Best place for all in one marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best CRM for marketing available in marketing, I absolutely love everything within Hubspot. They have the best customer services, and the all-in-one hubspot marketing hub lets you manage your leads, your email campaigns and helps you to grow your business
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only flaw i can think of the prices of hubspot, it is a bit expensive if need more than 20000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to grow our business with lead nurturing and lead generation programs, we have discovered that Hubspot marketing hub can act as a CRM which can help us set up different workflows for marketing automation and then grow our traffic. We have also build landing pages for our website to direct traffic from our emails, the account based marketing of hubspot has been the best for our company. And using the social media posting feature which has helped us eliminate other softwares and stay with Hubspot to use everything in one.
It is extremely user friendly and very affective
What do you like best about the product?
The CTA's that can be created and tracking UTM URLs. Also, the SEO topic clusters that can be set up and then the optimizing suggestions on blogs articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
When implementing my blog content, it takes a while to update, and using the font tool is not really to scale on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the topic cluster system and the analysis platform to better my content. making analysing my data much easier.
Best marketing software ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is pretty comprehensive as far as the reporting is concerned. Helps us find the right attribution for our leads and further reports them in a very lucid manner. It's pretty insightful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in time. Given Hubspot's pretty comprehensive, it can take some time to get a hang of things. But it makes sense to invest that time to bring the best out of the software.

Easy to use, lot of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX updates and the newer layouts. It's easier to find what is needed and the improvements to knowledge base are much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'e continually had issues with our reps. We had one leave the company and didn't even know until their email bounced back. I would appreciate better, more regular communication outside of sales cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email marketing and client communications. We are using it to build custom landing pages for events as well.

Make sure you have enough time to learn the product before launching

The functionality with workflows and marketing automation is just amazing, I use marketing hub on a daily basis for various tasks. This is a full-stack marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike with Hubspot's marketing hub. The only negative thing I would say is Hubspot support can sometimes be lacking with response to tickets logged.

We are solving all our marketing needs with marketing hub, from landing page builds with the easy page builder, and marketing email builds with the easy drag and drop email building tool.

The user interface is straightforward to use.
The data dashboards are excellent, and integrations with other third-party software are good (i.e. Google Analytics)

Some of the marketing automation capabilities are limited and not the most effective solution for our purposes.
The product could be better if it had better integrations with social media chatbots and messengers (i.e. the WhatsApp integration is a bit clunky).

HubSpot Marketing Hub provided an all-in-one solution for our marketing efforts and reduced our dependency on third-party tools.

This is an excellent system to use for smaller organizations.
Larger organizations that require more sophisticated marketing automation workflows may be better off using other tools that provide more advanced features.

I enjoy the simple to use interface and customizable options for editing fields & the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to scale as our company continues to grow. I can easily see the software being unusable as our database grows.

We solve the problems of using multiple software to accomplish all of our marketing goals. The Marketing Hub provides a holistic view in all Marketing KPIs.
Hubspot is not a panacea. It is not intuitive. You will need weeks of training.

The product is creating more problems than it is solving.
Great 360-degree tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and the many features Hubspot offers. It took me less than a month to create efficient workflows. I can monitor my Advertising campaigns and manage newsletters all in one tool. Hubspot really is THE marketing tool. All the training material is useful and customer support fast enough to give help.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do so many things that sometimes it takes a little longer to get to discover all the potential of the platform, but I am on it! :)

I automize and track in a fast and easy way. Hubspot is a smart and easy platform. I just love it!
