HubSpot is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple to use and can be shared within the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things can be long winded, having to create a button then the email for example. But once you use it a couple times you become used to the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any marketing in place before Hubspot, being able to schedule social media posts is a huge benefit.
Makes building emails easy
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop option makes it really easy to build and email and amend the template as you wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a while for the email i built to automatically save and it shows a error message

its helping us build emails quicker with drag and drop & the clone option.

Its really easy to use and understand the tools to hep build a successful email.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly user friendly and intuitive. I love that everything is in one place - My contacts, companies, sales deals along with my marketing, website, email blasts and blog. Having them all in one place makes my life, and business so much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to change is the website building. I find it a little bit clunky compared to other WYSIWYG builders. I don't like not being able to add new modules to templates while I'm building, like similar website builders freely allow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had our CMS, mailing lists and website / blog in separate websites. Having everything together makes it so much easier to track engagement and follow up on potential sales.
Hubspot gives us a lot more versatility and automation for a smaller team

Being able to schedule emails and social media while also housing contacts all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post longer videos to Instagram or to be able to tag people on LinkedIn posts.

A centralized place to deploy email and social media marketing while also having KPIs being measured automatically in the same place.
Best social poster tool
What do you like best about the product?
The social poster on this site compared to many others is the best. It allows you to preview what the post will look like. It saves your images you've used so you can easily access them to reuse them in later posts. It also allows you to tag people on Linkedin, which every other social poster I've tried does not allow you to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't make the same post to multiple Twitter accounts at once. Otherwise, everything is good!

Makes posting to social more convenient. Realized the benefit of having all my social metrics in one place.

It's convenient to use, never complicated.

Truthfully I am yet to find any downside!

Having easy access to all of my company social platforms in one place has made for a much easier and more streamlined process.

how easy social media posting and creating emails are from our previous system! A breath of fresh air

The editing can be a bit clunky at times - wish i could edit the email designs in more detail!

Fully integrated with our marketing infrastructure, helping us attain attribution in a closed loop manner to understand what works for our business & channels best & optimise and pivot to what's bringing us the highest value in return.
Easy to use, friendly UX & a full access to the academy with an extensive variety of courses covering most of our needs & skill set.
Helpful support around the clock, we do not feel alone when tackling big setups. Support is 24/7 available, onboarding is seamless & efficient and now we are in collaboration with our success manager and have high expectations & we believe it will enable us to hit our goals this year!

What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows can be 'fully customisable' but they currently are not. I would love to have a blank workflow canvas to design what suits my business needs. There are multiple templates/types of workflows you choose form and they get most things done but when one wants to push the boundaries, its discouraging when you have small limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end reporting & attribution for sure.
Setting up ads & content via social and tracking which leads converted from there, much easier to influence and identify.
