What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a perfect tool with all the features, which help manage my customers/client's needs and my interaction with them. Its various features come in very handy for my team and me. Our sales team can interact effectively with lead management which I think is very important. Due to this functionality, we can convert leads into customers, which eventually helps us generate more revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think of any significant bummer using this tool, and their support team is constructive. Their support team always prioritizes my issues, whatever the problem is.
Although, i have a suggestion for them if they can make their chat support 24/7 available that will be great. This will help teams from different time zones to took support (if required).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally, my team was struggling with lead management. Due to the large inflow, we were unable to manage the leads effectively. But since when we started using Hubspot CRM, we not only drive them more effectively and can covert them as our customers. Hence, more revenue generation. Its other features like Email Marketing, Contact Management, live chat, and Social media advertisements are very useful. All of these features add more value to my day-to-day work and enable me to achieve better.
Easy to Use, Not HIPAA Compliant
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is user friendly and helps us to reach all of our leads. I also appreciate the automatically generated tasks that help me to remember which leads I need to follow up on. The lists are a quick, convenient way of organzing leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Hubspot is not HIPAA compliant. This limits the amount of information that we can store on our leads. We have to use a separate documentation system to mark whether our leads qualify as potential patients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot notifications help us to respond to our leads quickly. We have found that our leads are much more likely to be converted to patients if we follow up within 5-minutes of them submitting an online inquiry form. Using Hubspot text notifications helps to always be able to follow up within minutes of a lead submitting an interst form.
Amazing Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy of collaborating, scheduling, and creating content. I also love the abiity to link your marketing to their sales tool. This makes it easy to work between the two departments. Lastly, I love the ability to automate work flows taking pressure off marketing team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the reporting features, and how some of the pricing packages are put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails, lead work flows, blog creation, and social media scheudling. I also used the Bot automation for a webiste at one job.
My Most Used Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when it comes to creating and sending emails! It's very user-friendly when it comes to dragging and dropping new features or elements. Also, the A/B testing option allows for practical experimentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when tracking email engagement, it can be difficult to discern information on the user experience, for example, which portions of the email are being read the most or more detailed metrics surrounding engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us automate numerous email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. HubSpot automation allows us to target and connect with our audience while maximizing our available resources as a growing company.
Simple to use and grows as you grow!
What do you like best about the product?
I joined a small start-up three years ago. There was only one marketing person and they were using Hubspot with an integration to Salesforce. I had never used a CRM before but quickly got familiar with Hubspot. It has been three years and Hubspot has grown seamlessly with us (we've gone from 20 to 200 people over that time).
From simple email drops and landing pages, we've grown to complex lead scoring and nurture programs. We've built out custom sales alerts and maintained a best-in-class email open and CTR rate to ensure we are making the most of our database.
Other than Hubspot's amazing ability to grow with us, it has also been an invaluable learning tool. The helpful and informed support staff are quick to answer any question, which was vital when we were a bootstrap org. I went from a CRM noob to a CRM pro, and a huge part of that was down to hubspot suport system. I Could not recommend it more.

What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot Salesforce integration, I wish there was a better way to match accounts. At the moment, our Hubspot creates new Salesforce accounts when the old Salesforce account that matched Hubspot has been deleted. This causes issues with our follow-up system and requires manual maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All marketing activities are in one place and we have excellent visibility over them e.g. can clearly see the journey of a contact from pdf download, email click and webinar sign up to customer.

Alright Customer Service. Simple Usability
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's CRM is Easy to use, however, their marketing Hub has a learning curve and can be difficult to use due to the complicated UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Support can be pretty slow in their response time and difficult to reach on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub was easy to implement into our CRM because of Hubspot being an "All-in-one" solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We host everything through HubSpot (CRM, Website, Ads, Content), so using it as a central platform allows us to see how our campaigns influence the customer. I LOVE the automation features. It makes managing all CRM activity with a team of 3 entirely doable. The automation tool also gives you the ability to create work arrunds that may be unqiue to your organization, that doesn't come with HubSpot out-of-the-box.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is lacking in performance metrics and reporting. The reports are basic with pivot table-type functionality. It would be great to implement or offer advanced metrics such as heat mapping. There is also no good way of tracking offline activity, and therefore, attribution reporting is never quite right for us. I also think they need to continue to work on their ABM capabilities from a marketing standpoint, not just sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurture campaigns, customization, and segmentation are simple with HubSpot. Using automation and lists, makes moving contacts down the funnel easy!

Easy to use, has great integrations, sequences are intuitive

It's a bit costly, but in the end it's worth it if you can afford it

Outreach for cold, warm and hot leads. Also use it to keep in contact/upsell existing clients
Wonderful focus on customer needs
What do you like best about the product?
They certainly take reviews seriously and work hard to collect every customer note and feedback - 8 is mainly because of the experience with their teams. The account manager is also very knowledgeable, not just about the tool but also helps with workarounds to achieve my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing UI is not as intuitive as other automation platforms. There is a learning curve involved but support comes in handy. Landing page UI is the most complicated and often requires technical assistance, which makes it difficult to enjoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for CRM, email marketing, and campaign automation. I like that everything is in 1 place so there are no lags or integration problems, and makes it easy for sales and marketing to collaborate.
