Excellent system o manage audience journey.

Audience journey. lead capture and best of all automation workflows.

It is an excellent platform to organise your campaigns, have an excellent view on customer journeys and manage your workflows to deliver excellent ROI.

Hubspot is the most Poweful marketing tool but it is hard to set up

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much content on the site with answers to nearly any question you may have about the site. This is indeed a very powerful marketing tool that can take care of all your marketing needs. It has a wonderful social media scheduling tool that is quite robust in tracking likes, views etc. Currently, we are using it to grow our presence and facilitate a community around our product
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to get started if you haven't read all material, and there are some quirks that are hard to figure out. it is hard to go back and choose a different template when you update an email campaign. The info on how to do things is scattered around and It needs to be more consolidated into one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been tracking analytics, scheduling social media, and creating email marketing. We are able to look at and track the changes and participation in our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it for your needs but realize that it is going to take some time to implement. We are still learning about all the features and how to effectively use them. It is a huge learning curve but one that will for sure improve things in the long term for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool to centralize our marketing efforts in one place: from the beginning to the end of the sales funnel, we have all the resources to optimize our strategy. In addition, leads enter the system creating a complete report on the life cycle of a potential client, facilitating the identification of clients simply by reviewing a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to determine where the leads are coming from and the UTM tracking system could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking system is the only thing that comes to mind. I emphasize the attention of the team and how they are making an effort to solve it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool. Highly recommended

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hubspot allows me to automate tasks, which means that I can create lasting impact for my company, rather than just temporary results that I have to continually feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better file management on Hubspot. It sure seems like when you start to build up your automations, it can be difficult to remember what you titled them or how you created them. I wish there was a way to really organize them in a way that's clear or made sense. Even tagging them with the parts of the funnel or by what we were promoting would be extremely useful. I also don't like that emails in workflows get a little complicated. You have to click through the workflow to edit something over in emails, to adjust the email in the workflow. It's just a lot of navigation when trying to make simple edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation was the biggest hurdle for our company, since we pull in a lot of data that isn't standard for most B2B or B2C brands. We are able to keep all this data organized and put it to use for our growth. This is way more than we were able to accomplish in Mailchimp before.

We've already seen growth in the level of communication we are able to offer and we have seen significant results in driving actions from our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with whatever Hubspot recommends. They have a lot of experience and can start you with the steps that will have the biggest impact for your company. Also, if you're new, then you definitely need the training. There's simply too much to tackle by just exploring the product. Training will save you tons of time and really equip you to make the best decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of automation using workflows and the ability to building out custom properties. The lead management and scoring is also quite good. The analytics and reporting tools also help us in analysing data and creating custom reports across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to build workflows through sequences as required, and the ability to auto-enroll contacts from sequences that use forms/sign up as a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our central CRM repository, we use it for all our marketing automations, email campaigns, sales sequences, lead qualification stages, and deal management. Further, our customer success also uses this to build up sell/cross-sell strategies and campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very intuitive tool and you should consider it early on and build off it all your processes. The support is also quite good.

Marketing Cloud vs Hubspot a World of Difference

What do you like best about the product?
Over the past year, I've used both SalesForce Marketing Cloud and the Hubspot Marketing Hub. SF Marketing Cloud was so difficult to work with while Hubspot was a breeze. It took weeks to set up Marketing Cloud while I was able to start designing and sending email campaigns in Hubspot in just a few hours.Hubspot is so intuitive, no technical knowledge or experience needed. I'm most excited about the landing page feature in Hubspot. I can create beautiful landing pages with lead forms for our partner marketing campaigns in minutes. Hubspot is really feature rich. We are using the SalesForce CRM and that integration with Hubspot was also effortless. No costly consultants needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the Hubspot Marketing Hub. The ease of use, the features and the price are all first-rate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending email campaigns, creating landing pages, and posting blogs. Hubspot's Marketing Hub saves a great deal of time and frustration because no coding or technical experience is needed. The price is also a benefit compared to other marketing platforms like the SalesForce Marketing Cloud.

Overall a Great CRM for Marketing - It's Obvious Why It's the Industry Standard

What do you like best about the product?
Overall it is a powerful tool that includes many of the important features needed when creating marketing campaigns. It allows you to group campaigns and assign resources to it, which automatically assesses the major aspects of your campaign's performance. Also, the tools for assessing your contact list and email health are super helpful.

The knowledgebase and HubSpot Academy are also valuable tools for learning and troubleshooting different methods of executing actions, workflows, sequences, etc. that you may encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though HubSpot has loads of tools for granular tracking of marketing campaign success, I find there are some areas where it is lacking features that come standard in other CRM and email marketing platforms. For example, you can't do an A/B time test for emails through the A/B testing feature - you have to manually split the list and assess the results, which can be time-consuming and troublesome.

Usually, features that are missing have already been suggested by other users so the development team is aware of them. Unfortunately, a lot of these requests are slow-moving and were suggested a few years ago with people still actively suggesting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great all in one tool to create a well-rounded and inclusive marketing strategy. It helps make reporting on the success of both campaigns and marketing efforts in general much easier, allowing marketers to make assessments and adjustments more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your options, but HubSpot is the industry standard for a reason.

Incredibly powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
Email campaigns, forms, and website integration, it also works well with workflows and contact lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Email template setup is a bit complicated and CTA limitations to 30 smart groups makes using them in my LOB very challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to log contacts from multiple channels and communicate directly with our contact base. I also love that marketing emails can be sent from the existing contact owner which makes them feel much more personal than coming from a no-reply email
