Hubspot is the best!!
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows, properties, and lists. Also, I love how is integrated with other systems. I think it is a powerful tool that keeps mostly everything you need in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video for emails would be nice. And more video related stuff. Also, the forms are hard to format and style in the tool, it has to be coded, that's not nice.
this is for you G2 guys: I don't like that you have to write more words to get the offer, I thought my answers and I don't want to waste more time doing the form, now this answer has less value just because it has more words on it, I prefer to keep simple and straight to the point. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage mostly everything marketing related inside Hubspot. It is so easy to design campaigns and outreach, to organize and manage your assets, and to iterate work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to try to keep everything organized in order to deal with the growth because it increases the complexity.
HubSpot is easy to use and easy to learn with a lot of automation options.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that social media posting has become turnkey and automated. The email function of this is super helpful. Sending mass emails without having to click through every single address saves us a ton of time. For us the email list is by far the most useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't change anything about the format. I think the only issue that I have experienced has been with sending test emails. Every time I send myself a test email, the format is messed up.
Also, when creating subscription permissions, could it be possible to change their contact permissions without having to go back to the contacts home page? For instance, if I were to create an email, but I noticed it didn't send, it would be very helpful if I could just click on that contact directly and change their subscription without having to move pages several times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to remember to stay active over every social media platform. Currently, we are solving our automation problems. It is very difficult to make sure things like employee engagement are happening in the company. The email list function allows us to make sure that people do not get missed. Also as soon as the lists are built, it becomes very easy to use.
Regarding social media, it has helped us to track interaction and clicks. This obviously helps us optimize our social media effort and helps us figure out what people enjoy interacting

Best for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot lately for everything realted to marketing (I used many other solutions before) and I'm completely amazed by everything. I love how easy is to cretate websites, blogs or landing pages, how you can trigger any action with a workflow, the simplicity of email marketing, how it integrates with the rest of the funnel, and of course the data behind. I would never go back to any other marketing solution or tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say what I deslike, because there is nothing I don't like about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm soving both branding and demand geneation. Branding by creating a good website and excelent landing pages and demand generation with landing pages and with a SEO strategy thanks mainly to the blog, that has allow us to rank in the first 10 results of google in many keywords very related to our target.
Hubspot is an excellent tool to access many of your marketing technology in one location.

The best part about Hubspot is having many marketing technology tools in one platform. From SEO, SEM Rush for keyword analysis, blogs, emails, workflows, website pages, landing pages, pillar page/topic/subtopic planning tool,
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be better to help to isolate ROI, SEO, keywords and pages/blogs that aren't doing well or trending negatively. Also while you have the SEO topic and subtopic planning tool, there is no report that you can use for future content planning purposes to enable you see your current blogs, topics, subtopic results are, and what subtopic keywords are still available to develop future content around. Adding Google Review widgets and searchable maps to web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use the updating for SEO for blogs and website pages over the last year has improved our search rankings, views, and content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used HubSpot on a daily basis since 2014. It is a phenomenal tool for merging many marketing technology into one easy to use platform. Digital marketing is extremely complex and technical now and it helps to have Hubspot willing to help with just about any thing that I am working on in Hubspot. The support is extremely friendly and valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the social section daily to schedule and update our social posts across all channels. HubSpot makes it easy to schedule, especially with the latest "preview" option to see the post before it goes out. I love being able to schedule emails through the email section and find it much more intuitive than other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more interaction with social channels to engage with followers who like and comment on LinkedIn. Right now, in order to respond to someone's comment on a post, I have to log in to LinkedIn to do so (and it's not very intuitive there).
Emai templates could be a bit more user friendly, but I believe we are using an older version of the templates. The new drag and drop method seems better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time by scheduling our social posts well in advance and not having to log in to each social channel individually as much. The reporting on email campaigns is also very intuitive and gives us insights into where we should focus our efforts in future campaigns.
Workflows are the biggest time saver and do the work of an entire team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love automating tasks, emails, notes, data management, and reminders. I can't stress enough how organized and consistent my work has become. I type much less and can focus on what matters most, Connecting with my most engaged contacts! If you are new to automation the training and the ease of use will be a huge selling point. We are a sales team of 2 people yet we get more done than some of the largest teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a single negative thing to say. All my pain points have already been addressed over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest advantage of HubSpot is the ability to scoring your leads and focusing on who is engaged the most. As we know in sales or marketing the first company to make contact with is always the most rememberable and sets the expectation. Timing is everything! We are able to see who is hot and who is not and able to save lost opportunities when someone returns to an email or our website years down the line.

I recommend taking full advantage of Hubspot Academy to add value to your career path

Perfect for mid-sized marketing departments
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub works well for our organization because the platform is very user friendly and their knowledge base is very helpful when you feel stuck. From email to landing pages, the look and feel is consistent making it easy to find what you're looking for. Recently they updated their editor to drag and drop and it saves so much time! Their customer success managers are outstanding! I believe we're working with our third (in 5 years) and they have all gone above and beyond - they are like an mini extension of our marketing team helping us strategize and plan effective campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are always updating the look and feel of the platform so I have to continuously update any screenshots used for training others in the sales and marketing department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation tools allows us to focus on what really matters instead of focusing on the details. We have workflows set up to give the sales team notifications of what their customers and prospects are doing on our website, blog, or if they've downloaded any additional resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has the ability to scale with your company as you and your marketing team grow. We've been with HubSpot for 5 years and have no regrets. Their customer service and helpdesk are responsive and make sure questions are answered timely and fully. It's a great resource to have!
Powerful, All-Inclusive, and Well Designed
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub covers all the bases for our marketing automation, content creation, social media promotion, email marketing, web site management and hosting, marketing contacts management ... you name it. There is simply no other marketing platform available that provides more functionality and capability in one package. The consistency of design across the platform is terrific -- clean and easy to use, but powerful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the nickel-and-dime fees that you have to pay, even if you are an Enterprise user. For example, the Reporting add-on really should be included without extra charge at Professional and Enterprise levels. And Surcharges for additional contacts at the enterprise level are too expensive -- there should either be more base contacts than the 10K that are included, or batches of additional contacts should be much larger (perhaps 5K instead of 2K blocks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-person marketing team, I need all the tools I can get in order to keep my head above water and make a difference for my company. Without Hubspot's automation, analytics, social media publishing, and content management capabilities I'd never be able to get as much done as I do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, do it. It's not the cheapest solution there is, but it's a powerful platform whose cost is justified by its value.

I love the customer support and tools that are available through Hubspot.
