When looking at needing additional features like surveys or NPS automation, there is a gap in straightforward process adoption and very little information what those look like before committing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total client visibility and relationship management is easy in Hubspot. We have a single source of truth for all customer engagements. scoring engagement across email, social media and web traffic
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is way more intuitive than other cross-functional CRM/ marketing tools. Trialing is easier than others we have tried. I recommend for any business needing to start out and scale as needed.
Great for Marketing tasks, campaigns and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create workflows to reduce the high volume of low-value administrative tasks within Marketing and Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create looping/repeating workflows is a huge roadblock for us automating even more tasks.

Business efficiencies and streamlined customer journeys.

Very user friendly and makes it easy to follow up with projects and keeps tracks of all the emails you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont believe this is a Hubspot limitation but sometimes because a certain company is within a different group it is not possible to view the contact. I believe that was an issue with my company settings not hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things organized and being able to view all projects within a team. Being able to easy review past interactions for a client that may have been dealing with a previous rep.

1) Customizing the attributes takes a long time, and I wish, as per the industry, they should suggest attributes.

A good tool to automate your marketing needs. However, it would help if you had some expertise when you use the tool.
