Hubspot is all-in-one solution for the marketing Automation.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best Automation tools that I have worked on. It is better than Marketo & have more features than Salesforce Pardot. Finally It's the all-in-one solution for the marketing Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some template editing features and replied threads cannot be managed in marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated most of the marketing things including Newsletters, Social Media etc.
A bit of a learning curve; but great when you get used to it.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link forms into lists, and subsequently populate into a workflow.
There's also the automated email and sequences that are very useful for automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
the learning curve. It's can be overwhelming when getting started; but a minor issue if you ask me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time expendeded on manual sending out email or collating forms for analysis; What used to be a 2 hour process is shrinked down to about 15 minutes of active work.
Hubspot Marketing Hub has made life so much easier as a social media coordinator.
What do you like best about the product?
The social scheduling feature and how easy it is to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally glitches when switching between different accounts on the social calendar view - it may show that there are no posts scheduled.I just refresh the page and it is fixed so it really isn't a big deal at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of scheduling content has improved, this gives me more time to focus on the quality of content and therefore our stats have significantly improved.
Look no further, HubSpot has it all, miles ahead of Salesforce and all competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Support is by far the key with HubSpot. 24/7 human support both on calls or chat. They are there to help you fix all the issues and answer all the questions you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Anytime they are behind, they are fully aware of it and launch an update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising my database and helping sales manage their pipeline
Powerful Marketing Automation combined with ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Quick workflow creation, modular templates for landing pages and emails, contact database segregation through a multitude of filtering parameters
What do you dislike about the product?
Features like end-to-end live chat, calendar functionality being add-ons.
File / asset download data not available unless you're viewing CTA performance.
Time-of-day email performance data not available.

Time-of-day email performance data not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing lead flow, lead scoring, marketing drip campaigns. Hubspot is extremely user-friendly, and turnaround times are pretty quick when you know what you want.
Very easy to use, extremely simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly one of the best things about HubSpot is that it's easy and simple to use. Very easy on the eye UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little more faster in loading but honestly that might have to do with my Internet, rather then HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majority of the problems I've solved have been very simple things that I wish other CRMs did. The benefits are as I've said above very easy to use so alot more work gets done.
Intuitive, easy to get running, but some limitations with reporting
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it incredibly easy to launch landing pages, forms, store content, and build automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is limited (we've ended up building our own dashboard outside of HubSpot), and it's easy to accidentally skip steps when building workflows (although it is easy to clone other workflows, to help you avoid this).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate lead routing and nurturing of leads, which saves us time and optimizes the prospect's experience. It's also made it easy to handle compliance issues (GDPR, etc.), which is critical in our industry.
A robust, intuitive system bogged down by piecemeal implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is at its core a Sales and Marketing tool. In most cases, it does this job phenomenally, allowing users to easily track their current sales and communication efforts. The system is fairly intuitive to use, and the Chrome extension makes it easier to work out of one's inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Hubspot has a fairly consumer unfriendly business model where each of their "products" is its own separate entity that needs a separate subscription. Even if you only need one feature from say the Marketing platform, you're expected to purchase a costly yearly subscription for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales/marketing efforts tracked and centralized.
Great Tool for small to mid-sized marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of publishing content (landing pages, etc)
Email integration with templates and snippets
Great templates and design editor capabilities

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and dashboards are not intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used HubSpot Marketing Hub at several companies to create integrated marketing campaigns. This is where HubSpot excels - it allows you to quickly and easily streamline marketing automation tasks, create landing pages, and link them into automated campaigns. Your team can quickly and easily develop new campaigns for different segments, then track results, with features like A/B testing readily available.
Hubspot does most things ok
What do you like best about the product?
- Good all-in-one solution
- Prospects tool is handy for identifying high intent
- Visibility over Facebook and Linkedin ads in the platform
- The Target Accounts tool (from a sales POV - IMO marketing should have the same level access on this as sales, without an additional paid seat)
- Reporting does the job

What do you dislike about the product?
- Often, Hubspot feels like a jack of all trades but master of none. IMO, this is the price you pay for having an all-in-one system.
- The workflow between some tools feels very underdone. For example, you can set a chatflow up to activate when a user clicks on a CTA, yet you can't set up a CTA to open a chatflow, and there is no decent workaround for this.
- Their email, webpage and landing page builder has a terrible UX (we use Unbounce for landing pages and Ghost for the blog)
- Hubspot sells its Target Account capabilities as an ABM tool for both marketing and sales, yet marketing has no visibility over the ABM account details unless they also hold a paid sales seat. If Hubspot were genuinely interested in solving this problem for users, it would not require a marketing user also to have a paid sales seat to be able to view target account information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us execute on our day-to-day marketing activities to support our content-led marketing strategy. It saves us time (in most instances) by having everything all in one place.
