A dream for a marketer - but super pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the landing page builder. For those who are not coders, there is a ton of opportunity to make the landing page look the way you want without using even a line of code. Same with building emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the fact that there are features that need to be unlocked by a higher priced tier. There are clients who purchase hubspot not knowing that only half the capabilities are possible under the existing tier. It's a huge investment, and frankly, unattainable for small-mid sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organizational structure of marketing for a larger company is very easy to organize. Bridging the gap between sales and marketing is very easy, as is associating account level and contact level information. I am able to create automations for basically every task that used to be completed manually.

What do you like best about the product?
You can send mass emails so easily, automate emails and clone them to your liking!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly would not say I currently see a downside! I feel everything runs smoothly as of right now

Communication with clients and the ability to send and receive emails to a specific address is lifesaving!

Really utilize and learn all the parts of it because it can help a business grow!
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot platform is easy to use and learn. I also love the HubSpot academy. It's not just about learning how to use the tool, but great to give you an overall understanding of marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have to learn a bit of HTML. If a tool in an email wasn't working right I do open up the source code and adjust the email from there, but HTML is simple to learn and it's helped me not just with emails, but also with our blog in WordPress. It's a very transferable skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, HubSpot was an excellent tool for us to keep our clients and prospects up to date on important information. We are a CPA-led business advisory firm, so information related to the CARES Act was extremely important to send out in a timely manner.
Easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building email automation is fantastic and their customer service chat is one of their best features. If you're stuck they will help you out and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish signature blocks included photos as a single unit with the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are touching our prospective leads in a timely fashion with the right content at the right time.

Take advantage of the free tutorials and certifications to learn about inbound marketing and how to use the tools.
HubSpot is easy to use, has so many capabilities, and has helped grow my marketing skills.

I love the Workflow feature best. It helps me nurture leads and make my sales team's prospecting easier.

Can't think of any! I really love Hubspot.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Review
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub keeps most, if not all of our marketing efforts in one place. We automate a lot of our marketing processes such as email, social media, and workflows. We also use Hubspot to manage our social media - we are able to schedule posts in advance, clone unpublished/published posts, and connect several accounts for each channel. The Social Analytics dashboard is very user-friendly and allows us to see current data as well as compared to past data performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chatflows, I've struggled with getting our chat flows in Hubspot just right. I find them to be too aggressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the hub, we are able to easily and clearly see which website pages are most viewed, gain the most interactions, time spent on-page, and bounces. Their dashboards are more user-friendly than Google Analytics. We also have utilized the campaign feature in Hubspot - our campaigns set-up in HubSpot can be a combination of emails, website pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, social posts, etc. We have the capability to see a summary of how a campaign is performing or we can drill down into each channel/piece of the campaign.
Launching and managing campaigns is a breeze. Team productively has increased significantly.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it very easy for our team to collaborate and launch campaigns from scratch. All the features are easily accessible and the UX is straightforward. I personally like that we can create custom landing pages using code and CSS and the integration with our Sales CRM is smooth. We rely heavily on the Marketing Hub and we would not run as efficiently without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the Marketing Hub is that it always overwrites our UTM codes when posting through their social media platform and when creating custom UTM through the Tracking URL Builder. UTM's should be custom to every organization and we leverage the naming convention different from the way they force you to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Marketing Hub we are able to execute all digital marketing operations from one location. We have automated dozens of processes and with the cloning tools, we can easily re-create and tweak landing pages, emails, or ads, allowing us to cut down on time spent building campaigns and while creating a custom experience for users. Additionally, we can monitor and A/B test to improve on past performance.
A user-friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot as a whole is a very user-friendly platform, I've shown colleagues how to create emails in HubSpot and I think it took me a total of 15 minutes to explain. It is very intuitive and simple to use. Everything is straightforward and images, files and more are easy to implement into emails. The personalization feature in emails is fantastic and I love that we're able to personalize the email based on many contact properties.
Another user-friendly feature on the platform is importing lists. It has happened to me a few times where there have been errors in what I import but HubSpot is able to directly tell you what the error is and depending on the issue, you could either manually fix it or re-import the list and the contact properties get updated automatically.

There isn't anything that comes to mind when it comes to what I dislike about HubSpot. Whenever I had an issue, the solution was easy to find either through HubSpot community forums or through customer service.
The only downside I would say is that not all tracking for paid social shows up in our reports and we've had to manually update our utms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a major benefit and with it, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We could be working on multiple workflows at once and have everything set up so they each start and enrolling contacts at the necessary time.
Great Marketing & Blog Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing hub allows me to manage our companies marketing activities in one place. The blogging tool has some great built-in SEO features that ensure we are maximizing the potential of all of our blog posts. I have been using HubSpot's marketing hub for nearly 5 years now and it has greatly improved in that time and I would recommend it to small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on managing the website and building out web pages. It handles the basics but doesn't have all the bells and whistles that most webmasters would look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for all our sales and marketing activities and having everything in a centralized place makes reviewing data and making data drive decisions easier.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing HUB is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. I felt like an expert in no time thanks to the tools available and the incredible help of their customer service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I ALWAYS recommend HubSpot to colleagues and friends when they are looking for marketing tools or a CRM.

We are able to quickly build and optimize landing pages for all the different marketing campaigns we are running.
