Best Lead Management Website
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the best products for lead management systems.
While entering the leads all you need to do is enter the company website and it automatically fetches all the information of the company such as the total number of employees, linked id, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major things to dislike in HubSpot, well I could suggest creating another pricing plan where people with a lower budget can also use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a brass export-import firm based in Moradabad.
We create a lot of leads that are hard to manage manually.
Therefore we use the LMS of Hubspot to manage leads and convert them using various features of Hubspot and one of them is scheduling automatic emailing.

the landing page builder and workflow automations

id really like to see more SEO tools built into the product itself, rather than going to other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quickly spinning up content landing pages (ebooks, videos, gated content, etc) we've seen a much more efficient process to quickly generating content marketing efforts to get more leads

Easy to automate emails and tasks, nice all in one space to manage multiple campaigns

Slight learning curve to utilize the platform effectively

Automating campaign enrollment mostly, though the automation could be scaled up
Absolute Worst Customer Support Ever!!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Great follow-up from the sales rep named Vajra King. But when I actually needed his support, he was not remotely helpful. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disgusted by the customer service. I spent over $10,000 to access the CRM software. I hired an admin assistant referred to me by Vajra, who also was not reliable to complete the project I paid him $1000 for. I also referred HubSpot paying clients. HubSpot will not be there when you need them. Absolute horrible company with no moral code. I will never recommend this company to anyone I care about. I will refer my enemies to HubSpot so they also get ripped off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems were solved. But they did take over $10,000 from me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use HubSpot. They mislead you and don't help you after they get your money. Hubspot is a horrible company with no integrity.

I like that you guys separate the different types of pages making things a lot easier

Some themes do not run too well as advertised. Also, it's hard to set up a google domain.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and all capabilities offered within the product are above par. obviously, as a platform company, they lack depth for some products to a certain extent however they do make up for it with perfect sync and easy use well-developed package. CRM features and the all in one feeling is practical and makes execution easier as you can manage most of your marketing activities including reports and other analytics from one place. Automation is great and allows you to create an engine for all your tiring workflows such as lead reach out and follow-up, auto remarketing funnel staging, reach out tasks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a platform that offers everything to some degree however lacks customization and depth in fields like analytics or SM and Ads Management. You can do a lot of the basic and mid-level marketing management through HubSpot alone however you'd rather use your Ad Platforms or Social Channels to manage and execute these campaigns rather than the provided ads and social media management tools within Hubspot. Also, conversion data and traffic analytics are a little off for my experience, regardless of if I used the inherit UTM builder or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've unified all our marketing and Sales data at one point and use Hubspot to automate all of our business processes. We also use Hubspot to build our funnel, sales, and marketing reporting.

We're HubSpot partners for life - the software and company are invaluable to our company and our clients. The Marketing Hub is an integral and necessary part of lead generation, capturing, and reporting.

The pricing is a bit too high for smaller companies.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us with lead generation and capturing, management of customer data, vetting submissions before they reach sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot gives you one central location to access all your marketing tools. Whether it's building out landing pages, scheduling social media posts, or tracking leads, HubSpot has it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be pretty daunting at times since there are a lot of moving parts. However, they have an excellent community and even better training. The training not only covers HubSpot products but also covers digital marketing topics as well. And the training is free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, a lot of products were not integrated with each other, and I had to use a multitude of resources. Now I have one central location for all of the tools that I need.
Not good if you are a small business - enterprise clients only
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great if you have a marketing person who can manage it for you. It is incredibly easy to use. However, if you are a small business, it is too big and unnecessary for what you need - despite what the slick sales people tell you!
What do you dislike about the product?
BEWARE THE AUTO RENEW! I missed that the next payment I made would extend my contract for another 12 months. The invoice was disingenuous and didn't CLEARLY state that this was the case. Read the fine print of your contact because if you change your mind, they are not forgiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy email and landing page build but too big a system for a changed business thanks to covid and now they are sending me broke insisting that I have signed up for 12 months without realising.

What do you like best about the product?
We absolutely love how seamless hubspot is and allows more than one admin so we can review all marketing items before pushing it out to the public!
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike the price, with adding on different features it can get a little pricey.

We are solving how to time management our marketing information and also setting times for emails to blast out!
