Best tool for marketing leaders who take automation seriously

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides all features that any marketing reach would ever need or dream of.
On top of that, chat support is absolutely fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experieced some issues with the latest feature with the custom events (beta). Building and editing email templates can be challenging at the beginning. Other than those, I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HubSpot Marketing Hub, we're able to build landing pages and custom lead forms, but also send and automate emails, and track all marketing activities (along with their contribution) on a contact and company level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend taking the HubSpot Certifications/ courses just to be fully aware of all the functionalities the tool offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The email tool and report about emails sent, and the possibilities to make test A/B
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to talk which support and, the way landing pages need to be build, because that I need one person dedicated for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the information about sale and marketing in a single place, this is a big benefit to me, because all the team can see everything

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, has an excellent user interface, and provides me with the information I need for our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need more information on setting things up, I find it hard to find articles or tutorials on specific items. The forum is a good place to start, but the information there is not always comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track the results of our campaigns is a plus.

What do you like best about the product?
- User friendly
- Intuitive
- Frequent updates
- Great for management and team collaboration

We love the email tool. Its easy to use, and we loooooove the health section..
That has really helped us a lot when controlling the quality of our messages and has kept us accountable with data compliance policies, and database segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Limits on how many ads and social accounts we can connect
- Custom reports are hard to create and not flexible enough
- My company needs more granular reports which we cant build in HubSpot (involving custom functions or calculation properties --- we need to go beyond basic math operations)
- We're sometimes afraid to scale our database because we know that that means increasing our portal fee
- Sometimes List don't filter correctly and there have been incidents with our customers, and frictions within my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Engaging with my database
- Tracking campaign performance
- Lead tracking and conversion

The thing we don't really like is that sometimes tracking gets lost, especially when a lead is created through Facebook conversations. We've been having issues with clients when they create a Facebook message campaign and the attribution appears as offline sources, and that creates frictions and disenchantment.

The most beneficial thing we have noticed is that by having everything connected and workable in the same place, we can deliver better. We're able to send the right message at the right time to our leads/clients.
We can also have a better relationship within our team, we have improved our communications with both the sales and marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep an open mind!
Sometimes its hard to adapt to change, but using marketing hub has been instrumental for us in growing our agency's skills. By having the right set of tools, and the right team to manage them, growth becomes a reality.

Really useful once properly set up

What do you like best about the product?
Centralised customer communications accross multiple channels (email and social media) both promotional and conversational. The support chat is really useful, fast and always simple to do, the team clearly explain how a certain feature works or how best to set it up to do what we need it to do.

The forms being embedded in our website are really ideal. We're able to keep everything on brand whilst seamlessly controlling all communication and record keeping centrally in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it is very complicated to set up, there's a lot of settings that are in very different places that impact different features. So the set up is quite difficult, however the fast support chat makes a big difference in getting it set up to how it needs to be. It would be great if there was also an e-commerce integration, as we're currently having to manually mark customers through attributes on what they have purchased which i really crucial to our future targeting and understanding the customer journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now know a lot more about our audience and so we're able to target them with the most relevant information. It really helps in lead generation but also in overall community building which is key to our offering. Being able to track different attributes of contacts or customers has really helped us categorise between the layers in our business and between our products/services. We're then able to target these customers most accurately witht he products/services most suited to them, as well as try and reconnect with the contacts for who we don't have as much information for. This gives us a really qualitative customer reach and allows us to expand with the marketing hub tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to set it up properly with your long-term expansion in mind, this will help you set up and categorise contacts for targeting more efficiently both now and in the future.

Use the support chat if you're unsure of how to set a certain thing up, they're really good at understanding what you're trying to do and helping you get there.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most about this tool is the ease of scheduling posts from all social networks. In addition to having the flexibility to link accounts, it recommends schedules and has integrated tools such as Canva, to facilitate the editing of posts. Something that I want to highlight is the HubSpot Academy, which has training and courses on inbound marketing, inbound sales, and customer service. I was able to take several courses within the platform and I was trained in marketing strategies that I did not know thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not had any problems with the tool. I was even able to download detailed reports of all social media interactions easily and quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems that I have been able to solve with the tool is the management of social networks in different languages. My company has two markets: Latin America and the United States. Because both markets are so different, it is necessary to separate the content and the HubSpot Marketing Hub has given me the ease I need to publish and monitor both accounts at the same time. Among the biggest benefits is the linking of accounts. When publishing, I can easily choose which social network to publish on, without having to do any extra steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the advancement of the digital world, these types of tools are essential to always be at the forefront. HubSpot is easy to use, very intuitive, and the content they create to help businesses and entrepreneurs is excellent. It is a tool that I recommend 100% since it has all the information integrated into one place. You can know first-hand interactions, leads, plan campaigns and strategies with SEO, and even upload ad campaigns from all social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see first vs last interaction for channel attribution and performance. Combining sales and marketing leads has helped to see the full picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to export all raw data, it keeps everything in each individual column/tab and does not allow for customization

We have a deeper insight into social media and ad performance as it relates to our CMS and offline purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hubspot easy to navigate and problem solve. It takes a little bit of know-how and effort, but it's capabile of everything I need and more as it is constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the program and how easy it is to learn with numerous resources, but not everyone is tech-savvy and tends to struggle with the complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am measuring and comparing my campaigns, social accounts, and emails collectively and efficiently. Workflows have allowed me to sort thousands of contacts and nurture cold leads much more manageable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ease of use and accuracy of information is worth it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of tracking mechanisms and marketing tools that HubSpot has curated. Their user interface has made it easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing - regardless of how much (or how little) experience that user has with marketing, technology, or both! It's a one-stop digital marketing shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features missing or requiring significant third-party engineering, so I would say custom tailoring is something we've struggled with and I'm glad we have someone to provide it for us, but the average user wouldn't encounter the number of 'needs' we have, so this doesn't even count as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to convert interested users to evangelists and customers! Using the many features of HubSpot (like pop-up forms and built-in SEO tools), we have been able to accomplish that. We also wanted to see where our users were coming from and test how our emails were performing. HubSpot's analytics have made it possible for us to do both.
