Intuitive and comprehensive, but also developed continually
What do you like best about the product?
The automation features reduce manual work
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to set regional timezones creates more work when working across regions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time sending individual emails and using personalised content in automation instead
The perfect tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
A seamless CRM tool with learning and helpful tools available. It's a great all-in-one platform that groups together a ton of tools (CMS, lead scoring, traditional email marketing, email automation, analytics, landing pages, social media, blogging, etc.). Hubspot is transforming how our prospecting and content models work. It's definitely added to my skills and I like Hubspot's approach so far. It's resulting in a very positive cultural transformation in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is confusing by itself. Recommend a few beginner tutorial videos. Also sometimes it is quite expensive compared to other CRM tools and doesnt bring anything innovative/life-changing for the company. At the end of the day, it is a tool that requires a lot of effort and time and needs you to give your 100% attention and focus on so that it can really work for you. Without an agency to teach me what I know now about Hubspot, I would not have understood where to start, optimise or integrate our other work tools within the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the value & impact of campaigns and finding effective solutions as an alternative to generate ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a few of the courses that are readily available to you. It creates a great knowledge base and makes things easier to understand and implement. Also make sure that your data is 100% before uploading to Hubspot so that you can avoid retrofitting problems with digital campaigns.
Flexibility and great power for marketing and sales automation
What do you like best about the product?
I believe Hubspot is the best CRM suite for a mid-size B2B2C company. Marketing automation is powerful yet easy to activate. B2B Sales tools are really powerful and allow to keep track of performance and B2B customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
GDPR-related subscriptions could be managed more specifically. You might face a bit much need of workaround and manual work if you need multilanguage emails and landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we put in the same place all of the B2C direct marketing engagement, tracking website behaviour as well as managing the lead generation funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate Hubspot against the complexity of your organization before you start.
Hubspot is simply amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of making stuff automated, and the things my team needed and I are all on the marketing hub package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We could not deny, Hubspot's price is costly, but it's worth the purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generally the drip campaign manager for all the marketing emails and workflows in our organization. There are times that bugs happened with Hubspot, but glad we have friendly and accommodating supports. Along the way of troubleshooting, I am learning while fixing the concern.
Easy to use, grows with you
What do you like best about the product?
The platform integrates many different pieces together, preventing fragmented systems. The interface is easy to use and understand, even for people new to using it. There is plenty of online documentation to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the onboarding checklist- I wish it included things about setting up branding, colors, fonts, etc. so that I proactively have that added before trying to build an email or landing page and need to change it all. Other than that, not much. It's a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problems of difficult to use automation platforms and spotty reporting. With Hubspot, we can see everything about a client in one place, which really helps with both our marketing and our service delivery.
Much for the marketer to like and leverage
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing and automated marketing elements are the areas I use most, and I happen to like them very much. The email service is robust and, at our account level, offers excellent A/B testing. Crafting an email is easy, which is good since I'm not technical. Once we send the email we get plenty of analytics on the back end to help improve our outreach.
The automation (workflows) requires some learning and time to set up initially, but once you've got the hang of it, this is time well spent. This automation opens up so many possibilities for the marketer.
Additionally, the HubSpot Academy offers high quality guidane on not just using the platform, but also doing better marketing (in my case, I'm focused on the marketing).

What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't use it a great deal, I find the contact management aspect of Hubspot to be a little cumbersome. Specifically, in my marketing role, I have found it's not always easy to understand why a contact may not be getting our emails. The platform says we have duplicate companies, but what we actuallyhave are many company entries that lack a company name. Cleaning this up is pretty much impossible, so we'll have to live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used HubSpot for more than two years. Only recently have we had most of the bells and whistles. What has been useful are the workflows. We have various forms on our (non-HubSpot) website, which feed contacts into funnels. We then use the automation of the workflows to keep the conversation going with our audience. The automation can be reinforcement after they do something, like signing up for a webinar, or reminders and content drips when they don't. We also make good use of the Deals section under Sales to keep our fingers on the progress of leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many reasons for the marketing professional to adopt HubSpot. With a robust CRM feature and reliable email and automated workflows, there are plenty of tools to make the marketer's job easier. Don't forget the training included with HubSpot Academy. It makes many tasks easier for you, making it a worthwhile investment.
powerful software, sophisticated, but not complex
What do you like best about the product?
I work for an agency responsible for using, implementing and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Hub for client organizations. For me, HubSpot Marketing Tools ir very easy to use and is perfect to hungry people for knowledge! Every time something are improved on platform. My favorite tool is e-mail marketing, workflows, and SEO - topic clusters. It is very easy to use, with a friendly experience and could give us more time to do strategies with faster tactics and also, of course, see the results and what we need to do to improve our goals. I also like the HubSpot Academy with very interesting courses and content and the knowledge base, very useful and direct in the tatic information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the HubSpot could improve SEO analytics and campaign reports for the Brazilian context. For example, the SEO tool don't show us the best options of key words.
On campaign we can't see exactly who are contacts that we can atribbute to this campaign in a easy way.
Lead scoring - the regular scoring is not intuitive enough and we couldn't get the most out of it.
Reporting - the reporting capabilities is quite limited and we can't use forms to make reports.

In our projects, we could bring a better consumer and lead journey with HubSpot Marketing tools. We could analyze the results in a better way, do tests, qualification of contacts on HubSpot, etc. Also, improve our outcomes on marketing campaigns and engajement with out content. Other interesting problem that we are solved was a view of lead generation and the funnel by classifications. We used dashboards to make it easy to see for clients and quickly to take insights and actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a powerful tool, but we need to do a great setup and create a standard organization of assets. If we don't do this, HubSpot can become confused and disorganized. So I genuinely recommend an excellent organization of assets, like names of e-mails, workflows, folders, etc. If we don't have the basic routine properly, we probably will have problems finding anything on HubSpot. It is a project management concept that we need to apply to this software, in my opinion.
Good service
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful for tracking, which is why we host many of our web pages on here, all of our files, our forms, our blogs, our emails, our contacts, and our social media. The classes are a huge help as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how HubSpot is mainly "do it yourself." When one reaches out to support, the staff usually points you to articles. It would be helpful if they would be willing to take over the computer screen with more technical issues, or when something is more complex (such as a bug on HubSpot's end), if they just did the task for you after fixing the bug on their end. It's frustrating to spend so much time reading articles for tasks that aren't in one's wheelhouse--like coding, editing complex templates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking issues have been solved. It's so nice to know which contacts visit specific websites, submit forms, or interact otherwise. HubSpot makes it so easy to track contact-by-contact, and they have so many helpful HubSpot Academy classes and lessons. Specifically, their SEO course. Creating and sending emails is much easier as well. Another benefit is with their automated social media options--that has changed the dynamic of our small 3-person marketing team. Additionally, creating campaigns and viewing analytics based on these campaigns is helpful.
Very impressed with capabilities within HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences, tracking of emails and knowing when someone has opened an email. It integrates well with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am in an Account Manager role. There are currently limited capabilities to provide an effective dashboard for my role. Also, the search capability in the system can sometimes take longer to find the contact I am looking for. It is not fully intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solid and reliable place to manage contacts and notes related to them. Sequences have enabled me to very efficiently book meetings with contacts. I use tasks to know what things I need to do each day.
Leaves a bit to be desired for marketing suite
What do you like best about the product?
free plan, good CRM, scrapes data from websites to fill in contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
- little customization in email templates
- landing page quality is pretty low, poor templates, and poor core web vitals metrics

Sales: Managing are deal pipline, revenue forecast, and setting up sequences allows us to conduct our sales activities much faster. It also helps us see hour our reps are doing.
Marketing workflows: built-in automation, A/B testing, segmentation allows us to easily create email, landing pages, and social content much faster than we would have others.
Data/Analytics: The dashboards provide great at-a-glance data that helps keep us iterating and improving. The campaigns feature allows us to see all marketing tactics tied to a certain initiative, also telling us how we did and where we can improve. Sequences are also easy to review: in an instant we can see our open, click, and reply rate, and know what content is working (or not).

Honestly - get it. It makes everything super simple, the support is great, and it's cost-effective when compared to other options.
