Easy Use, Tons of Content
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot customer service is amazing! They are always fast to respond and fix the issue every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have been so happy with HubSpot, they make my life a lot easier and everything we need is in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our whole team on the same page, and it is also very helpful to have the assistance of the HubSpot team when we need support in marketing or building products out.
An Intuitive and Powerful E-mail Marketing Service
What do you like best about the product?
As a professional sports organization pushing out messaging from multiple different user names to segmented audiences on a daily basis, one of the most helpful aspects of HubSpot is the User Interface and ease of us in using the software. It's intuitive, easy to use but powerful in its capabilities, and if I ever have questions, the Support Service is quick to respond, and the Knowlege Center is a robust reference for all of my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being on the move a lot given the nature of our business, I would like to see a better mobile-friendly option for some of the more basic tasks, such as scheduling or un-scheduling an already-drafted email, or editing copy on various Landing Pages we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having success with hyper-personalized Sales and Marketing efforts given the tracking technology and segmenting tools HubSpot offers, and the best part is that all of it can be automated via Workflows!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand that HubSpot Marketing Hub can be used for not just E-mail Marketing, but also as a Content Management System and for Social posting.
Easy to use and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's very self-explanatory and getting started is very easy. It's also easy to learn how to do more within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are more challenging to figure out. It's hard to fix issues if you use a different platform to a CSM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to generate new leads and understand their journey to conversion.
HubSpot is a Marketer's One-Stop-Shop
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a fantastic platform. From small companies who are just starting out, to large global ones needing to market to various people - HubSpot does it all. When first getting started, it can seem daunting (as with any new software). But HubSpot does a fantastic job at easing your anxieties through required onboarding with a HubSpot specialist and offering a completely free, and regularly updated, academy with hundreds of courses for every role. As if that's not enough, they also offer a conference every year, INBOUND. I kid you not - this is one of the most valuable conferences you can attend as a marketer, sales rep, and/or leader.
When HubSpot does something, they don't do it halfway. They do a great job of listening to insight and opinions and out of the 3.5 years I have used it, I have only had 1-2 negative experiences with customer service reps. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help and submitting a ticket is the easiest in their platform.
From bulk scheduling social media posts, to segmenting contact lists, to creating workflows for lead nurturing, HubSpot does it ALL and empowers you to constantly get the most out of their software through continued learnings, community boards, and easy-to-access customer service.
They really help make us look great as marketers and helps leads get the most out of their experience with our business. If you invest in HubSpot, and I mean truly invest your time, money, and patience, there is absolutely zero doubt in my mind you will get every penny's worth (plus some) and see ROI within one year. I am that confident (and in love) with the software.

Although there aren't a ton of downsides, I'd say one of the two I have, is the typical one of having to learn new software. It is tough getting to know their system because sometimes things feel hidden or buried in places when they shouldn't be. But after some trial and error (and a lot of utilization of the search bar), you will definitely get the hang of it.
The second downside is the constant updates. Now don't get me wrong, I love a good software update as much as the next person - it's important to invest in a software and company hat's always improving - but sometimes the updates come unexpected and where something once lived, is there no more. Luckily, as marketers, we're pretty used to adapting (thanks to Google's constant surprise changes), so I trust you'll still always found your way. But if you don't adapt as quickly, the customer success team is almost always ready to quickly help you locate what you need (as well as communicate with their development team any issues or dislike of the change).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped make my life easier as a marketer. With the easy-to-use automation software, I can focus my time on bigger and better things such as emails and blogs, instead of having to manually do things anymore. As a one-woman department at my company, handling all of the marketing for North America, I genuinely do not think I would be nearly as successful if it wasn't for HubSpot Marketing Hub. The automation tools, easy-to-understand reports, and SEO tools are unmatched in my book. So while I can trust my workflows are properly nurturing my leads to their next lifecycle stage, I can actively work on SEO suggestions, content marketing, social media scheduling, reporting, and creating lead generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their free trial and consult with those who have used it before to see if it will actually be a good fit for your business. Also, if you don't plan to actually invest you (or one of your employees) time to really learn the ins and outs of HubSpot, then I would wait until you do. If you don't invest the time and energy into learning the platform, you won't see any ROI. But boy oh boy when you do invest into it, the ROI is unmatched. So take advantage of the required onboarding, do the homework, and spend time learning the platform and taking the HubSpot Academy classes. That's how you'll truly get the most out of the platform.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and vast amount of options for automatization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things from a functional point of view that are missing (like the option to create month and year only property, add survey questions to regular marketing emails and deals properties not working for smart modules) but overall very happy with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart modules are quite helpful to confirm customer details before we proceed.

The automation and ability to hit every important touchpoint of the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall very satisfied! Would eventually love to see more integrations and training.

Hubspot great overall marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place that your would need for SAAS marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tries to do everything, which creates some difficulties and issues with reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales CRM, email marketing, landing page creation, website hosting, and reporting.
Work smarter, not harder
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of seeing most components of my marketing stack in HubSpot. Email marketing, SEO, paid ads, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email metrics can be difficult to access and track - an exportable, pivotable CSV would be much more useful to me than what is available in UI metrics and charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a huge CRM has been a great bonus. Being able to segment people along their journey, set goals, and track performance has changed the game.
Fantastic system
What do you like best about the product?
It's clean, simple, easy to use but also has great customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get the feeling a lot of it is "hidden" from me by an administrator. I wish it was clearer when parts are hidden. Also, the social media reporting isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of SEO tips and tricks are built into the system, which has made our social messages better.
