Great software for managing leads and clients
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of automating tasks and having a nice UX

Workflows (the automating tools) could be more complete

It allows marketing and sales to be close and share information efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one simple hub. I don't need to work between 2-3 different clients or software. I stay in the hub and get stuff done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to target subscribers who did not open a particular email, then try sending that to them again. MailChimp makes this easier.
Having the ability to create more variants - I know hubspot released A/B testing, but other ESP allows multivariant testing.
I dislike some of the reporting. I do love how everything is in one hub. It makes my job so much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved - the ability to track ROI from our email marketing efforts. I am able to streamline reports and make edits on the fly.
I think the software is great overall, I do love that Hubspot offers so much training and customer support. Anytime I have a question, I reach out to them and they get back to me ASAP.
It really helps my day to day and allows me to visualize what we're doing from a marketing standpoint. Not many other software can help do this.
I would like it if there were more resources for some of the more difficult problems like setting up different form fills for landing pages, right now we are tracking everything as one and it's not as efficient as it should be. Maybe this is due to me being a new user, not entirely sure, but I hope I find a solution soon!

First-time user on HubSpot, a truly helpful and intuitive CRM for beginners and advanced marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I most likely prefer the Social tab with the monitoring option. It's an impressive tool to monitor twitter feeds and sort out relevant content.
The email management tab is also very useful to analyze and figure out if your email or newsletter is working as intended (clicks, view time, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the Analyze tab in Social could be more extensive. There are a few nice features, but it's mainly basic stuff (impressions, published posts, clicks, etc.) It would be interesting to be able to add other years to compare with, instead of a single year span.
There are also a few issues (at least on my end) when viewing the calendar in Social. Sometimes I'm hovering over a post but it won't appear, or it's duplicating.

Everything is manageable from the same place. Social media, landing pages, CTAs, emails, etc.
Our business has many dimensions, so it is really easy to get lost with the data. HubSpot is definitely saving us time and effort in a simple and easy to understand UI.

Regularly engaging with our customer base with products and content

I love HubSpot for social media management and analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule and edit posts. I love the analytics tools for everything including YouTube. I love that if someone on the team is out, I have all the tools I need to do their job while they are away and vice versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could export a report of social media analytics right from the "Analyze" page. I wish I had better social listening options. I wish HubSpot had dark mode. I wish there were some better automization options for social media like in email. I wish I could build templates inside of the social media dashboard. I wish it tracked more KPIs and demographics data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send monthly reports to c-suite and middle management regarding how effective our social campaigns are. HubSpot makes it easy to track all of the KPIs they care about. I love that all of the data is in one place and I don't have to hunt for it on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
Easy Way to Manage Marketing and Continue Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the platform not only allows you to post to social media and interact easily but it also helps with drip campaigns, email marketing, and learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to put in some work at the beginning just to learn all the ins and outs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to log into all social media channels every day. I love that everything is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating emails, webpages, and landing pages with graphics and styles allows us to be creative. The other thing is the lists, this allows us to segregate our contacts into manageable segments on to focus our marketing efforts on. The workflows are also amazing and have been improved to allow us to integrate with other systems outside of the HubSpot system (e.g, Zoom, Zapier, Smartsheets, etc.). This saves us immeasurable time in sharing the information with others inside the company who do not use (nor do they need) HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many email providers block HubSpot emails. One of the biggest issues we have is the issue of not being able to link people to our HubSpot posts specifically to LinkedIn. I'm sure this has been addressed and yet it's still unable to work. It forces us to do double-work. Post it once in HubSpot and then go into LinkedIn to retype the personal connection (company links are fine). Another improvement I would like to see if making deleting duplicates more robust. It only runs the duplicate check every few weeks and we are forced to wait for the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program allows us to connect with our customers and potential customers to showcase our company. Through the reporting, we can see how effect (or not) a campaign is and make on-the-fly adjustments if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used HubSpot for years and have been extremely impressed by the upgrades that the program has made. So many in fact that I don't know, nor will I know, all of them!
Email creation seems to be problematic at times, and not formatting well.

Creating emails using the flexible tools, with drag and drop is super quick and simple, but some formatting issues are occuring.
Managing all social media platforms in one place makes life much easier. I can create a post and customise by channel in just a few clicks. I can also reply to comments, thank new followers and share posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to save blocks of content from previous emails to drag and drop into new emails. A bit of mix and match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to test email groups, success rates by target audience and bounce and open rates based on data in the CRM- HubSpot reports flag any issues and provide recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all emails, contacts, workflows, chatbots, social media and ads in one place makes my job much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that Hubspot doesn't connect super well yet with interfaces we already have for other uses.

Too many benefits to name! It is so user friendly and rarely has glitches or issues. It's a life saver for any marketing team!

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly intuitive and easy to use. I love the new drag and drop method of creating emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability within the drag and drop method to insert pictures in the middle of text instead of having to create separate content blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the one reports on the data, I love being able to easily grab open, CT, and read rates each month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the free courses; they help a lot and are easy to follow.
