Diverse product with simple CMS.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface & quick assess to info. It has been easy for me as a graphic designer to work with multiple teams and help them with their requests. I also enjoy how in-depth I can go into parts of our site. HubSpot also offers education to be more efficient, but is easy to navigate as a new user. From the designer perspective it has been very easy for me to build and analyse pages quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that some setting or files can be hard to find or aren't where I think those settings or files would live. Our site is also very customized from hiring a HubSpot developer. This makes us run into issues when working with support and having to work with tier 2, which causes longer times for some things to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot as a CMS for our site, in addition to using it to move customers down our sales funnel with out content. Having CMS, forms, landing pages, and content analytics all accesabe in the same SAAS has been a huge benefit. I can spend less time in multiple sites and accounts.
Ease of Use and Streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
A favorite of mine in the Hubspot marketing hub is the website and landing page creation. Templates for creating a webpage is easy and the landing pages are perfect for collecting consumer data to create contact lists. I wish it were just a little more easily flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the lead capture forms do not filter out duplicate entries and they do not have the ability to set limits on how many entries can be made, nor an expiration date for when you no longer wish to receive entries on the form. You have to go do all of that manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More interaction via emails, task reminders help to keep everyone on schedule.

Take advantage of the marketing trainings that hubspot has to offer.
Integrating into a more efficient work day
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate basic repetitive tasks that take me away from other production time.
I have been able to develop workflows that take my marketing emails to new levels. The tracking and analytics have simplified time-consuming tasks that now can be displayed in one dashboard. The social media scheduling area has combined multiple social platforms, accounts, and scheduling in a simple, streamlined system. I connected the accounts with ease, quickly, and without needing to watch tutorial videos. I love the use of campaigns to easily track analytics across multiple platforms and integrations. The ability to create dynamic and static lists based on user interactions has made my life a lot simpler during my work week. I have only just started using Hubspot over the last few months, and I am excited to continue the certifcation program and expand my knowledge of its capabilities to better suit the companies and clients needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some functions that I wish were easier to use, such as setting up replies for email tracking. I am still wishing that there was more functionality with the reports dashboard and easier functionality. It would be great if there were links on some of the pages to tutorial videos that would contribute to your certifications. It would be nice if you could view all pieces of a campaign in one central location, as I find I am opening up multiple tabs at a time, flipping back and forth in between them. I would also like features that allow you to export an excel document with multiple sheets that contain multiple parts of data - such as emails sent, bounced, clicked, etc. This is something that I would appreciate for a task that I am currently working on. It would save time from visiting multiple locations to export the data that I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to automate repetitive large-scale tasks that would typically take up a large portion of my work week. Automations have enabled me to be more productive, efficient and keep all the results organized with analytics across multiple components of a marketing project. The social media area has provided a central location where I can track data from posts posted not just from Hubspot but from other platforms or the social media account itself. It allows me to have full-scale tracking for a campaign, not just looking at one area but across the web, landing pages, forms, emails, and more. It's a great way to showcase that a full-scale marketing effort working together yields results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub has made my life more efficient and more effective. I can quickly and efficiently take my ideas and build them out in a system that has streamlined elaborate workflows and simplified repetitive tasks.
A good all-in-one platform for experienced marketing pros
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to deploy and straight to the point. Basic needs for web design and optimisation are taken care of within a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to get into the HubSpot logic for web design and lead generation to see a result. If your strategy comes from a different platform or with a logic that is not considered inbound out of the box by HubSpot, it will require a big change for a minimum work around. Like matching Salesforce contacts to a lead status in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy web tracking and deployment of multiple assets at e same time. A life saver for AB testing and multiple versions and la gauges of a single page.

Have a process at least drafted before getting to create or setup anything to estimate times and feasibility with your team.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to integrate apps and there are a lot to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the apps downloaded don't function the way I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate lead gens and workflows together is very helpful.
Great system for creating content and reporting data
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Smart Content feature for emails and landing pages makes it so I can show unique information, forms, and images to specific people based on different contact lists. I love this.
What do you dislike about the product?
CTA buttons. I use them in every upsell email because they're certainly more enjoyable than other button-links, but the CTA system is pretty clunky compared to how smooth much of Hubspot is. I know Hubspot plans to improve, though, and they care about their users. I know this because they sent a survey a couple of weeks ago to get feedback specifically on CTA buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're improving accuracy in knowing who we're reaching and not reaching. Reporting helps us track our new contacts, and it does well in showing the sources of new connections, such as Salesforce or other integrations and offline sources. A/B testing is also straightforward with the way we can set it up and automate it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please give it a go. Check out some of their courses for using different parts of Hubspot to learn how it works (although it's pretty easy to pick up and use). I'm sure you'll love it!

I like how quick and easy it is to organize content and find the answers to my questions with supportive material.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how wordy the supportive material can be. I would much rather go to short tutorial video rather than a lengthy page full of paragraphs.

Easy and organized workflows and I like how I program everything and it just runs my plans for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation make scaling the business easy, including cart-abandonment and other ancillary workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a minor complaint, but the attribution reporting isn't always accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have reactive marketing: send emails to active lists and use workflows to send emails along their buying journey, customize the user experience based on behavior, and most of all, the live lists in Facebook for targeted ads!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found much of anything I dislike! The support team is always right there to walk me through anything I may not understand about the hub and give me helpful insight into using the tools. Having an extensive knowledge base in Hubspot allows me to research anything I may be having difficulties with thoroughly. The only thing that I would say we haven't utilized very well is the product catalog. There aren't enough abilities for our needs since we offer custom goods. We would need the price of products to be dependent on varients chosen at the time of purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot, we just had a massive mailing list. Everyone got the same content. We also had to manually upload our buyers to Facebook to retarget them or exclude them from lead ads. Now our email list can be categorized based on SO many things - location, behavior, etc. And we no longer have to do any manual syncing with Facebook! Everything is automatic. We also didn't have a way to manage monthly touchbacks without stepping on the toes of our sales department. Now we can send out automated emails and exclude anyone with a current deal in play or who has already recently been contacted by their sales rep.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you intend to retarget your customers in any way (which we all want to do!), this feature is a must! Having the marketing hub has taken hours of time off our plates. I would start with getting to know how to use custom lists to engage with your customers via automated emails. You can have these sent based on their behavior, form fills, time from purchase, etc. Connecting to Facebook would be the other thing I would recommend. All of your active lists in Hubspot can be synced with Facebook so you can retarget customers and website visitors.
