Our team is passionate about upping our creative marketing output to grow our brand and deliver amazing value to end users. We’re convinced HubSpot is the key to making that happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge with HubSpot Marketing Hub is figuring out how we can use it to replace other platforms we currently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to streamline our marketing output and leverage the team for doing the most important creative work.
Easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is created in a way that allows any person with any background to use. It has been very helpful with mass emailing and personalizing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates but other than that it has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing customer information. Hubspot has made it easy to connect the dots for sales and marketing, making it easy to navigate through and to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the MKT Hub is how easy is to schedule and post on social media, and reply directly from there. I get to track all our engagement in one place, interacting with our customers and following up all our messages!
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able to connect Threads on my social media accounts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t need multiple software to manage our social channels, we have all our database and campaigns there, it’s easy to use, straightforward. The dashboard reports are also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot had brought tons of innovation to one spot. The new AI agents and personalization features are modernizing marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a cold email and warmup service.

With such a small marketing team, HubSpot is truly such a game changer. The platform helps us with our inbound and outbound marketing strategies, track and nurture leads and so much more!

The AI powered tools can be a little clunky, hopefully they will continue to improve.

Hubspot has leapfrogged our ability to personalize relevant messages to our members.

Since our data is account centric and not member centric, sometimes we have issues with having the full member picture in Hubspot.

Onboarding, reboarding, lead gen, abandon app leads, and more.
Hubspot is the only MAP system I enjoy working with

The downside of Hubspot is that every product is charged separately so it can add up for a smaller company
