Excellent Tool for Email Marketing, Landing Pages, Forms, Organization, and Integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. Drag and drop landing page and email builders, clone-able assets, downloadable templates and integrations with most major tools like Zoom, Outlook, Eventbrite, DepositFix, DocuSign, Instapage, Slack, and Typeform to name a few we currently use. Anything I can't integrate with via Hubspot I can accomplish with Zapier. Support is also excellent, and constantly available via live chat. If I have a problem or limitations on my account, there have been multiple instances where their support team just upgrades my property limit or campaign limit free of charge. They've even helped me re-code parts of the site if I was having issues, or offered advice on integrations with tools not in their wheelhouse. Their technical expertise is unmatched, I'm constantly surprised by how knowledgable they are. I've literally never experienced better support with a marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some niche things are a bit clunky - like choosing a different header navigation for just a few landing pages. I'm sure this would be easier for someone with more knowledge of coding, but that user is not me. I also am not 100% sure how to use many of the dashboards and analytic tools, but I'm sure it would just involve a bit of research on my end. I wish it were more obvious to see marketing attribution and to know which strategies work vs don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am communicating with our audience and creating a beautiful user experience for our customers. HubSpot is essentially everything front facing about our company - our CRM, website, email marketing tool of choice, etc. So I would say the "benefits" of HubSpot are... everything. HubSpot essentially is the backbone of our company.
User-friendly and integrated CRM and CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Hubspot integrates multiple functionalities and tools together for the Marketing and Sales team in one same platform. It's very user-friendly, provides with useful training on inbound marketing and has a bunch of resources and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features may be quite limited (specially if they are Beta) and Hubspot analytics and reporting may be hard to work with if you're complementing your data collection with Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and follow ups. Automation of multiple internal processes.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things that make me happy about working with HubSpot:
. The platform is easy to manage and user-friendly.
. Social media: It's easy to plan content in HubSpot for many profiles or social medias with a few clicks. I can publish in Brazil's and Portugal's Linked in, for example with just few clicks.
. Working with workflows: There are so many options to build perfect workflows. It is not limited to E-mails, but they have many integrations, such as assign web leads and re-engage leads, web visitors, ads, phone, and a lot of other options depending on the data you have.
. Integrating teams from around the world: We are a multinational company that work with many countries and HubSpot can manage all the countries and give us insights about them. It's easier to work with an international team with HubSpot because we can know about other teams and work together with them. It's easy to patronize works, such as e-mails, home pages, blog posts and it makes our work easier. Our team is more connected now.
. Webpage and blog posts: I'm not a web designer but with Hubspot it's very easy to build our website or a blog post. You can also build your own pages and templates easier.
. Call to actions: I love to make CTAs easily, save them to use in other places, and integrate them with workflows.

Some of the things tha hubspot can improve is to have a calendar visualization (as a table) to show all the content you schedule (for social media and for blog post).

The E-mail automation, workflow for campaigns, social media posts.

I strongly recommend HubSpot for all marketing experts. Some things you need to have in mind: .Always help your team to work with HubSpot,

A success in your digital marketing operations with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
This software offers excellent productive qualities that are high performance and guarantee a high percentage of effectiveness in the areas based on sales, because it provides explicit intelligence to an environment based on the self-service business branch, thus promoting a success at a general level from the beginning of its implementation in some digital platform, being one of my favorite systems for its creativity in design and programming to facilitate these convenient work areas, without excluding its clean and consistent analysis for the reports of your progress in these web pages, being one of my favorite peculiarities with respect to the server.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very common defect in these software that are based precisely for management and analysis based on the area of commerce, is that their mobile applications, require alternative improvements to acquire a performance and productivity in a more comfortable and secure at the same time, since from a mobile device, the flexibility in most of its senses of use, enters a more convincing and understandable to speed up the processing extraordinarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we can announce that we use this software, in most productive areas of our company, as it meets the necessary requirements in a complete way, in order to meet the needs that we present in these areas based on the marketing and administrative branch in economic terms, we use it likewise to access to have a comprehensive record of data, in order to track in a wonderful way the customers with more purchases and determine them as potential and continue to offer better quality of service we offer, in many different social networks, in order to maintain a high rate in sales and a success with a maximum percentage in the operations performed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can give to know that one of the qualities for which they do that this system is advisable, is that in cases of mistakes, problems or doubts with regard to the software, the support helps to these needs of a complex way, this way to determine and to solve the inconveniences presented to each one of the users registered to his application, without excluding that his programming based for the success in the commercial branch in sales in different points of the web, is totally incredible, with a quite high percentage in his operations, with a great rate of effectiveness, from the beginnings of his implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation workflows to synchronize leads (to salesforce for instance) is working great.
As one of the biggest Hubspot users of this functionality, I can say it's life-easing, deeply customizable and amazingly quick.
The other very useful functionality is the Advertisement management tool.
As a well digitalized company, we're also using this to promote our company further to people we couldn't directly reach because they're not yet in our customer base.
Being able to manage different campaigns, having a one-look and get-it dashboard containing extremely precise number and ratios allows us to really pilot our campaigns.
As one of the biggest Hubspot users of this functionality, I can say it's life-easing, deeply customizable and amazingly quick.

Nothing. But there's so many tools at your disposal that training could be needed to own them 100%.
Fortunately, on that part also, between trainers, Hubspot documentation, search bar, support tickets, and pro users ecosystem, you'll always find a way.
I've taken onboarding on this tool 3 years ago, with a one-week training with a colleague, and got operational very quickly.

Numerous ones !
As marketers, Hubspot is our TOP tool, and the core of our jobs.
From agility won creating quick Webpages & redirection for our content production; to Leads synch and management with tools like Zoom & Salesforce; ending with emailings to our customer base, Hubspot is really doing everything.
It is especially critical during those covid times because we all have to replace physical events with virtual ones.
And we actually saw a tremendous result by going full digital.

What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one services, customer support, ongoing development and updates, Husbpot Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced some issues with incorrect mapping of customers to companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of customers through workflows, chat function.
Great for email marketing and social management
What do you like best about the product?
The email workflows are very intuitive and they help me to visualize how each customer/lead will be going through the said workflow. It also helps that Hubspot has a performance dashboard for each marketing campiagn that you launch so you can see how each email is performing in a broader view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of support from the customer success team. I have a pending ticket for the past 2 weeks and no one got back to me on that. Also, there are many things that you need to consider carefully when using Hubspot - especially launching new campaigns where you can accidentally send 1000+ emails to the wrong audience. You'll have to review all your logic multiple times and if you made an error, it's highly unlikely that you can revert and changes (ie. deleting a portion of your workflow accidentally).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing and social media management. The all in one platform for social helps a lot - I only wish that we can use carousel images in the social media posts.

Integrations to different platforms - helps us get our data stored in one placed. Automations from workflows help alot too, reduces manual checks

Form building is rather llimited, there isn't a customization of directing people to different URLs depending on their responses. but Hubspot isn't a form builder, so that's understandable

Workflows & Sequences just set the right triggers once and save the huge time consumption of admin work. you can assign new leads to your team fairly once you receive them, from your campaign which is already integrated through Hubspot.
It's like you hired an admin with you, I loved it as I became more efficient and effective.
I like to be productive and I found that here in HubSpot, I found many supportive features and services.
Training centre where I can find videos to help me do a task and if I can't find what I am looking for simply speaking to one of the agents to help and they usually get back to you with a solution and provide training.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use Hubspot. Many other CRM and Marketing tools are not extremely easy to use. Most platform requires a lot of 'clicking' to get to what you needed it to do, but I find Hubspot UI extremely easy to use.
The platform is amicably powerful for both sales and marketing. Amazing automation (it was so-so 12 months ago, but with new updates, it's now flawless).
And possibly one of the best customer service. Super easy to reach out, the knowledge bank is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost none of the features are 100% perfect. We constantly find some weird data shows on our report. It is not the end of the world, as we could check it but it's not as straightforward as you wish if it were to be flawless.
Advertising area has a lot of potentials, but it's not quite there yet. Social reporting and scheduling could be slightly improved. But nothing massive. Landing page is useless (as of right now). At its current level, it won't be able to provide the best results you will expect from a landing page. I hope it will get better.

If you have problems with automation, building better retention & inbound marketing - Hubspot will fix almost all that. The Workflow and ability to track are 2 of the most powerful features they can offer you.
Those tracking abilities really come in handy when you need to trigger automation base on behaviour.

If you are in a small to medium business where many of your team may need to cross-work task a lot, this would be your ideal platform.
If you have a small marketing team (less than 3) and needing to be able to track & create everything easily - this is for you.
If you don't have an extremely skilled Marketing / Sales people within your organisation, this platform is perfect for you. Their customer success strategist team is really great. Catching up with you, sharing plans and encouraging you to use all functionalities correctly.
