You can do so much with HubSpot and it integrates well with other software

There is a bit of a learning curve and the integration took a while.

Easy, but powerful!

What do you like best about the product?
There are several powerful tools when it comes to HubSpot. One of my favorites is the ease of using workflows. When working with vendors, it's easy to auto-populate fields to relate to the appropriate campaign and program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things with the workflows that could still be improved. For instance, you can not use a tracker url as a trigger which creates additional unnecessary steps to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to get useful and insightful data of where our leads are coming from. We're also hosting our blog via HubSpot and it makes it easy to see where our incoming traffic comes from as well as the success rate of different programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The lazy loading built-in dev feature, alongside their analytics reporting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to search for broken internal links pointing to a dead page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track goals on a granular level in terms of commercial intent. Which then gives us better channel insights for our marketing campaigns.

Go through their CMS training material.

- Almost all of our marketing needs are contained within one ecosystem
- Reports make it easy to see successes and failures

If you build a list of people you cant pull in fields that are on the company.

Ease of use, solid product, very straightforward workflows

Additional products, while low-cost, are add-ons.

Marketing automation, email, lead flow management, lead nurturing, landing pages, etc.

Purchase some additional support hours for your implementation, especially if you are integrating multiple platforms.

Great CRM with powerful features for marketing and sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
The tool provides some essential features like customer CRM, pipeline management, candidate management, exit popup, landing page builder, forms, email workflows, etc.
We used it for multiple clients and managing multiple accounts is easier with a single login. SSO logins work smoothly without any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not very intuitive and looks old-fashioned. The support sometimes takes 4-5 days to respond and reverts with irrelevant answers. Multiple follow-ups are required for solving issues. Analytics and reporting features needs improvement as all combinations do not work as expected and are difficult to operate. Need flexible filters to add metrics as required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, sales management, lead management, website form tracking, and building landing pages that convert. The filters in CRM are good and useful. We managed multiple accounts with single login and clients were finding it useful to enter the inputs regarding the sales pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a good CRM tool for small business and medium businesses. Best feature include landing page builder and exit popup.
