Marketing Refresher At It's Best
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how the Marketing Hub gave me a crash course on utilizing the interface. It was very informative and reinstalled knowledge that I thought I had lost. I honestly thought the course would be a waste of time but I was proven wrong. It gave me so much insight and showed me how to use some of the tools I was already using to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a hands-on learner, so sitting through the videos was very daunting for my learning style. However, the videos were edited in a way that didn't have me zoning out midway through. They were broken up into sections that were very manageable. I wish there was some form of interactiveness within the system because even with the hands-on portions they didn't specify if you fully completed the section. Sometimes I was left feeling unsure about whether or not I finished a portion of the lab. There has to be a better way to change that interface so it's more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didn't help me solve any problems. I used the tool as a refresher course. I've always used Hubspot on a basic level but I was recently promoted so I needed more information on the interface and how to make the most out of this tool for my job position. This course gave me insight into how beneficial the system actually is for my new position. I now use the tool every day instead of just every so often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do it! It's worth the time because there is so much information available.
HubSpot brings all marketing automation needs in one location
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Marketing Hub is the ability to automate and track everything in one location. We have a lot of different pages and pieces of content that need to work together to support our campaign efforts. HubSpot allows us to do that, while bringing in other platform information to help, such as ad platforms. Also, there success and support team goes above and beyond. They make it really easy to solve any potential issues and respond in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest challenges we've faced with HubSpot was getting the right tracking and integrations in place to make HubSpot work most efficiently. However, with the most recent upgrades to workflow and ad platform integrations, those issues have been mostly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is helping us understand our customer behavior and automate lead nurture to maximize efficiency. We've been able to segment our audience lists in more meaningful ways, understand how audiences are responding to our outreach, and the associated analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how your other department will and should interact with the Hub - for example, do you also need to enroll your sales team? Also consider what tools you want to integrate and best ways to setup lead nurture campaigns, there are a ton of options.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user friendly. I've never had any experience with any other marketing automation tool, but I will say I've never had to go searching for something else because HS does it all. The thing I like best is how easy it is to segment and send out emails / the types of workflows you can build out so that you're always working smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
HS can be really finicky. It's a total bummer when something's not working for you, wether it be a user set up issue or something wrong with your workflow, and customer success refers you to a community board.

Saves a lot of the team's time with scheduling and automating!
Great and easy tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of Hubspot Marketing Hub. It feels easy to navigate and personally was easy for me to learn. I also like that there are many integration possibilities with the Hubspot App Marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite think about Hubspot is the reporting aspect. I expected it to be more easy and robust than it is, but I find it difficult to run reports on the objects that we would like to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of efficiency within our marketing department. Although currently, our sales team has not yet migrated to Hubspot, one of the great benefits I am seeing is our marketing department being about to track our projects, comment on projects that are in the works and such. It really helps us all stay on the same page.
Hubspot Marketing Hub - Intuitive, Powerful, Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Our law firm relies upon Hubspot to power our Marketing and Sales processes beginning-to end. As a business without dedicated technical staff, we are grateful to have access to a platform that lets us easily manage powerful, in-depth features (like lead attribution, blogs, marketing automation, revenue estimation, and custom reports/dashboards). Some of our favorite features:
1. Blogs - Our marketing strategy is heavily driven by organic traffic, and Marketing Hub has made it easy for our team to create, edit, and maintain high-quality content.
2. Workflows - I encourage anyone considering Hubspot to check out video demonstrations/explanations of Hubspot's workflows. They are such a great tool for creatively tying together different components of a marketing strategy. Want to trigger a Slack notification in response to customer behavior? Easy. Want to update a lead's lifecycle stage once they speak to a team member? No problem. Want to send a tailored marketing email after a lead interacts with a particular page? Simple. Our firm runs on Hubspot automations.
3. Custom reports - Quality data is the real point of any good CRM, and Hubspot's custom reports make sure that data is always at hand. Every week, reports help us gain insights that drive our marketing strategy.
Hubspot's support team is also exceptional. Knowledgeable staff are always immediately accessible through chat or phone calls. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes for personal, in-depth advice on solving tricky problems. With Marketing Hub, we always feel empowered to try big, bold ideas. We know that the platform and support team will be there to make it happen.

I could dig to come up with instances where we ran into a challenge making some idea a reality, but the truth is that's never been the end of the story. We've always quickly found a way to do what we want, the platform is that flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really can't think of any major recurring problems. Ultimately, we fee like Hubspot enables us to creatively and flexibly approach whatever marketing strategy we feel is most beneficial at the time. We never have to ask "will Hubspot let us do this." It will.
A powerful tool that saves me time
What do you like best about the product?
The insights Hubspot Marketing Hub gives me on my clients have helped me to focus where and how I spend my time marketing. The workflows tool seems to have endless possibilities for me so far! Hubspot support and tutorials help me learn new features almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having greater functionalities in the software comes at a significantly higher price. That being said, the support and tech teams can help you understand which tools you really need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for my clients to communicate with me and being more proactive in my marketing has helped me to build better relationships with my clients.

Good for managing landing pages and social in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some other tools, Hubspot has a very clean user interface and is straightforward and simple to use for publishing social media content to most platforms (it's lacking some features for Instagram and LinkedIn personal pages).
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been frustrating to have some limitations for Instagram. For example, you can't publish multi-photo posts from Hubspot. You also can't save captions and add hashtags in an easy way within the platform. With LinkedIn, you can't publish videos to personal pages -- only business pages. So because of those reasons, we have used Hubspot alongside other tools to accomplish those things. It would be better to have the option to do all of those things in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily load and schedule a lot of social media content quickly. It's also very useful to have the landing page tool available so we can quickly create multiple versions of the same page. Having this tool in the same platform as other marketing activities has the potential to streamline team operations.
Best Marketing Hub in the market. Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness to use and being a full solution. Not only HubSpot has a complete set of tools, they have a full Academy and great Support. It's so easy to create emails, landing pages and forms; and never once the tool crashed while using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too pricy, but I get that they're focusing in Enterprise customers. The Support can give you custom replies sometimes and doesn't always solve the problem, but it's easy and fast to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a full integrated Marketing solution with the Sales tool and CRM. Best of market, no discussion. With the Hub we don't need lots and lots Marketing solutions, it provides an easy way to manage brand communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the Support and your account manager, it seems easy to get started but you can get lost with so many functionalities. Start with the basic of the basics and escalate only when you're fully aware of what you're doing.
A marketing tool like no other!
What do you like best about the product?
- Data! Tracking Ad/email campaigns with ease. This allows us to allocate resources to the areas that are performing best.
- Integration with Facebook, Google Ads. This allows us to better gauge how well each advert is performing and also to therefore track our conversion rates.
- Automation. Workflows are an excellent tool that provide us with an easy way of attributing tags, scheduling confirmation emails and removing a lot of basic admin tasks that were time consuming.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Tracking conversion sources from FB. It's difficult to see which ads were successful in generating the most conversions after viewing our landing page.
- More advice on optimising landing pages would also be welcome. This would be an improvement on the UX.
- Dislike the complex settings menu, it can be confusing when trying to find the right section to make adjustments to my profile.
- Microsoft Teams integration. This could be much improved, especially when setting up notifications for our live chat function on the website.
