Excellent easy-to-use product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Creating emails is easy. Customizing it for our needs was great. We also migrated our site to the CMS. The user interface is very simple and beautiful to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the workflow tool could improve. I am disappointed in the number of models we can have with our contracted plan. Regarding integration, I would have liked a more complete training course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that everyone on my team is happy - it's easy to use, information is presented cleanly and completely. We still have a lot to do, it was a big step for us.
Powerful tool for growing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives me the tools I need to do pretty complex marketing automation without needing a developer to do great work. I love how we can set our brand in the tools and know that our brand rules and designs will look awesome across all out content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developers don't love that there's not a "local" dev option. Many of the visual tools and settings that make the tool great for marketers means a few more challenges for developers—but compared to other enterprise systems it's VERY flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched Hubspot to fill a major gap in our growing startup's marketing automation stack. In just weeks we moved to Hubspot CMS, added a blog, landing pages, and email automation and we're off and running. I can build new landing pages in a day to respond to current events and opportunities and we're powering better customer journey insights along the whole way.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service on this platform is incredibly fast, whenever we have a problem the team is on top of it so they can fix it. It has many excellent options for working with calls to action, which you have made available to us several split tests on how we set them up. The webinars that HubSpot provides us with for learning are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a very complete tool it lacks an eCommerce platform that can integrate with these digital marketing tools. In knowledge base there is too much information which can be useful, but sometimes it is not specific enough for the job. something simple like bullets or indentations are little configurable when editing some kind of internal blog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to get the analytics and data into one blog which is really new in our market as we had to manage each blog individually and it made our work a bit tiring. We can achieve a clean way of creating important content thanks to the tools that this software has provided us since we started using it, this is one of our favorite features points.

We have included the best work proposal thanks to HubSpot, due to the high ease of use and high performance that this software gives us. The technical support is amazing and fast. We have come to integrate this tool with many options and we are delighted to have HubSpot in our portfolio.

HubSpot Marketing Hub gives me the ability to interact with the sales team (using the Sales Hub) and with clients with transparency and ease. It is easy for me to quickly plan or shift marketing efforts based on measurable data from past efforts and results. I get to see more data and create dashboards that customize the data according to what I would like to see and find useful.

It does take some time and training to get the marketing hub set up properly. The training team and the online knowledge base gave us a running start toward getting started without delay, but the training helped us establish processes to achieve our results.

It is easy for our marketing team to see the progress of the lead and measure the timeline for conversion as well as track the follow up to plan effective marketing efforts - including social media posts, blogs, emails, and videos. The metrics are deep and reliable. Customization builds in the ability to track and measure what my company needs to see - which is a solution within itself.
