HubSpot allows for less experienced marketers to get the job done easily and efficiently!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows you to make custom website landing pages and e-mail marketing blasts with just a few clicks. Less experienced marketers can navigate the software with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the landing pages should be more customizable, depending on the industry using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to stay in contact with our customers and provide them with current Ford or industry-related information to help with their research or purchase decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
We heavily utilize the marketing email function and send out messages to our current clients and 'hopeful' clients. We send out our monthly newsletter using this software, and it is a massive upgrade from previous services!
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is expensive, although it has the functionality we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and shared editing software for marketing emails and templates. We can all log-in and work on versions of our emails simultaneously without it messing up the final version.

Utilize tasks in combination with the marketing hub for easy implementation and accelerating team projects.

What do you like best about the product?
An elegant user interface, integrations, connection with Salesforce, the design hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lackluster, although the Lists tool is flexible and fast.

Very effective, yet simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the design of the platform because it made me feel that I wasn't in some boring software that makes me not want to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked is that sometimes when I have multiple contacts for a single profile, they don't all show and I have to exit the page I'm on to look at them. There should be a scroll option if there are more than 4 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to work very efficiently as a team. I know what all of my co-workers are working on because things are very organized through this platform. I don't have to worry about micro-managing specific tasks for my co-workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to look at all of the options available for this platform, our company uses the basic subscription. But I know we want to look more into everything else that HubSpot has to offer for our Marketing Team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HS Marketing Hub due to its wide range of integrations+ Zapier making everything so functional. Hubspot is such a love brand mostly for marketers because of its content. It's one of the best places to always have an eye on to be 'up-to-date'
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Ops-wise, UX could be better, and I still experience some super minor bugs. Like the changes not showing even if the menu shows 'saved'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We literally do every marketing activity on HS, newsletters, Landing pages, Social media posts, Customer onboarding. Everything seems smoother and more user-friendly than some custom-crm's and some big names out there which requires technical consultants to build up.

Easy to use. The user interface is easy on the eyes. has some nice integrations.

Limited in capacity, hard to find what you are looking for sometimes.

Hubspot gives us great insight into our user activity, content and ads attribution and contact management. Support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We noticed that the email delivery rates are much lower than the tool we previously used.

Good reporting to draw conclusions from the data.

For a one person business, HubSpot offers many tools for free. It is great to be able to keep everything in one space.

I haven't found anything that I can say I dislike enough to include in a review.

I can keep all my contacts in one place and keep track of the emails that go back and forth between us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the email marketing platform, which is easy to use and provide real-time analytics which helps our business to grow and flow further. It helps us in creating targeting lists and emails which eventually helps us in sorting our customers and sending them customized emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most problematic thing I came across is the direct pages,, and thereare no such options at Hubspot which can land you to the dplainpage. Also, it doesn’t work well with all external software, especially surveys. These are few technical things which can easily be resolved by upgrading the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working at HubSpot is way too easy than any other software because its interface is user-friendly, and there is nothing much hard in software, which a non-tech user cannot understand at once. Also, the dashboard is highly customizable; we can track and monitor all our social media channels and campaigns.
