Easy to use solution that does the job!
What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot Marketing Hub, it is easy to manage all our marketing activities (emailing, blog, landing page, ads) even if we are a team of 2 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be pricy if you don't differentiate marketing contact from non-marketing contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, I can be very productive while sending the right message at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is not perfect, but the customer service makes up for it! I have never experienced such AMAZING, ATTENTIVE, & FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
What do you dislike about the product?
the attribution modeling has flaws and hubspot is NOT the source of truth, but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in hubspot, the workflows are VITAL to nurturing contacts through a proper marketing funnel.

More rigid than I'd like but great CRM overall
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great, the aesthetic is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features we'd like aren't yet available. Emailing to 2 addresses on 1 contact etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing to prospective clients and potentially interested customers

Ensure you think it through to create the correct infrastructure from the beginning
Effective to use and very simple to follow up and access

The movement I can track of my how my marketing is being received by my target market. The fluidity of the entire system. The simplicity of navigating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas I have to click back rather than having a smaller window to view

Direct marketing is great which helps me understand who of my target market is a better solid lead to follow up and reach out to more impactfull

the UI is really good, string functionality and lots of potential uses of workflows and the wider marketing hub

I think there is a lot of simple things that would make using HS so much easier, for instance better back end set up and standard properties

Data management has become super easy due to WF's

For growing businesses looking to develop their teams and staff internally, this is a great tool
Hubspot Marketing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send emails, website updates, social media posts, and ads all in one place is a game changer. We were using multiple services for these tasks and they were not as efficient as hubspot either. Hubspot has made it a one stop shop for everything
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of downsides are that some of the information can get lost in the 'fluff' of information on these pages. There is a ton of information that isn't always correlated correctly throughout the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits have been that we are able to easily track our marketing outreach on all fronts. No need to be switching between 5 or 6 windows on my computer to get things done efficiently.

Lots of insights and i love the integration of marketing and sales in one hub.

the email integrations can sometimes cause problems with Gmail.

Customer outreach is a big problem being solved and we love the integration piece.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the UI of the hubspot. Its neat and clean. The reporitng and contact management is awesome. There are more than enough filters to get to the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution reports for marketing and sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ads integration and tracking is really helping us and it give us the exact report for our dollars spent.
Hubspot is user friendly. I learned how to use it for social media fairly quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social analytics report hubspot provides across all social apps used on the program and the comparison data it provides. It's useful for marketing, planning, and campaigning
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot post multiple pictures to Instagram through hubspot :(

The analysis tool is helping our collegd reach our target audience and engage with them by analyzing what content is beneficial based off of data results hubspot tracks.

It's user friendly and great for managing multiple social media sites.

Fast, agile and accurate, Hubspot takes the guesswork out of reaching the correct target audience, the first time.

For the professional version, costs tend to escalate quickly.

Hubspot allowed me better accuracy in initial targeting/outreach. Helps to save a lot of time in outreach.
