Awesome Data Cruncher
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, with an obvious flow of data and format. Hubspot took a lot of data and crunched it down into manageable, bite-size pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be confusing at times, especially when different clients used different variations of SQA, MQA and so on

Crunching huge amounts of data into one easily viewable graph or table

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and powerful for a marketing professional. It is also easy to get new team members onboarded. There's a lot of personalization that goes into it if you want to do it that way, or it's simple to send an email with the drag and drop tool. Customer support is also very quick to get back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for you to A/B test in workflows. This seems like it is necessary in order to really make sure your workflows are performing well. I am not sure why this has not been implemented yet as it is seems like a highly asked for feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to convert our visitors into members. Through our emails and segmentation, we have been able to make impressive gains and also reach new milestones in our business.
A very friendly and easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is extremely user-friendly. It was various tools like forms, ads, marketing automation, email marketing, custom reporting. And even creating a whole website, blogs, and landing pages is very easy on HubSpot. Apart from this, the customer support is very prompt and helpful. In case of any issue, if reached out to them they are always there. This is perfect for all types of enterprises and even startups too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email-marketing, managing all the campaigns in one place, UTM builder, campaign landing page creation and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make landing pages. I also use the automations and they are easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I do not like.

Landing pages can be customized and easy to clone.
Love the newsletter tool! Overall, the Marketing Hub is great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the newsletter tool. We use the templates and drop icons to build insightful newsletters for our subscribers and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Social and SEO features were included in the standard plan. At least with some limited data. They are so crucial to a business, but not everybody has the funds to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track our cost per contact from our Google Ads. As well as work on our customer acquisition and retention through the weekly newsletters.
Love that all my campaigns and touch points are on one platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create landing pages, email campaigns, forms, and paid campaigns in one place. I can also use a tool for calendar bookings. The chat/ help button is terrific - great support! I have been moving my clients to Hubspot and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly marketing and sales automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I love it! No complaints whatsoever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get all my FB/ IG campaign results and leads integrated onto the platform has been a game-changer, especially with FB's IOS 14 update.
Great marketing hub, fantastic email design tools and easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use email designer makes dragging and dropping text boxes and buttons an ease and a pleasure complete with all the branding I could want or need. Shared images library is a massive bonus for those of us sharing resources across countries. The automation of marketing emails is phenomenal and the level of analytics available within the system is outstanding. I've got 99 problems (at least) and HubSpot is solving a great deal of them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest challenge at the moment is simply the onboarding of new team members while still in a period of growth and change within the system. It's a bit difficult to have something set up, half train a team member and then change it again but I believe the dedicated training and onboarding teams within HubSpot would help solve that problem.
The email designer being a drag-and-drop method is great for ease of use but can become restrictive and cumbersome if you have a particular design in mind that HubSpot cannot meld to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated marketing emails have allowed us to establish an immediate supply of branded and well-presented information to a lead while they are still red-hot, increasing our suspect-prospect conversion rates and the quality of leads handed on to the sales team. The higher-level analytics allow upper management to easily identify contributing factors and pivot their strategies more readily to keep these conversion rates high. Once our audits are complete, we will be using HubSpot Marketing Hub to amalgamate our regional marketing to one base domain and have all campaigns running directly out of the account with full visibility and accountability to those users and upper management where needed.
Great tool that's constantly improving!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible support is, even if it's just a super quick question! It's so helpful to know that they're there if you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting, specifically email reporting is not great. We can't even get a basic report with chosen emails, open rates, CTR's etc. That is extremely basic and other less developed platforms offer this,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything consolidated in one place is excellent. It makes it easier to collaborate and organize.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has great email building and tracking that help the team learn what clients are interested in. It's easy to see what works and which ideas don't work. Clients are easily tracked across multiple team members, and tasks tie clients to team members so that no one is left out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is spendy if you're a small team but is worth the investment. Access to some of the really helpful services like workflows is behind a substantial paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hubspot, our email marketing was in the dark. We didn't know what our clients really engaged with and what made them unsubscribe. Now we know what kind of emails perform the best, what services get the most engagement, and how to track client interest.
Comprehensive & easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is soo intuitive. It's very easy to figure out where to go setup campaigns, manage contacts, or handle your social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an email template that looked like you were sending emails personally (like right from your Gmail)

We use HubSpot for our marketing automation and pair it with salesforce. it's a great tool.
