LOVE Hubspot, worth the money

What do you like best about the product?
We use Workflows, email marketing, social media content scheduling, and forms. We also have the Hubspot CRM, so we love that we can do everything on the same platform. We were able to move all of our automation for inbound leads to Hubspot and the workflows are awesome. I love that we can see if the workflow actually works before making it live. We didn't want Salesforce because we felt it was way more than we needed at the time, and we are happy we went with Hubspot. The setup is very user-friendly. I personally had never been a CRM administrator before, but I was able to take on implementing Hubspot for our company and was able to catch on very quickly. Also, Hubspot's help articles and community boards literally have all the answers to my questions so I rarely have to reach out to Hubspot for support on anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't use it for ads or website hosting, so I wish we could customize our account to not include that, but not a deal breaker at all. We also would love if the forms had more customization and logic, (we use typeform for a specific form that has a lot of steps and logic) but again not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, email marketing, social media content scheduling, contact forms, reporting. We were able to remove our previous subscription for another content scheduler for social, move all automation to Hubspot, we use email marketing for newsletters. We use the forms for our contact form on our website which means we can report on them if needed all from Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a system that does it all and is actually user-friendly, Hubspot is it. The email marketing is great, workflow automations are relatively easy to learn, and Hubspot is happy to teach you anything you don't know how to use.

Powerfull and usefull for a marketing & sales combined strategy

What do you like best about the product?
There is always a way to do what you vission in your head. It covers mostly every aspect of Digital Marketing (lacking SMS in Spain, though), and works very well when combining Sales & Marketing tactics all together, which is my favorite thing.
Also, all the possibilities for integrations, the app market, the fast and useful support, all the content & resources available... it makes it hard to consider any other option once you are in the ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes a bit slow when navigating through it, and how filter views work is sometimes anoying. It is not budget friendly, though, it starts to get expensive very fast when growing your database and upgrading to the proffessional Hubs, so you need to evaluate every step with calm in order not to burn your marketing budget for the year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting sales & marketing, holding a single database for contacts, deals and companies, and focusing every marketing effort on one single tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depends on what are you looking for, it can be a huge amount of expensive unused tools, or exactly what you were looking for. If you just need an automation platform for emailing, landing pages and some other extras, there are definetly other options which can fit way better your pocket and surely with a more acurate approach to your industry and needs.
However, if you are looking for a whole solution to face your marketing strategy, from emailing, social ads, social posts, blogging, chatflows... it makes mostly everything quite well (8 points out of 10, average), not being perfect on anything (maybe emailing...), and helps you build a very functional and reliable marketing-sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is a fantastic and easy to use tool. Being on a small team, it's crucial for us to have a tool as all-encompassing and integrative as Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software, sometimes there are glitches in the platform and you need to contact Hubspot help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small team, we use Hubspot for press releases, blogs, scheduling Twitter and Linkedin, landing pages, automated workflows, and emails. Having all of these tie to overarching campaigns and data being reported in one place helps solve for consistency across our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great for small marketing teams. I highly recommend implementing it with Salesforce if you use both platforms. Additionally, it's great to use with integrations for google analytics and adwords as well. I've found that having the secondary reporting of Hubspot is incredibly helpful for when sometimes google has a glitch.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my contacts and companies are organized in one place. I also like keeping track of customer support tasks in Tickets. Additionally, every one on the team can see the progress of the tickets instead of asking other team members -- makes communication more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't automate some more complicated tasks.

I have streamlined my processes.

Power and simplicity

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy it is to use, from scheduling your social posts to setting your automations. I can be in control of what's happening and check all the metrics so I can improve my further marketing actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to schedule carousels for Instagram (or Facebook) and PDFs for LinkedIn, so sometimes I have to schedule some social media actions outside Hubspot and I can't have those metrics by campaign in one place. Also I'd like to have smaller groups of A/B testing as we don't send massive emails but very focused. Also, sometimes when using lists it can get messy, I know it depends a lot on a healthy database but I htink it can get easier to segment my contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes less time for me with Hubspot Marketing Hub to keep record (and metrics) of every action my company is taking, no matter what channel. We can now as a team work with the same metrics so we can see where we have to improve, make changes and to improve so every time we deliver a better ROI. The tracking of our contacts actions is simply awesome; we can get insights on our main accounts and start or continue better conversations so we can be more certain about what they are looking for and if our company solves the problem they have.

It is a very powerful software, full of tool to help you grow. Have a team ready to use it in order to make the best out of it

Easy to use and great support

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of different email marketing platforms. HubSpot's Marketing Hub is one of the easiest to use and the integration with the CRM makes everything so seamless. I can also find any help article I need when I come up with a new project or workflow I want to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any dislikes, yet. Comparative to other platforms, HubSport Marketing Hub is a stand out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. We are saving our sales teams so much time by creating email automation, lead scoring, and territory assignments. With HubSpot's Marketing Hub, we are really narrowing in on our most qualified leads.

Marketing Hub is great for Marketers. It's easy to use - making it so any member of your team can learn how to optimize the platforms.

Marketing Emails

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the drag and drop function to quickly make emails and as well to segment users and place them into correct workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the reporting functionality to be a bit easier to use and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward, visually pleasing. Easy to plan themes, campaigns, or even just keeping up on daily social needs.

Lack of multi image posting on IG. No swipe up options, no shop now options. no hyper link options.

Efficient and User Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and publish website pages, create and send emails, and monitor social media. This platform is an all-in-one solution for many of the tasks I'm in charge of as a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like some updates are unnecessary but it could just be that I'm not a big fan of change. Also sometimes an integration has had some hiccups being implemented. Hubspot's customer service has always been very responsive and attentive though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to connect our digital even platforms with our webpages so that we can keep track of registrants and send them emails as needed. There is also a lot of useful data our sales team has been able to drill into to better craft campaigns to bring in revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a powerful and easy to use marketing platform, I highly recommend it.

Game Changer using HUBSPOT

What do you like best about the product?
HUBSPOT has increased my sales overall. The fact that I can see the clicked emails and use mobile app to engage my potential prospect is great. I really like the HUBSPOT meeting calendar integration to my office 365. If your role involves hunting for new clients this application is KEY. It's great to call a customer that just clicked on your email campaign or the fact that they clicked on your website link. By far the best tool I use daily to make my job easier and create the cadence I need to fill my sales funnel. The Social feature to post on my LinkedIN is GREAT!
What do you dislike about the product?
My company provides this to Me so I do not have any dislikes. I use it to the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email analytics is what helped me solve my email marketing campaign. I guess to see when a client clicks on the email. That gives me the opportunity to make that cold call while it's top minded from the prospects.
