Best features are Workflows,List, Social Media integration, email, landing pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime lead automatically enroll themselves in some workflows. These are bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us run inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns. Also help us automate marketing processes using workflows.

It's good for SME companies. Economical than its competitors

What do you like best about the product?
I have used HubSpot for just over three years, before that I was use Microsoft Ad Dynamix for my CRM and marketing communications. What differencce between the two!

HubSpot Marketing provides a detailed user journey to ensure your content is ticking all of your prospects boxes. The ability to gain vital social media engagement means interactions can be managed, reported on and will help prioritise what is working and what is not when it comes to content. The simplicity in its reporting features and the versatility to change dashboards, add custom reports and easily fetch data from different timelines makes it an invaluable asset to any Marketing and Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from an Ad Dynamix background, some of the features at first took some time to fully understand and navigate. In particular, I struggled when creating companies/contacts and leads and ensuring data is correctly attached to the corresponding accounts. Some duplication did occur within the first fe weeks of usage however through familiarisation and consistent and correct logging of data this was soon rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accountability of the software means users can see visually how content is performing, how leads and prospects are reacting and it serves as signposts for opportunities to develop, as well as what is working well for the business. It also gives users the ability to manage communications with existing customers, hot leads and prospects in order to stay organised and more importantly, stay connected with those who matter most.

It also has a platform to schedule and manage social media content and not only are users able to post across a vast majority of platforms, it is also simple and easy to use. The platform also shows the users how the content is being interacted with and again, provides vital insights to drive engagement and respondence through improved posting of content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing hub offers multiple modules for various use cases- email marketing, ads, social, website, file management, strategy & planning and most importantly "lead capture". With lead capture you can track digital footprint of your audience from awareness to purchase and influence them in the process with timely nurture drips using automated workflows. You can get detailed reports around your campaigns using powerful dashboards and analytics and work at deal as well as contact levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Marketing Hub's lead scoring model has severe restrictions where parameters are limited to 100 at a time and properties are relatively inflexible. The scoring model is restricted to numerical models and configurations are limited by properties. Also, the website forms module is not very intuitive and difficult to manage and analytics around the forms is not as powerful as tools like Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the marketing hub, we have integrated our social, website and email campaigns to create a unified view of the patient. Using powerful integrations, all our leadership reports are created within hubspot to track and measure the effectiveness of our marketing programs. The marketing hub is very useful for creating landing pages and forms and tracking and modifying the user journey to improve lead generation. Coupled with lead capture, we measure outcomes accurately and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please evaluate utilisation of all modules before making an investment. Understanding your needs and mapping it to the modules you would utilise for is critical. Also, look at integrations that you can drive to help you measure effectiveness of your investments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is constantly improving their tool and there have been many times when I thought, "I wish we could do that" only for Hubspot to push an update answering that challenge days later.

The interface really is user friendly and straight forward

They have made significant improvements with reporting and tracking results

The ability for my website to sit on the same platform as my marketing automation activities is great, its integration with google ads and linked in...the variety of app in the marketplace with simple integrations, it's great
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with salesforce was a challenge to get the reporting, pushes of certain tasks, association to different campaigns through uploads in hubspot, was a challenge.

After quite a lot of work with a fantastic partner agency, it was customized to do exactly what I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting, email and marketing automation platform, list uploads, ppc and linkedin integrations, lead scoring, gating, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you can take advantage of their full suite of services the better. Be sure to familiarize yourself with everything that is included in marketing hub, there were tools I didn't even realize I had at my disposal, which saved us a lot of money with not having to buy another tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is, that you have all tools (contacts, companies, ads, mails, social, website, ...) in one place, all working together. Not only in marketing, but also in sales and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Pricing pr. Contact has been a Paid, but that is now changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting true control over inbound leads and the handling of them. We have been part of the ABM-Programme from start and we like the marketing-sales cooperation inside that framework. Workflows and Lists are the two important things in HubSpot, as the possibilities just with these two tools are limitless.

Very useful software for marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the workflow feature. I can set triggers, add an if/than branch, add emails, and change property values. Once the workflow is turned on I don't have to think about it anymore and am confident that the automation is running correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functionalities that are missing, for example, embedding videos in emails. There are a few workarounds, but it doesn't quite meet my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love setting up automated emails. I can just set it and forget it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the Marketing Hub is the way everything is integrated for reporting. It makes it a one-stop-shop for all the data that I need and it really helps me compare channels and paid vs organic. Another feature I love is the scheduling tool for social posts. I love being able to bulk schedule and customize from one screen and then save and be done. Lastly, the landing page template feature is a huge plus because it allows someone without coding experience to create the page I need in order to run campaigns the way I need them to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have to this is that the analytics aren't as deep as the platform themselves. However, that isn't make or break for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of scheduling and getting content out consistently. Along with knowing where our leads come in from whether it be from ads or organic social posts. Benefits that we have realized are being able to create full campaigns that allow us to track the leads coming in as well. This helps us understand which campaigns are working and which ones need adjusted.
