All in one

What do you like best about the product?
I love the various ways to report on successes, whether it's a single email, a campaign, a workflow, or a CTA multivariate test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility in workflow logic. A lot of the things I need to build for my team require laborious workarounds or force our SDR/AE teams to change their workflows to accommodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making marketing data easily accessible to the SDR/AE team has helped a ton in letting them know where leads are coming from and how they're engaging with our brand before outreach begins.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness, intuitiveness, and basically any question you have can be easily answered by searching HubSpot Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy at times like any software can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and campaign tracking, as well as building landing pages and emails. Makes doing all of these things a breeze and ties each part of the process together seamlessly.

All-in-one marketing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one marketing platform that offers the requirements a business would need for marketing. You can generate campaigns, track them, add additional analytics, call actions for buttons and much more. I believe it also centralizes the aspects of marketing as to not be dependent on other marketing software or tools. The tools along with the reporting in means of GUI is really good and easy to understand by any user within the team. The knowledge base for the marketing hub is also really useful and could be relied on along with HubSpot's support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of the marketing tools available in comparison to competitors. There are some limitations on the analytical tools within the platform and I believe this can be embedded on the Marketing Hub. I believe if there are more functions within the platform, this will enable more users to use the tool which will be beneficial for various organizations. The integration of third party applications with the platforms is not the most optimal and hence might require lots of integrations for reporting which might not be very precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with clients, leads and marketing campaigns. All teams are able to use one tool in order for us to reach the objectives and meet the requirements when it comes to marketing campaigns and so on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a one stop tool that you can rely on in order to achieve your organization goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has a thriving developer community and that it has driven me to learn basic development to fully leverage the true power of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like more complex documentation is hidden behind some of their marketing material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate everything. Our hand-off to sales is flawless as a result of Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email templates and the ease of using them in HubSpot. Once my email is ready, I can send to my segmented contact list. After my email has been delivered, I can go into each contact record and see if they opened the email, clicked, etc. Or I can see if there was a problem with the deliverability of the email. I also like that HubSpot is continuously improving the email template platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the email template platform and the landing page platform are different. If the templates were more closely aligned, it would be easier to create landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create and use landing pages with our emails to 'gate' content and gather information and to see where our contacts and leads are going on our website, which blogs they are reading and what is most important to them. This helps us know where they are in the buyers journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing is a great choice to manage all of your marketing needs from email, to contact database, social media management and lead generator.

Pleasure to work with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The vartiety of possibilities of automation. The platform is really understandable for every new marketeer that joins our company. We like how we learn new things about hubspot every single day. And that every app that we use can be added to hubspot. Therefore it is easy for us to make connection. Besides that it's really handfull for us that we can send slack notifications to all of our employers when a new lead comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you build workflows. It seems like you only have one if/then branche possibility. Would be great if you could build a bigger workflow.
It can be helpful to have more insides in where the lead is in the workflow process. And even more apps to connect with offcourse!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated most of our marketing process. All leads that come from our marketing ads are loaded into our workflows and from there on we automate every process step in the workflows.

Having worked within several marketing roles, one of the constant challenges I experienced was managing the multitude of platforms, systems and tools organisations typically use. Not to mention getting them all talking to each other. HubSpot simplifies this with its all-in-one out-of-the-box solution. Never again will I waste my time on those complex IT integration projects. HubSpot can take care of all the moving parts associated with the inbound marketing process, from generating leads to nurturing those leads to converting those leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial and start using it. By trial and error and watching the video's from hubspot I learned a lot about how you can benefit from it.

Essential tool for growth

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows make automation simple and effective. It makes marketing ops easy to scale and can make marketing -> sales handover incredibly fast and efficient.

The integration with Salesforce is essential for my company's commercial team. The ability to edit fields automatically and create tasks automatically ensures that hot leads are followed up with, and tracked, simply and accurately, whilst providing insight on conversion analytics and marketing attribution.

The Hubspot support is excellent, although occasionally it is not always available due to busy support technicians. When online, they ate always incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile in assisting with my quieries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lists can be slow to load, especially active lists. When compared to Salesforce, for example, reports are immediately available. Hubspot sometimes can need up to 2 minutes for more complex queries in a larger data set.

Landing page templates can be very tricky without a developer helping out on specific coding requirements - would expect more from a WYSIWYG editor.

When errors in integration occur, it would be great to have a greater amount of information detailing the error as well as the steps required to fix it. I have spent a great deal of time online with the Hubspot support team trying to troubleshoot the issues faced.

The integration with Salesforce could be clearer. If Hubspot adopted the same lead/contact/account data architecture that Salesforce does, it would be much easier to ensure field updates are occurring on the right field, and on the correct object,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is eliminating what would otherwise be a huge amount of manual work with regard to lead field updates and lead handover.

The timeline feature is a huge plus for us, and it's great to be able to see all the marketing touchpoints any lead has had through the interface. It also gives us amazing insight into landing page/email optimisation with top of the line reporting.

Benefits include the speed of delivery when it comes to marketing campaigns, and CRO data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure any customer/prospect facing assets are mobile-first!

What do you like best about the product?
Very good for marketing automation, and their workflow technology always gets updates. I really like not needing to go to various providers (analytics, multi-platform organic social media management, multi-platform advertising, conversational marketing, landing page builder, website platform, sales crm, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be good to have a lens on influenced pipeline and revenue. The campaign view only shows revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're all in from website through to on-boarding, it's been great to help us scale from small to mid-sized

HubSpot is a Marketing Dream Come True

What do you like best about the product?
The workflows and task creation capabilities are currently my most used features. As we begin building out more campaigns, I like that all channels talk to each other and we can pull the levers and strings with quality data around each avenue. It also makes it easy to engage on social while managing emails all in one dashboard. This helps to guide our strategy much more effectively than the platforms we were using before which did not communicate together so there was a lot of wasted time pulling data from all the areas and then comparing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the reports were a little more adaptive. They have the new reporting beta that has really helped in a lot of ways. However, as a SaaS system that does B2B sales and need to monitor customer usage of our system, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to import data about customer usage and create a customer monitoring dashboard to see how they're growing or diminishing and why. The reports can only use static fields so they can't really monitor something like that over time, but would be very helpful if they could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems we had before was being able to manage all our channels in one place. I'm a marketing team of one so being able to create social post in the same platform where I send customer emails, create email campaigns, launch ads, and manage data dashboards, it makes it much more smooth and simple to move between tasks and know what's working well.
