What do you like best about the product?
Allowing me to organize my marketing campaigns as well as automating it

If you don't really dig into the product you may miss features

Allowing me to reach my leads and customers more effectively

Email Workflows - its great to create automated Emails

Not sure which Hub the conversation bot belongs too. Really frustrating that a conversation uses 100 credits.

Saving time and seeing what works with AB testing

The hub provides a wide range of marketing tools and features and HubSpot constantly iterates to improve and make the UX better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features switch hubs, so unless you pay for Content Hub for example, you may suddenly find you can’t access some features. This doesn’t happen often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality and reliability, as well as sending marketing emails to the right people at the right time.
Good for basic essentials to get started, but lacking depth and breadth

There are very limited functionalities especially in reporting, email and workflows

Everything is easy to use, find, and the support is great.

Sometimes you have to go down a rabbit hole to find what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HS for several years and have enjoyed all the growth they have had over that time. It seems they are constantly evolving and working to implement and incorporate new features that customers actually want. They listen and adapt accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few basic features in the email editor that seem like they should be available but arent. Limitations on padding for example is one. Also basic link tracking on landing pages being non-existant is very frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Markting automation made easy. We can do a lot more with HUbspot than we can do with other tools with less expertise.

This product will help our marketing and campaign planning by keeping us all in the loop in a cohesive manner
Dynamci, user-friendly marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Really powerful marketing automation solution that makes it super easy to build landing pages, send out automated marketing emails, understand audience behavior and more - and it's getting better all the time. I'm working in HubSpot daily and it's always easy to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many negatives - sometimes new layouts or product updates take some getting used to after developing a routine from a previous version but it's always pretty intuitive once you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us automate our marketing campaigns to reach the right people at the right time.
Very easy to use and has updates regularly.

The user friendliness to it and how it continually adapts to the evolving market.

Not everything can be separated between brands under one account.
