Great platform for our marketplace

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub works very well for most of our use cases - from orchestrating large consumer marketing email marketing campaigns as well as data-intensive, account-based B2B campaigns - we use Hubspot as our central marketing database and CRM system and have had a lot of success orchestrating campaigns on the platform. Our account support team at Hubspot is first rate, easily the best support among the many SAAS services we use. Even though we're a bit of an unusual customer for them, the Hubspot product team keeps adding features that we regularly adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
A good deal of services have integrations with Hubspot but I do notice that often they do not - I think their integration team could focus more on driving more integrations. Also I find their analytics/reporting to be unintuitive and a bit old fashioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer marketing, account-based marketing, marketing customer database, CRM, workflow automation, customer support.

Robust tools and design features for managing non-profit contact/donor database.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact tools are great, but what really stands out are the email tools. The data and analytics are excellent, but the design capabilities are far superior to other CRMs that our non-profit has tried. The contact management, listserv options, and integration with google suite have been outstanding.
The forms design and integration are solid (not flashy, but highly functional). Overall a quality CRM that is more user-friendly than some large competitors, but not cut-rate or lacking in tools like some more basic or economic options. Would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new contacts, the window/view is unnecessarily complex yet leaves out key contact info items. Similarly, some of the fields that one would expect to have drop-down options do not (e.g. the "state" field, once the country is selected). This complicates maintaining a complete and accurate mailing database, which are still commonly necessary tools for non-profits and fundraising efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management - which includes both a large general contact component and regional volunteer lists. The design tools are stellar for general newsletters, fundraising efforts, etc. The ability to integrate with google suite and share user capacity with lead volunteers in our organization has helped reduce our systems use from 7 unique (and outdated) software tools into 3 (Hubspot + google suite + donor/accounting software).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone in the market for a modern CRM with robust toolsets and great customer care, Hubspot is worth the investment. Even though it's targeted as a sales/marketing CRM, we have been very happy with the user experience as a small non-profit. The primary day-to-day benefit is the quality of design tools for emails (that, and the analytics you get on said emails). The forms tools are equally strong (though Hubspot should consider drop-down menus for address info - states).
Consult with the Hubspot team, bring in your key user groups (for us, a team of lead volunteers from around the US) and get a full tour before committing. The learning curve can be moderate, but the outcomes have been stellar. We have found it to a valuable companion to our donor software and use of google suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up cool features on your website, like the bot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a lot of features that make it difficult to understand all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented a chatbot on our website, we improved our contact forms, we love our new blog made 100% on Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Support Center! Useful and really helpful with all our doubts!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly is; I built our blog within it; it makes posting and retrieving analytics excellent! It's also phenomenal for managing social and contact lists. Big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything, it sometimes takes some time to learn the platform, but I will say the customer service makes the learning curve easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are centralizing our marketing efforts and getting clear analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of developing a blog with proper H2, H3 formats, input pictures and media and then share to social and through emails (including workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be issues with saving metadescriptions and sizing of images don't save. Otherwise, excellent!
