Have been using hubpsot since two years, its UI & UX is more user friendly/

Dashbaord and the metrics which offers is good

Need to increase the custom template which is available for us to use.

We have been using marketing hub for communicating product releases & for lead gen activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it helpful that all assets can be tagged with campaigns for reporting purposes. It's really amazing how much information you can track about contacts, companies, and staff when configured correctly. It is such a powerful tool in a very easy-to-understand and use package. If there's ever something you don't know how to do, there's probably a help article about it or a great answer in the community forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so expansive and powerful, it can be challenging to get everyone on board with using a lot of the capabilities properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tying multiple channels of lead gen, CRM, planning, CMS, and support.

It seamlessly integrated with most of the tools we use and also automates most of our work.

There is not much flexibility to change the rules of the way data is store and form styling is not up to the mark.

Speak to the chat feature if you have any questions. They are so prompt and will have you using the hub very quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all the tools & features needed for businesses to manage their leads and customers. Their tools are relatively easy to use and there are resources available on the platform. Their customer service team is excellent and is always there to help and solve even the silliest questions we have. It's also easily integrated with other tech stacks which makes my job 10x easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations to building a comprehensive dashboard report, but this can be easily overcome through other available tools on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing our prospects down the marketing funnel has never been easier. Hubspot makes it easy to send emails and communicate to our leads in different lifecycle stages. We're also able to segment them based on different properties such as revenue, job roles etc. The sales team are able to easily manage meetings with clients and prospects. Our team uses HubSpot on a daily basis now and it's our holy grail!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HubSpot makes it to create, revise, and track content, all in one place. The more I learn about HubSpot's integrated tools and dashboards, the more I feel in control of all my marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'd like more advanced features than are currently available to me. Or if they are available, I'd like them to be more apparent. Sometimes the online help I consult doesn't match what I'm seeing in my account, so I get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me stay organized and track the performance of all my content. This is huge, and I really don't want to use another tool because everything is centralized in HS.

The Marketing Hub makes it easy to manage all contacts, emails, campaigns, automations, and data, allowing teams to see both the macro and micro view of your marketing efforts.

Reporting and creation of dashboards have a bit of a learning curve for new users.

We are re-engaging with leads in the middle of the funnel using the data points collected and recorded in HubSpot, allowing for more targeted campaigns and easy tracking.
The best marketing tool for teams looking for flexibility and execution speed
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity to connect website pages, CTAs, email automation and social media. It is flexible and easy to use, making it the ideal tool for small teams looking to leverage their marketing efforts.

The reports and dashboards are not flexible enough. I still prefer using Google Analytics for most of my analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scalling our website creation, and the tool is simple enough so all the team can create and edit content. Anyone in the team is also able to create and send automatic emails to lead segments.
