Control, Transparency, Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot since 2015. Initially we used it purely for email automation, but now we use it for almost every aspect of our marketing and promotional activities. It is simple, easy to use, and feature-rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign infrastructure needs to be more flexible. I want to have the ability to move assets between campaigns without losing insight into the overall activity. Failing that, I would prefer to capture start/end dates, and let the activity data be limited accordingly. Also, a notes or description field would be helpful as we look back at historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation. Scheduling social media posts for multiple users at different times. Blogging. Custom landing pages. All done by me, with no need for a developer or a tech person. It's easy, quick, and intuitive.
Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Above all, HubSpot is easy to use. Its intuitive interface and functionality make it simple to get the things you need to do done. The social scheduler is reliable and makes it easy to track results, and the email tool is the best one I've ever used (compared to other companies like Pardot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Active Demand, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's reporting tools leave a lot to be desired. While they give basic functionality, the second you want to do things like track campaign interactions that led to a sales call, things become nearly impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes outreach easier! Plain and simple, it's easy to get things out and create prospect interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is far and away my favorite marketing tool. Get a trial and use the tools. It's the ease of use and interface that make HubSpot so nice to use. Also, integrating with HubSpot CRM is ideal - though I've used it without the CRM as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with custom built coding onto landing page

Features isn't well friendly for web developers - its more of a marketing materials. Its take a while to get use to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing issues are general issues but it was dealt quickly with online chat that hubspot offers for customers
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on the social calendar it won't let you click the individual posts to edit them. I also dislike that FB and IG are not linked to Hubspot, big bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our companies growth and leads. We are also about to personify our audience and easily contact them through work flows and email blasts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of tools with Hubspot and it is a great service. There's a lot of buttons that can seem over whelming but it's actually pretty easy to get the hang of.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ONLY way your business should go for all its marketing need.

Conveniently create and capture analytics all in the same place.

When designing landing pages, if you don't know coding, some of the templates can be restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining four brand personalities under one brand now. Establishing forms and landing pages that leave impressions for our prospects and customers.
A User Friendly, All In One Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Email software, social media posting, blog posting, ability to pull reports, and other CRM capabilities. On top of the actual platform's positives, their customer service is also great. I've never had a problem that wasn't solved or at least answered promptly. With a paid account, you also have access to a dedicated rep that is always available by phone/email and schedules regular meetings with you to let you know about new product releases and different features on HubSpot that could be beneficial to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much not to like about HubSpot. The ONLY negative I can come up with (and this won't apply to 99.9% of users) is when sending emails that were built using the drag and drop editor, we have found that the layout of the email appears wrong for recipients using Zimbra as their email provider (we only found this problem because we use Zimbra).
We have addressed this issue with HubSpot, but have also found that as long as emails are built using the classic editor, we have no problems so that's what we've been doing for the time being. Again, this should NOT deter you from using HubSpot because we have had no problems with any other email providers (seriously we're probably the only people using Zimbra).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, HubSpot provides an easy all-in-one solution for just about all of our online marketing efforts. We post blogs and schedule social media posts across different platforms as well as capture leads, create landing pages, pull reports, create lists of website visitors, etc. If it's a feature on HubSpot, we're probably using it or learning how we can use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider HubSpot if you're looking for a tool that will help you do it all. Their platform is very user-friendly and like I mentioned above, I haven't talked with anyone at the company that isn't an expert on their software. If they don't have the answer, they will make sure to put you in touch with the person that will. They are also consistently working to add features and updates to help businesses grow. You won't be sorry you gave them a try.

Having all the tools in one platform makes work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not working as supposed to. Eg. sometimes changing the font in the email editor can be really frustrating. Also, sometimes finding some specific tool or feature can be put under a very unlogical headline. e.g. I was doing a pop-up banner and did not expect to find it from forms editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to my previous job when we had a website and CRM on different platforms, now having all under one platform helps daily work a lot and makes tracking and understanding the customer much easier

A great all-around platform that covers almost every basic action needed in digital marketing. It also offers add-ons for more complex needs.

I love that we have all functions in one tool: page administration/creation, email marketing, social media calendar

When i want to delete an already scheduled post, i need to go to the list of scheduled posts and look for it. I wish i could do that directly from the calendar

The reports and stats offered are very insightful along with the ability to create lists and reports from there. I love the clone option with mailers.

Social scheduling is a breeze, however, multiple images cannot be uploaded to Instagram which is frustrating

streamlining my entire workflow process. Sending bulk, yet personalized emails to clients in workflows that do all the hard work for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything you need in one place. With the right thinking and logic, almost anything can be achieved on HubSpot. Start small and then expand as you get more familiar with it. If you stuck, contact support - they are amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and integrated third party tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Google Analytics. All cta's are integrated into the platform so you have full visibility of your customer interactions. HubSpot Marketing also gives us full visibility of the engagement from our contacts with any marketing activities such as document usage, website activity, advertisement interaction and marketing emails. As it is an all in one system we can manage interactions and run advanced workflows that create a stronger relationship with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little pricey if you want to use all features. Setup can also take some time to ensure all your marketing channels are in place and ready to go. There is also some requirement to have internal expertise or a third party consultant if you want to fully leverage their internal CMS for landing pages and blog pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep in contact with our customers on a regular basis without increased administrative work. We're also able to understand how we acquire customers and where we are seeing the most success with our marketing. We integrated our advertising spend into the CRM so we are able to pair contact generation to paid advertisement as a result determine ROI without require complex Google Analytics setup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you approach the use of HubSpot with an overall strategy in mind. The tool is incredibly effective with deep usage but will fail to produce results if you have no effective plan going into the subscription.
