Hubspot is an awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines my processes. I can manage my emails, site, campaigns all on hubspot. Easy to track too

More customizations and Flexibility can be done

Tracking traffics, automate workflows. It's convenient
Excellent way to communicate with customers
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting metrics for email are fantastic. I love being able to see not just the open rate, but also how my audience interacted with each email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our internal and external communication comes from HubSpot. This allows us to see how many employees are paying attention to company updates through email.
Good overall marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, does provide some valuable insights as to traffic, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website building tools are clunky at times. Reports are not clear and difficult to interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of issues with website building, as the Marketing Hub makes it difficult to tailor my pages the way they need to be. Partly this is with website setup before my time, but getting support has been unhelpful.

Marketing Hub has enabled our team to create, track and analyze content in one central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the formatting function was less constricting.

We are able to create new landing pages within minutes, develop and execute on our content calendar, publish newsletters and e-blasts, all while collecting user data to help make informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Everything is located where one would think.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find error locations.

All of your marketing materials, such as blogs and emails, are located in one space.
Hubspot Marketing is a Wonderful Tool for Any Business!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of Hubspot is amazing! Their customer support is amazing as well! You cannot go wrong with using Hubspot for your business! It is the best!

I have no found anything I dislike when using Hubspot Marketing for my business. It has been a real gem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to host our website. There are no real issues. The benefits are ease of creating a landing page, making lists, forms, ads, etc! It truly is an excellent tool for any business. Very easy to use as well!
Easy to Use for Teams both Large and Small

Easy to coordinate with various team members across departments.

Landing page templates are not user-friendly.

Marketing efficiencies are found when using HubSpot Marketing Hub. As a small team it is important to make sure all efficiencies are realized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and how helpful customer support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few additions I'd love to see like adding top engaged contacts from emails to a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily track and change lifecycle stages between users. This has been very beneficial to see all the notes and email tracking under a user.
Easy to use marketing software, ideal to be used alongside the CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a few marketing hubs in the past, and Hubspot ranks very well alongside them. Very simple to use (where others have not been so easy), and it mainly integrates incredibly well with Hubspot CRM. As you would expect, the two go hand in hand. I find it very easy to build new marketing campaigns and new audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design aspect of the building new emails and campaigns leaves a lot to be desired. I find it quite clunky and difficult to design exactly what I am after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was more than happy with the existing marketing hub we were using; however when we moved CRM to Hubspot it just made perfect sense to move the marketing hub too to achieve maximum clarity and efficiency between departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may be worth hiring a Hubspot specialist who knows the ins and out of the design and content management aspect as this can be quite hard to grasp.

The paid features can get expensive. Templates are challenging to modify.
