A great tool for marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the HubSpot Marketing Hub as well as the connectedness of the entire HubSpot ecosystem. It makes my job as a marketer much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more integrations available and I wish the analytics were more comparable to Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to be more efficient and scale my efforts at segmenting and marketing to the customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact of being able to personalize and automate tasks and marketing tactics
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a cap for ad spend and having to pay additional to be able to spend more on my advertising plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing the mindset of a company tohave them understand the value of Marketing, and being able to bring in new revenue and creating a robust CRM that can be used company wide

Make sure you understand your needs in terms of contacts, scope, and what you're going to execute in the platform; license can be pretty customizable

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the platform is excellent. The ability to tie all activity to a campaign is something that we were looking for when sourcing our marketing automation software. The workflows tool is great. I use it frequently to automate repetitive tasks, data entry consistency and create reminders for follow up. The automation tool is especially useful for ensuring company names and country names stay consistent as well as sending reminders when close dates of deals have passed. Overall the platform is easy to use and saves our marketing team a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I've found that I dislike so far is that when we were sourcing our CRM/Marketing Automation tool, we specifically requested multi-touch revenue attribution; however, we were sold Marketing Professional vs. Enterprise so we do not have that functionality. This was one of our largest goals with a CRM/marketing automation software, so this was a big bummer. Not the fault of the software, but keep in mind when sourcing that you're receiving everything you requested/require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to utilizing HubSpot, our marketing team did a ton of manual work. Our eBlasts were sent via Outlook to 500 contacts bcc at a time, we could not track any of our activity to revenue (or even leads), and we had absolutely no view of our top of funnel contacts. HubSpot has helped us with all of that. Even though we do not have the automated multi-touch revenue attribution, we do still have the ability to report on what marketing activities have generated the most customer activity.

Sometimes the drag and drop function is a bit frustrating / doesn't let us move campaigns.

Using Hubspot for a first time and like it

What do you like best about the product?
Huge knowledge base as well as usefull tips in the blog, fast responds from the support, clear and intuitive UX, speed of loading. having all the information is one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not flexible enough, too much built-in limitations for exmaple in landing page building or in events tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the whole user database in one place. Running email marketing and marketing automation. Keeping analytics for the full-cycle marketing campaign in one place. Immediate access to any historical or ad-hoc analytics. Integrations with advetisements and social media platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the Ads module, please improve the way how Events are created and sent to advertisement platform.

Amazing & Best Tool Used Till Now!!

What do you like best about the product?
Very first thing I love about Hubspot is Customer Service, Hubspot provide hest customer service than any other in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, I am liking everything using Hubspot nothing as such to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete time management with automaton tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot for every company. As in today's world not all business owners have lot of time to invest by there own by doing manually or keeping another person for the same here where Hubspot help you.


Love HubSpot! So user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It is very nice being able to see the posting schedule. Hubspot is so user friendly. I have never used anything like it, and have only been a user for a couple of months, but have never really had any confusion while using it. If there is something I am unsure about, I am able to easily figure it out within a matter of minutes on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to delete a post after it has been scheduled. Instead of just hitting the trashcan button, you have to go to each individual one, and it is a little more complex than I would like, and takes a few minutes instead of a matter of seconds like it takes to delete a draft. I hope that Hubspot does something about this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to post to hundreds of franchise accounts at a time, it is a big time saver. I manage over 200 accounts throughout Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, and I am able to schedule posts for all of the accounts within a matter of minutes. If I were to do this all individually, it would take up the majority of my day, versus a small fraction of it. I also like that it is easy to access emojis for captions, rather than having to look them up and copy/paste them. Super convenient and adds a little something to my captions.

Not perfect, but a must-have for sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
For marketing purposes, the ability to properly attribute the source and quality of leads and follow them through the sales cycle. For years, we were blindly following Google Analytics to understand goal completions but didn't realize that many of these channels were not actually leading to customers. Hubspot helps us know what marketing activities are actually leading to closed deals. We also use their email builder and social media tools to automate these processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be slow to develop key features that often seem like no-brainers. Sometimes it feels like they lock you into their ecosystem by only providing the best benefit to Hubspot-native tools rather than providing proper compatibility with third-party tools. For example, the landing page builder and blog builder within Hubspot is really the only way to get full advantage of all of Marketing Hub's advantages. Our entire site is already built on Wordpress, so it does not make sense for us to use a third-party tool to do this when we already have a system native to our company. It would be great if Hubspot built a Wordpress module to be able to gain the advantages of the platform in a system that companies already use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For marketing, the biggest problem that we are solving is proper goal attribution. Understanding where leads are coming from, the marketing activity that is leading to them converting, and then ultimately understanding what is leading to the secondary conversion of them becoming customers. Because our sales team also uses Hubspot CRM, it has been great to share this database with our sales team and work together to optimize our processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all of the reports and analytics that Hubspot Marketing has to offer. Link your paid accounts to Hubspot to see the best performance of your campaigns and what is leading to leads converting and ultimately purchasing.

Take advantage of Hubspot's support to make the most out of the platform. They have a great onboarding and support team to guide you through the process and automate your setup.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I love the best about HubSpot after using many different CRM's is the ability to pictures and documents, which helps streamline business activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it needs a better mobile app to integrate the upload of documents. I would like to see more ease of use with the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out to reach to clients and control on spending. It helps be competitive with where to place ads and who we are going to reach.
