Not great for ecommerce, but still usable!

UI interface is very intuitive. Allows for easy form creations and automations.

Spec sizes for custom graphics is unclear and causes rework based on mobile vs desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub allows our team to create campaigns and communicate clear messages to our customers in a quick, efficient ways. It's tools make creating an email campaign easy and quick so we can focus on other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning all it's capabilities and at times I feel overwhelmed with all it can do, but as I continue learn that is getting better.

Email marketing, landing pages, data, metrics, campaigns

I like how we have one true source of data in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have features that are paywalled but the options are there.

Our team is more connected in terms of contacts and info sharing.

Hubspot is incredibly easy to use. Being able to do almost all my marketing activities in one spot is a game changer.

The brand/business unit features could be better

Hubspot is helping me determine ROI and tie revenue attribution back to my marketing campaings. This is incredibly important when it comes to securing budget and proving success.

When it comes to implementing AI HubSpot was there introducing AI enablement in email editor where you can generate content and change tone

New changes in the UI is little bit troublesome

When our team is working on something if we’re in the same campaign it won’t save one of our work so we have to ensure we’re out of it before someone else edits even if different section

We love how easy to use the tools are and how much documentation and training there is. Love all the analytics

We use APi integrations to tie into Salesforce and we'd love for the API activity to be more robust

All email marketing for our advisor teams. Love the new tech we're giving to our advisors
Simplify marketing campaigns quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Automations can quickly get out of hand wi the too many versions and too many people contributing ideas and feedback with Marketing Hub I’m able to easily manage the campaigns and versions, plus quickly share the latest updates with key members of the decision team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tough to easily sort through the different campaigns if you don’t develop a strong naming convention early.
