What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality I need and then some, in one place. And also they stay ahead of the trend so I never have to wonder what top marketers are doing. It’s already incorporated into HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. If anyone in my team has never used HubSpot, I take a deep breath and have to come up with a game plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s my communication to all leads and opportunities I have. Also hosts my website and gives me insights on the activity of people in my database.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably that it’s a part of a bigger ecosystem which is helpful in connecting all the dots and data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like that there are so many features released all the time it’s hard to keep up but some essentials like email builder are really behind when it comes to industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email communication, marketing automation, tracking, reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I think its been really easy for me to onboard on to as a new user. Especially with the hubspot learning programs/certification that is offered I really feel like there is help for folks to get up to speed quickly. Still loads I have to learn about our set up since there are so many ways to customize things, but I very much am enjoying the journey. Very powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much to learn, so little time! There are still a few tools I need to learn but I bet there are loads of how to videos to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with our marketing automations, centralized social media management and attribution. Really great to know that Hubspot introduced the industry standard way of doing things and to know that we are following best practices when using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows my team to create and track our marketing campaigns effortlessly. It allows us to stay aligned throughout the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to search through the notes from the sequences quicker without having to scroll through each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re a small team so it allows us to get through tasks and pull data without having to go to different platforms. However we fdo use Salesforce so sometimes everything doesn’t convert

What do you like best about the product?
From a not so tech savvy person, the marketing and content hub in hubspot make creating customer and prospect ready emails a breeze. With easy customization and TONS of resources available for training and leveling up your usage, I’m lucky my company chose hubspot for our CRM/sales/marketing needs

Hard to adapt and pull reports based on your 2 sales funnels in one product
