Great inbound marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
"The best part of HubSpot for me is that it is a one-stop-shop. In other words, my team and I are able to easily create website/landing pages, blogs, newsletters, send mass email marketing campaigns, and report on all of our efforts on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are discrepancies in the reporting I see on HubSpot compared to Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating more website traffic and turning that traffic into qualified leads
Hubspot is easy to use and great for automating workflows

The easy and flexibility of quick email templates.

list management with multiple contacts using same email address.

automated workflows in our business are a must. We've had great success with lifecycle marketing.
My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been great since my introduction to it.
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the user-friendly interface that makes it easy for new users to adapt to a new program. The processes are streamlined and efficient and provide all the necessary tools for showcasing your creative communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the triggers don't allow for the proper criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation - hands down. Hubspot Marketing Hub takes the manual labour out of sending individual emails, scheduling follow-ups, and an assortment of medial tasks I would otherwise not have time for.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do so much with Hubspot but I enjoy being able to have automatic workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish navigating and changing contact features was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of trying to decrease manual emails. Contact tagging has significantly helped with that.

Regardless of your skill level, this product offers intuitive marketing solutions for your company to execute strategic digital marketing campaigns—complete with data integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without some type of training for some parts of the product, it can feel overwhelming to a new user. Thankfully, they provide a free learning tool to assist.

Reaching our customers via email, creating custom landing pages, integrating programmable chat bots on our website, contact storage

What do you like best about the product?
Supports our needs from marketing to sales to support. We keep adding more functionality as we grow and have migrated several services to hubspot to save money and conslidate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app on iOS is pretty low functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for managing leads, scoring leads, and are going to start using it for landing pages. Main benefit is consolidating all leads in one place.

I like how easy HubSpot is to use and how helpful it is for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tool had more templates out of the box for web and email content.

I am solving the problem of managing marketing automation and campaigns and the tools make it easier to do that.

I would recommend others try it out and see the value for themselves.

The sales reports are really complete. I have everything I need within my reach

The CMS tools are really bad. Working with hubL is the worst

HubSpot, a great tool for landing pages and overall website and workflow construction.

HubSpot is a very integrated tool that lets you create a website from scratch, is very customizable, and connects with a significant cluster of marketing and sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few issues with how the blog is customizations, but that's about it.

Promotion of the business website that allows great SEO score that leads to more leads.
Simple, effective, and good delivery rates
What do you like best about the product?
I've used tons of CRMs and email tools over my marketing career. Hubspot is the simplest and most effective by far. Easy drag and drop editors. Simple ways to pull audiences together. Simple schedling.

Missing some powerful targeting and SMS. Interface is a bit dated - could use an upgrade to modern standards.

Delivering marketing emails to my client's customers' inboxes. Generates great lead nurturing and conversions.
