Great functionality and user friendly,
What do you like best about the product?
Great support, automation and workflows are very useful, forms, landing page, lots of integrations. We also use lists. There are lots of assets to chose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The designer tools need to improve, marketing email layout is limited. You need to know HTML for some of the more advanced template editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, lists creations, tons of workflows and automation, forms creation, landing pages creation, CRM management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can get pricy if you have lots of contacts.
Extremely user-friendly... even if you're not a Marketing Ops manager
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot easily enables the modern marketer to easily access what matters to them quickly and intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and campaign analytics could be easier to manage but not a dealbreaker

Email marketing is efficient and the workflows easily allow me to fully set up a multi touch campaign with ease

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in design and reporting. Marketing hub makes it easy to execute beautiful marketing assets like email campaigns, landing pages, and forms while retaining complete reporting visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost - the price has risen steeply since I started using the platform in 2013.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement of top accounts, reporting on lifecycle stages, running our blog and podcast, newsletter, social media, website forms, coversion assets and more.

It's a fantastic starter tool that you can scale with!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot landing page creation is easy to use. The functionalities are complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are hard to build. I need to create a lot of workflows to create new properties in order to get the best data.

Analyze the traffic and create connections between sales & marketing.
Hubspot is the perfect, always-improving marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is an all-in-one marketing environment. I can manage the website, CRM, email marketing and all other efforts in one single place. This allows me to have a single location for all my data reporting and have a single source of truth, instead of four different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any piece of software or online platform, it has room for improvement, but Hubspot is always releasing updates and improvements. So, if I don't like something now, I just submit the idea or complaint and wait for the change to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically perform all of my online marketing functions in hubspot and all changes are documented, so when something is changed or broken, I know exactly what made it break and who I need to review changes with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is an incredibly powerful tool, and knowing how to use the tool is essential to your success with it. I highly recommend going through the trainings and look up best practices before building everything out. Having that baseline knowledge from the trainings is absolutely essential to your future success.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has extremely user-friendly tools for those who want to scale up their marketing efforts. With drag and drop templates, the ability to consolidate outbound and inbound efforts and multiple size options it's a great tool for those wanting to up their marketing game.
What do you dislike about the product?
The nature of scalability is the need for more robust reporting. When you begin to hit enterprise levels the reporting capabilities don't seem to keep up. We've had to enable 3rd party tools to make the reporting meet our needs in conjunction with our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily utilize HubSpot for inbound marketing efforts at this time. In the past, we've utilized it for sales outbound and service tickets. We found it didn't meet our needs for the sales team, but for the service side, we are reevaluating to shift our entire CSM team back to HS.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and if I don't know something the help chat is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation menu just doesn't feel natural to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using landing pages with our Email CTA's to connect our members with our new information.

Learn the Tool to Get the Most Out of Your Data
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the data talks to each other, so I can see what content leads interacted with before they became a deal. The CRM integration with the content and marketing activities are gold, but be sure to set up the campaign correctly in the beginning and learn the tool so you can get good reports at the end. It's not set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure why HS is getting rid of the draft mode of uploading a blog post from Google doc. I love this feature. Hoping I can paste a new blog post easily from a Doc file with the other method of creating a post. This will save time with formatting the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out which posts are performing well as far as views and conversions. I can easily see what emails people are clicking and converting with. I can see what subject lines are getting opens. I can see what campaigns are influencing deals and revenue.

Hubspot Marketing Hub has streamlined our marketing campaigns. From email, landing page, and form creation, to social media post planning, Hubspot has made it easier to communicate with our current and not-yet customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't dislike anything at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
With the HubSpot Marketing Hub, marketing has never been easier. As marketers, we all know that it can be very complex at times. From content creation to nurturing email workflow campaigns to SEO, it can be difficult to stay on top of every initiative. With an all-in-one marketing platform like HubSpot, I love being able to see all of my marketing projects in a single location and access the tools I need at the click of a button. Also, there are so many resources available if I have a question or don't understand something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite loving the functionality of the platform, I sometimes struggle with the analytics feature. I occasionally find inconsistent data with Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped my organization collaborate more efficiently and see have access to projects we are working on. For example, if I am writing a blog post, it's very easy for a co-worker to access that blog post and make proper edits and publish. It also has allowed us to make easy changes to any content or website landing page. The SEO optimization features have been super helpful, as well!
