The best tool for marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and dashboard are very good. It is easy to see metrics and report it to the managers. The templates and design tools are user friendly. One of the best things is that the blogs are very informative and I learn a lot from HubSpot from a marketing perspective. Its a kind of educational tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting of UTM (url) links always very complicated. You need to select the metrics every time you want to see the result and dashboard is not useful. Sometimes we face issues when we want to create different elements in templates for example; adding countdown on the landing page was very challenging for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatizing marketing flows and getting the analysis of the campaigns. Sending emails with the lowest bounce rate.
Marketing emails, landing pages, even website edit, social media posts, UTM links we use almost everything.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your organization is mature enough to use this extensive marketing tool, I suggest starting from the one which is the best because your marketing will be evolving with the help of the tool
Easy to use with all the info I need for my email marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The data it gives me on the performance of my campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions of only putting smart content in blocks of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track all my campaigns and the behavior of the contacts in our database.
All in one
What do you like best about the product?
Like how everything is in the one spot. Enables closer collaboration between sales and marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing automation lacks a bit of functionality. No tagging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing siloed information. Benefits is reducing the number of apps in the stack.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prices scales sharply
Email Deliverability Is Poor.
What do you like best about the product?
Idiot Proof. a marketing team with low technical skills (read... most marketing teams) can use it and it's hard to break things.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Clunky
Concept of lists, and views, the queries that work in one and not the other.
the workflows...
you can see it was not well thought through and just bandaid after bandaid.
- Email deliverability is poor... I am not sure what else you would buy a marketing automation system for if not email...
- Hubspot forms are the worst... not sophisticated, slow to load. any free/or almost free Wordpress form is more nimble and robust than a hubspot form

not sure...
probably would not need it, if it was just me.
but easy for anyone of the team to play with and contribute.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Marketing Hub only makes sense if you invest in their sales hub as well, and have everything integrated.
otherwise, skip the trouble and just invest in a good marketing email tool...
don't be fooled by the so-call "marketing automation", the only thing that has been automated in marketing is email and so you'd rather want to invest in an email tool whose email actually reaches people inbox...
there are good and free or almost free tools for everything else.

User friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The new dashboard and new look of the email templates are super easy to use. HubSpot allows you to segment your audience and trigger automatic workflows in a very different way than other tools, but once you get the drill is easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for automations. The logic is not very intuitive and it takes some time to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for EVERYTHING. It's our main CRM, we use it as our email marketing tool, to create landing pages, registration pages, we connected our social media channels there, as well as Facebook and Google ads tracking. We also use Zapier to connect our grant management system and send all the data into the CRM and Sales pipeline (we use the free sales feature).
HubSpot is an indispensable tool that comes through in the clutch.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation (workflows) allows us to scale our sales without needing to scale our team. There's an increasing demand for sales reporting, and HubSpot has allowed us to get more data without retraining the entire team and hiring new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is not yet the perfect solution for managing a SaaS business. We are able to piece features together to do what we need, but we manage SaaS and hardware sales, so it becomes a little difficult to manage both. It would also help to have more guidance from them on how to manage a SaaS business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing leads is important to keep our sales team engaged with the high quality prospects. We don't want our sales team failing to connect with 80% of the calls they make in a day. HubSpot enables us to pull the top 10% of qualified prospects from inbound marketing leads and existing contact pools.
HubSpot Marketing is my work lifeline
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot Marketing for 10 years and have found it to be the best tool for all of our inbound marketing efforts. It has everything I need in one place the updated as needed to make sure we are always be on top and ahead of our marketing programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some of the planning tools to be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hub allows me to manage all of my efforts in one place and easily report everything to our team. I cant imagine using any other software.
Our HubSpot Review: Mixed...Decent, but not always ideal
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a lot of options, features, and functionality. There are a lot of answers in different places and they are constantly adding more. Honestly, the best feature of HubSpot is its educational blogs and usually their customer support...which you will use A LOT. Also, if you're tired of having to use a bunch of different tools to accomplish all the things you'd like, HubSpot is generally a lower cost starting point (but not by much) then using something more robust like Salesforce (though you'll eventually move to Salesforce if you need an adult platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is VERY expensive. Often times features don't work the way you'd like them to and this seems to be from the standpoint of the fact that the people running the product, I'm guessing, haven't run their own business before. There are just some inherent things, like being able to copy Workflow or having separate Sales and Marketing Flows that have different functionalities, rather than just having one Workflow engine. I find they are often trying to do EVERYTHING that there for no one thing is completely ideal. Basic things like meeting functionality don't allow you to easily switch set-ups (team vs individual) without creating something totally new. The clunky user experience means if you leave a contact you have to go all the way back to the contact page just because you clicked one other item (you can't just click the back arrow). Booking calendar embeddings which Calendly does really well, don't work. It's like they could have just looked at competitor products and recreated the same thing and then integrated from there, instead, it seems like they are trying re-invent everything that is already out there in a better way. Our company looks at HubSpot as a jack of all trades and a master of none. I have no doubt that they'll eventually get there, but it's a clunky ride for a hefty price tag. Again, if you're tired of using Drip, Zappier, any Sales pipeline tool, and some others and having to integrate them all and manage that, then this is a bit nice because its all in one place. If you're not at that point yet, then I'd avoid the expensive price tag and start out using the ones that are great at what they do and progress to this young-adult product before you progress to SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to create workflows to I.D. who we've marketed to that has visited our landing page, to track email engagement (manual and automated), and to keep notes on contacts and deal flows. The man thing has been the ease of having team members collaborate for activities and responsibilities all in one place. (Landing page, drip emails, sales processes).
HubSpot a CRM solution to keep you a head of the competition
What do you like best about the product?
I like the lead handling (including tracking of communications and other messages), deal pipeline and function, workflow for communications, social media intergrations and the customer support is really good. The HubSpot academy helps you to get the most of the existing HubSpot tools as well as the new tools which are being released on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a bit of work to be done with video intergration and knowing more about the functions available with HubSpot. I still have a lot to learn and sometimes this is frustrating when you need some creativity or need a campagin to go out. The add on costs which can add up if you're not on top of them. A bit more flexibility on the contacts you can keep in HubSpot would be helpful during these uncertain times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team, with HubSpot we can automate some of our intergrations and lead handling / nurturing.
Most user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and can be learned by self with minimal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is more scope for improvement as few features have been overlooked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of our lead assignment processes which in turn has helped us improve our TAT
