The HubSpot Marketing Hub makes both inbound and outbound efforts easier, automated and successful.
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part is the social media tab. I'm able to schedule posts, track metrics and engagements all in one platform. The recent updates like preview post on social media just add to the value of this Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have an easier path to using email templates and more design options. I would also like to improve how GIFS are managed. In my Hub, I'm not able to use GIFS which is a missed opportunity.
I know that the SEO tool is fairly recent but I think it could be a lot more powerful than it is right now. Maybe get to Semrush level or something like that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time because of the scheduling tool.

Embedding forms has been extremely valuable because that allows me to follow trends on my website and measure the success of the resources, demos, trials, and more I include on my website.

Hubspot makes it super simple to schedule & edit social post
What do you like best about the product?
Being part of a small marketing hub-spot allows all of us to have overview of what's going on with all our marketing comms without having to train each-other in different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social posting has improved a lot on the platform but being able to schedule and post carousels for instagram would be amazing..and to be able to choose the thumbnail for insta videos would also be handy.
If we could pull clear weekly reports on social that would also be helpful, I.e pull a 2 month report of week by week breakdown.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it super easy is one of the team members are away we are able to cross check, edit and have a clear view of whats schedule across CRM and Social.

If I had to select one aspect I dislike, it is when I've experienced formatting issues with bulleted lists in emails. HubSpot can be finicky at times with sub-bullets.

Take advantage of the certifications! Leveraging HubSpot Academy is an excellent way to make the most of the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Decent tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement to organisation. Especially suitable for small and mid size companies. Easy to integrate your own solutions and clear user interface gives a good user experience when using the tool which makes the adoption with in organisation a much less painful process that CRM implementation usually are. Email editing and social media and blog content is easy and quick to update.
Email creation is very easy and needs no tutorials or anything else like that. You can get very visual with no prior skills which is nice to begin with. Also, makes the adoption for marketers painless.

What do you dislike about the product?
the use relational data is a bit old fashioned. E.g. I would like to link contact to multiple companies but it cannot be done. Also, dynamic content to email's according contact custom information could be better. For example visual changes in email when sending would be nice to have as a dynamic information.
Also, the create lists and reports the filtering rules would be nice to be a bit more robust. So users could see the full view of a customer with one glimpse.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising a lot of marketing communication activities. Saves time and efforts when activities can be centralised as much as possible. Also, reporting is easier when data can be found from one place rather than collecting it from multiple data bases where information easily gets siloed.

Good fit for SME companies that need a basic tool set.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely the best marketing software available out there. Colleagues in other parts of the business use other platforms and complain about the difficulty of use, and envy the Marketing department for using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been creating marketing emails for our campaign and I just love the new drag and drop editor where you can use a lot of different template readily available. Even if you are not tech savvy, Hubspot has a lot of knowledge articles that you can use to guide you. They also have a great support team to help you when you are at wits end. Lastly, I like the new single send API that can connect to other system/software you are using to send automated emails. Good job, Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
There would be a few limitations that I have encountered but really cant blame Hubspot for it. I believe they are always looking into updating/upgrading the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of manual, repetitive activities can now be automated and the team can focus on other important things.

If you are looking for an easy, friendly user CRM, Hubspot is the way to go.

My first choice for inbound marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot workflows are perfectly aligned with the rest of the suite. This makes it my number one choice for inbound marketing. On top of that, the HubSpot academy helps the whole team succeed, not only with its technical content, but also with all the strategy, tactics and tricks to become a more effective marketing and sales team. And finally, the customer support is by far the best I've seen in a SaaS, yes, by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plans are not so flexible. There are a lot of features on the Marketing Pro that starting business won't really use but I think Workflows is something you really need from day one. I also miss the $200 monthly plan. I've seen how some customers have decided not to use HubSpot because the Pro plan was too expensive for their current cashflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients usually loose a lot of opportunities because they don't have a sales team aligned with an inbound strategy, they don't know the terms, tactics... Also, I often see good and experienced sales teams involved in qualifying leads activities that takes precious time from them. Instead, with HubSpot inbound training these teams get their strategies aligned and because of all the workflows and automation in place, they just have to deal with highly qualified leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to work with but don't just start using it without proper training. You won't get results and will be disappointed.
