What do you like best about the product?
Creation of Landing Pages and Email Marketing 100% customizable quickly and easily. In addition to the ease of connecting social media holistically and their subsequent analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been a HubSpot user for 5 months and I still can't say there's anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of unifying the technology stack in an agile and simple way: Landings, Forms, Video, SEO, Social Media, Chat, Bots...to attract and convert more leads. Web traffic analytics, ROI...that facilitate decision-making and the identification of pain points and bottlenecks. In addition to saving time on tasks, more focused and systematic teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use; everything is in one place (email and CRM).
What do you dislike about the product?
Email design functionality, especially on mobile, is sometimes a bit clunky. I'm not sure how reliable the tracking metrics are for email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have everything in one place, email, sales pipeline and CRM.

Integration with other platforms. Specially text blast and email blast.

Price based on the amount of your leads.

You have all clients in one place and you can target them based on location

What do you like best about the product?
The idea behind hubspot marketing is very valuable, everything all on one platform. The execution is a different story (see dislike).

I do however like how you can create linkedin audiences from your sales funnels, and also create well designed marketing email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of setting up involved, nothing is fully fluid/integrated - always missing pieces. The workflow is not very well explained, many filters/triggers that we could sue are missing. Few export features to capture the audiences, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to have everything

What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in one platform. Contains a lot of information about the contacts we want to market. HubSpot enriches it with some more information of its own for the company, allowing us to personalize the outreach the way we want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow for a lot of customization. We've had some troubles in using this for ARR and Net Dollar Retention metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering all the relevant data in one place, and helping us nurture them better. HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to have the personalization we want to have, and we have been able to go really granular to give our contacts a great experience. Our engagement is also up 30% from before!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great value for money with some really powerful capabilities to store your contacts' data, enrich them with insights and use in outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to follow up. I wish that the follow-ups would update and you reschedule and didn't have to refresh the page

seems to be a lot of technical problems that cause a problem during the workday and interrupt workflow

being able to reach out to potential clients and see if they have opened my emails is awesome.
