Do you want to make peace with yourself?
What do you like best about the product?
If you are striving for perfection in nurturing your users, customers and/or leads, do not even bother looking elsewhere: HubSpot is what you need.
After you find your way between the menus, options & properties, everything else comes naturally to you, and you reach zen. You achieve peace of mind and soul, but also with your wife, neighbors, children, etc. Nothing else bothers you anymore - because your business is running just as planned.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe, just maybe, the pricing plans are hard (more expensive) at first sight, but try to make it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Landing pages, Emails, Zoom webinars, SMS integrations and we are using more and more features everyday.
Easy to Use, Yet advanced enough for seasoned users
What do you like best about the product?
I like how on the one hand, it is simple enough for beginners but has enough functionality to handle advanced settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of published, updating, pending, etc posts can be a bit confusing to navigate at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent and efficient to get new programs and blogs up and running. You can make edits and drafts directly within the program, rather than duplicating efforts during the editing process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is robust and will cover the needs of most organizations with their many different account levels. As you start to use the more advanced features, however, the price comes much closer to the other high-end marketing automation software costs.

The platform is always up and never slows down

Make the user screen more attractive and color friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our Marketing comms goes out through HS and our ABM initiatives as well. Keeping all under one roof helps us getting the numbers easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HS Marketing Hub is the analytic reports and tools. For your email, contact list, landing page, etc., you can derive super useful and aesthetically pleasing reports. These are great to use in presentations when showing off results to your clients. Additionally, you can create nearly any report you can think of with HS smart tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel it is too smart for me :) Super grateful to have all the courses available so I can make sure I know how to use every aspect of the platform correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating leads and nurturing contacts down the funnel

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling of social posts is very easy and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blog templates are a bit limited, they are more like writing articles instead of blogs that may contain multiple images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned a lot with blog subscribers and form submissions and how to increase them, which ultimately benefits my employer.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is user friendly, provides insight into campaigns, landing pages, and anything you are using in hubspot.

Our sales team seems to have challenges using it sometimes.

Email campaigns, landing pages, the convenience of an all-in-one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
From Hubspot I allowed you to perform multiple functions, it is a good application to start with all the Marketing processes that one requires and wants. At the time of campaign creation, A / B tests, creation of landing pages for web pages and the same emails for shipments

I still do not find anything negative to the application

At the moment I have handled the application well and have implemented other actions. It gives me advantages in all marketing issues and push up management for marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot's free courses, weekly and monthly emails, and blog. They effortlessly provide up to date information from marketers just starting out to marketers who have been in the industry for a long time. I think everyone who is in the digital marketing space can greatly benefit from subscribing to Hubspot's blog. Hubspot's CRM is user-friendly as well. Hubspot has been a great resource as a digital marketer for me and my team.
It is nice to receive emails from Hubspot's team alerting me on updates to the product and industry as a whole.

A few of the CRM features can feel a bit archaic at times but it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to answer most of my marketing questions through Hubspot's courses and blog material.
Great way to integrate and automate your business and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in the same platform with one sign-on and most things are intuitive and relatively easy to use. There are some things that take time to learn and feel more complex and the comprehensive knowledge base helps here. One of the best things about HubSpot is their support. You can get them to ring you, as well as use chat and email and they never mind how much you use them. In a system that offers so much it is inevitable to get frustrated and having this ability to quickly find solutions is the best way of managing this. Overall a very comprehensive platform for those who are serious about marketing and taking leads to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are more complicated than they perhaps could be and there are some areas like automating an email from a download that you cannot personalise as well as you might like - however you can use workflows for this and it just takes a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating everything we were doing into one platform to save ourselves logging into and having to use different things for CRM, workflows, sequences, deals, landing pages, chatbots, livechat...all working together,

You need to invest time in this - it has great features and usability and there is a learning curve so you have to have some capacity to deploy and implement.
