Marketing hub is an easy and great way to do everything you need/want by yourself

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Interface is easy to use and usability is one of the best i've seen in Customer Relationship Management tools.
I also like the way workflows are easy to use and to being set up. It's easy and fast to do anything using workflows. The new updates where is now possible to have an event delaying the workflow is soo great.
Account Based Marketing tool is really powerful and it has been helping us a lot to target which companies are key to our business and which are the best leads to involve in a negotiation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization of the interface from team to team. I would like to see more ways to interact with cards and personalize the way each team can create a new contact or a new company record (same way we are able to do with the sidebar inside contacts.
I would like to see the same triggers we have in Contacts workflows in Companies workflows
I wish there was way to connect more apps to help us with the forms tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows have helped me solve many problems so far. I have done so many things inside Marketing Hub to help our sales team have less manual work to do.
I also like the way Account based marketing has helped us target the companies we want to focus on.
Marketing analytics has been such a blessing for us. Before we use Hubspot it was such a pain finding a way to have a dashboard showing how effective were our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. You wont regret at all.
Hubspot has been one of the best companies to hear what their customers need and request. They are doing the right way. Putting the customer on the center of the business and doing everything they can to help us.

Intuitive to use and does the job

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use. It's intuitive and doesn't take long to before you're able to create landing pages, forms, emails, social media posts, or blog articles. Have been using it for 2 years and have enjoyed using it as a tool to promote our products to our target audience and customers. Also good for looking at marketing analytics. The speed of the Support team is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs which come down to coding issues, but these can be fixed if you can be bothered to log a support ticket each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly build landing pages, emails, blog articles and forms without agency help. Anyone can do it.

Easy to use and great to have a centralised hub for everything you need!

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is in one place, it keeps things simple and the integration with other apps is also very nice. The support from the Hubspot live chat has also been very helpful. It's also great to be using a tool that other teams such as sales are also using.

Being able to post to social media on all of our accounts via the Marketing Hub has also been very useful and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things not being customizable, i.e. within the blog. It would be great for you to embed videos that autoplay within the blog. Also, analytics could be a bit better.

I feel like the SEO side of things could be developed further, to help enrichen the analytics for content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to automate marketing functions and see analytics in a centralized place.

We have been able to streamline our marketing efforts, especially on the content creation front. We were as a company not pumping out as much content as we would've liked, but the more we have invested in the Marketing Hub we have found it to be easy and worth doing.

We have also integrated with Slack to better communicate our inbound leads to our team.

Our email marketing was also almost non-existent, however, Hubspot's email marketing tools are super easy to use which has enabled us to pump out more emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some of the Hubspot Academy courses to get started.

The most efficient and easy to use platform of this kind

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easily i can communicate with all my co-workers and multiple clients at the same time. It is a great help if you want to keep your work organised. Also, I find the reminder alerts extremely useful.
What i love about Hubspot is that it allows my team to synchronize all contacts and business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike any particular thing since it has never let me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job requires communication with a large variety of customers and Hubspot helps me create a profile for every new potential business partner and keep track of my interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to choose if they want to be notified on their email address regarding every Hubspot interaction, to avoid double notifications.

Increased productivity and efficiency!

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation is the best! It reduces manually data entry and copies necessary properties over from company level to contact level. For a small company like ours, it reduces the need for manual data entry. I also love that we're able to trigger tasks and internal emails when a form is submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow for deals aren't accessible unless we upgrade our plan which isn't ideal financially wise for a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and manual data entry.

Customizable Email Automation

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple variations of triggers that can be set-up for email automation as well as the native integrations HubSpot has built over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
When email goes down sitewide, but it usually resolved quickly. Sometimes the workflows are too complex, so you really need to double-check with someone which Support can help with. Also, good support depends on the individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SFDC syncs to upkeep email subscription lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The amount you can build depends on the size of your team. There are many possibilities that can extend beyond one person.

Streamlined Platform that's User-Friendly and Powerful

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing CRM from HubSpot is one of the most intuitive CRM's I've used, and still offers a lot more functionality than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting limitations that tools like Google Analytics offer that HubSpot does not, but the limitations are not significant enough to consider a different option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a lot more dynamic from a marketing standpoint, despite having a smaller team.

I really like the easiness to create and launch landing pages to generate leads with your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you think in a design that due to the templates is not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Makes social posting fast and easy

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides the ability to post to multiple pages at the same time, and to schedule social posts in advance. Once my graphic is in Hubspot, it is also quick and easy to post between social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we'd like to include our actual website in a post (instead of the link that goes through Hubspot), but posting from Hubspot doesn't allow this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has individual Facebook pages for each state, and Hubspot allows our Marketing team to post to all of them simultaneously, saving us tons of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is robust, so there is a significant learning curve, but it is valuable in creating a cohesive marking plan and tracking results.

So Good It Will Ruin You For All Other Marketing Software

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the most user-friendly pieces of software I've ever used with an intuitive interface that generally works how you expect it to whether you are an experienced technical marketer or a sales professional who has simply relied on your inbox and memory in the past. The real power comes in when you use the full system from outbound marketing (social media posting, paid advertising on Google, Facebook or LinkedIn) to content marketing (email, landing pages) to 1:1 relationship management. But even if you're only using a few of the features you'll still probably see significant value.

Another nice thing is that they're constantly improving, and have oftentimes added a new feature right when I'm wishing it existed. On more than one occasion I've been able to get into a beta test of something new that was exactly what I was looking for (for example, drag and drop email and landing page templates)

One thing that is really actually amazing is just how much you can accomplish even just with the free version of the product. But once you start getting used to some of the automation features you'll probably find that you want to upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media analytics are really geared towards reporting on success with a HubSpot-centric lens. It's hard to use them to show value for things like community engagement, and the social listening capabilities are somewhat minimal. You may find that you still need a dedicated social media management tool on top of HubSpot.

If you're really trying to create a more customized design for landing pages you'll probably want to get a custom-designed template or use HubSpot's migration service, the free templates are good for most purposes though!

The cost can get pretty substantial once you start adding on contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps teams automate manual work, nurture marketing contacts into sales leads and better manage customer relationships. It is an ideal solution for inbound marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have IT support ready to go when you start your contract as you'll need to do some set up with your hosting/DNS service. Negotiate on the cost as they do often offer to discount. The sales rep experience is honestly the only bad thing about HubSpot so just get through it and get to the good part.
