HubSpot is the greatest tool for any kind of marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the straightforward interface, which is highly intuitive and practical for marketers like us. However, I believe it could be enhanced by natively integrating more complementary tools and reducing reliance on external resources. Additionally, it’s commendable that you’re already incorporating AI into your suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can enhance your business by finding an accessible, robust model for small enterprises, since it’s pretty expensive. Moreover, focus on improving your positioning among large companies, as they prefer Adobe’s Market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The administration of email marketing and website is straightforward with HubSpot. Besides, we have a lot of information in the same place to make intelligent decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend a lot because you can analyze the best practices according to your expertise and industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that saving templates is simple and easy to use. I also like that I can do all my social media and sales content. It's a pretty good platform overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that email functions (like columns) don't work for blog. I wish there were more customizable things and that if I want to create a blog from an updates newsletter I have to completely recreate the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for everything from sales to marketing. It's great to house everything in one spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for a startup. It hosts so many things at once. You'll be able to do quite a bit without a ton of effort.

Easy, intuitive marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is pretty intuitive- no weird naming conventions or strange processes that are proprietary to Hubspot. It is designed in a way that makes it fairly easy for marketers of different backgrounds to learn how to employ marketing automation. I took the Hubspot certification course, and it provided a solid overview and understanding of the Marketing Hub. I appreciate that I don't have to be a graphic designer or an expert in email marketing to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to get more data about email deliverability beyond bounce rates- how do we know that our emails are not ending up in a spam folder? (I've looked at the knowledge base, and it mostly focuses on best practices for design of the email and becoming a trusted sender)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me understand what emails are being read and what type of content is most valuable to my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can create unlimited landing pages for all of my different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot tag people or do live hashtags within social posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems would be the limit within the social media posts. For example, you can't post carousel posts on your grid.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive functionality: email campaigns, landing pages, blog, social media posts, advertising, web forms, pop-ups, Salesforce integration, analytics. Easy-to-use intuitive application interface means I can figure out a lot of things on my own. Excellent online training and support resources are available for getting new team members up to speed and for diving deeper into learning discrete functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app would support social media posting like it used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're speeding our marketing and building everything from a common base of customer contact data, calls to action, etc. Our implementation is still relatively new and our sales cycles are long so I haven't been able to measure ROI yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have no regrets going with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I used Pardot in a previous position and this is far superior. Consider how you will handle social media posts when away from your computer, as HubSpot doesn't currently support this.

What do you like best about the product?
Without HubSpot my emails will not impact all of the public I need to do incredible HR's events! All the lists and filters that we can do approve my chances to be more assertive in my communication as a marketing analyst. And, because of that, I can make different copys to a multiple numbers of public segmetantions. In this couple of months during this last quarter I acchive more than 30k leads from my events with HubSpot help and without this tool it won't be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be nice if we could copy and past a list of emails on "Excluded lists". Sometimes I need to excluded some contacts direct on my emails and I need to do one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me with everything about communications and make me more data driven on my marketing decisions. I can follow each media and utm that is envolve on my events promotions and decide where I can put more efforts. In this couple of months during this last quarter I acchive more than 30k leads from my events with HubSpot help and without this tool it won't be possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to use HubSpot Marketing Hub to make best and quick decisions for your campains! In all my marketing experience HubSpot was the best tool, that hellped me the most during my tasks. I my last 3 experiences we implement HubSpot and it changes all ways to do marketing :) I am so grateful.

Hubspot is a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
WORKFLOWS!! Before I upgraded to Marketing Hub, I used what features I could to communicate with clients and prospects, but workflows are a game-changer. It's less manual entry to have to endure and less overwhelm with missing little details about a client profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with an automatic email going out due to the learning curve when originally initially setting up workflows. The capabilities are so vast, I had to experiment to see how certain things flowed.

CREATING MORE TOUCHPOINTS with clients and future clients with automated messages.
