The HubSpot marketing hub is a useful tool for a variety of my company's digital marketing efforts

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and organizes all of our materials in an easy to navigate way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more customizable options within reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to effectively run our prospecting email campaigns thanks to the easily set up workflows. This has been a huge benefit for my company.

My go-to solution for B2B marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables me to get a full view and take action across the full lifecycle of a contact. Because the CRM and Marketing Automation are so close, all my event triggers can run smoothly on both low and high touch contact flowing through our systems. We get a clear view of contact created from our paid channels, down to the very keyword and creative, without having to jump through hoops to connect the dots between multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Hubspot to be able to report better on things outside its ecosystem, such as our external blog or landing pages. The design of the embedded forms is still far from perfect, despite some unofficial tools offered for this. Requires a ton of CSS and patience to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to personalize our marketing touchpoints at scale. Aside from the obvious email drips, we can also tailor our on-site chat based on customer status, for example, logged-in customers on the support site vs unidentified prospects on the marketing site. We can handle a scale of contacts with a small team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to segment mailing lists and create variations to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email customization tools can be a tricky to change and there is not a good mobile editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create custom content for our users which has led to better engagement and higher organic traffic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for marketing automation, emails, landing pages and some social media tools. It has truly helped us reconnect with our customers in a professional and personalized manner.

Must have/know everyday tool for B2B marketers

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has become one of the tools our team spends the most time on. We're customers of the Sales and Marketing Enterprise hubs and it makes Sales <> Marketing alignment much easier. I really like Hubspot's flexibility when it comes to property management, workflows, personalization, and ads integration. Hubspot's resources are huge and allow you to train yourself and your team in a self-service manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have learnt a few things the hard way, for instance when setting up workflows. The funnel and attribution capabilities have quite a learning curve to get things right / make them fit to the reality of your use case and setup. Sometimes, we found that the chat service - while being nice and helpful - may provide inadequate solutions (while the agents are all very friendly and quick to respond). For complex requests, we found that sending a ticket is safer, even if that in one recent case, we found an answer to our issue by escalating to our CSM. An in all, I find Hubspot to be a great platform if you like to roll up your sleeves and learn things by iterating. I know it is possible to pay for a higher level of support and guidance but it is not something we have done as we are a startup so learning / iterating is part of our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot as our Sales <> Marketing CRM and automation platform. We use Hubspot to qualify leads, optimize conversion, segment our approach, and measure the success of our efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is highly intuitive and user friendly. Everything is there at the reach of one-click!!

Also, I love the number of tools and options one has to accomplish any marketing related goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I would ask for some more easiness when it comes to the email copy edition, but that´s all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and effective campaigns that enable us to communicate with our customers in a way that they get nurtured and engaged in the way we want. Also, the fact that you can integrate with other tools such as Aircall and Zapier helps a lot to develop and deliver a robust strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to go and check the HubSpot Academy section before you start. There you'll be able to find a ton of resources that you'll find very useful whether if you´re a noob or a pro using HS :)

Also, don´t hesitate to contact the support crew, as they are always available to help you and solve any doubt you may have.

Finally, be sure to explore all the possibilities you have within the whole Marketing Hub, because no matter what kind of marketing strategy you´re planning for your campaigns, HS will surely be able to provide ways for you to achieve your goals

Really comprehensive tools for building our leads gen funnel end-to-end

What do you like best about the product?
Time-saving from using workflows. And the greater visibility on attribution and the success of individual campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Leads can skip lifecycle stages, meaning you can have a sales qualified lead which has never been marked as a lead, or a marketing qualified lead. This causes issues with our reporting and requires manual work-arounds.

Seems it's not that well adapted for our use case (B2B marketing) in terms of attribution, requires quite a bit of manual work and CRM cleaning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution of leads, previously we had no visibility over which channels our leads and sales were coming from. Centralised communications to customers and leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend spending time setting up correctly and ensuring clean data, Hubspot's onboarding training was very useful

What do you like best about the product?
The amount and quality of the properties each object, especially Contacts, have. Compared with other tools, HubSpot gives a lot of flexibility for segmentation and analysis.

The way landing pages are created, sharing the same forms, is also very productive and helps a lot when you need to change a field on several landing pages.

Their support is also really good and fast.

The Smart Content on email and Landing Pages is really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their website/landing page building product is really lacking, even compared to brazillian startups like RD Station (Resultados Digitais).

The drag and drop templates don't really cut it when you need even a minimally professional LP, so the user needs some technical skill to go though their Files and Templates section and figure out how their modules work to create something good.

If the product has a better way to build good looking LPs it isn't communicated very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and automation.
Sales and Marketing communication and accountability.
Email marketing.
Inbound and web analytics.
Web development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For brazillian companies that want to improve their Inbound Marketing, HubSpot might be the product for you.
They're easy to use (unlike, Salesforce) and more powerful than local solutions (mainly RD Station), but it comes at a higher price point that may not be accessible for smaller companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the UI and ease of use. We use the workflows extensively to run contacts through a nurture program. Based on their behaviors and demographics we are able to send them to the next appropriate step. I also use the function of the workflow to create a webhook to submit leads/deals to our SFDC CRM. We currently do not use the CRM function of HubSpot- just an internal decision with nothing to do with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is something I don't like. We use HubSpot as our main marketing tool, without workflows we wouldn't have the success with TOF and MOF content that we've had. Our limitations are the bandwidth of our team, big dreams, and little time to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to create nurture flows to turn TOF content into MOF engagement and drive BOF conversions. Our MQL to SQL conversion rate has drastically improved. For the first time we've had to create sales enablement tools to assist the sales team in booking demos automatically- there are too many leads coming in at once. Very nice problem to have.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made automations and processes much easier and smoother. As the ops manager, I now have better oversight across all departments when it comes to their day to day processes as well as the communication we are sending out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken some time to get the team on board with using this software as it is a little more time consuming (at first, at least) when it comes to implementing the processes we've built. However, I'm confident it will save time in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now send consistent marketing emails, we better track conversions and we have workflows which are designed to capture people at every stage of the buyer journey.
Using the chat feature has also revolutionised our customer service and we are seeing happier customers who are converting faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend HubSpot for businesses seeking to scale and who are keen to harness the power of the contact lists through marketing sequences to generate loyal customers and brand advocates.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the most intuitive and user-friendly Marketing Automation platforms I've used. It has all the features you need to run an effective B2B inbound strategy and it's ahead of the game when compared to competitors like Pardot and Marketo.

A few amazing features to highlight are the 24/7 support, it's easy to contact someone via phone, email or live chat and they are always so helpful. Additionally, it can do a really great job aligning your sales and marketing teams as we also use the CRM and Sales pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools feature is pretty confusing, they have recently changed this to an easier drag and drop landing page builder which is great but with bringing out new ways of doing things, they haven't thought through how to automatically migrate the old templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and lead nurturing, tracking and reporting and linking marketing to sales.
