We use it daily for all of our communications.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspots integrations with their CRM makes this why we choose to use Hubspot. The ability to integrate your CRM into a variety of different platforms through PieSync or Zapier, allows your email marketing to leverage the same useful data and integrations. The Hubspot support team are great and always available to help when they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS is a fine platform for basic email design. The level of complexity we need for a greater fidelity of emails is not there within the existing modules and so we find ourselves using third party HTML designers to import into Hubspot. Additionally, conditional variables can be a challenge to work with and reformat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to integrate our product easily into our CRM and then into our email marketing strategy. As mentioned, it's been a great tool for the above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot of users and require deep integrations, the HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool for you. Don't expect to do a large amount of auto segmentation as customer fields can be pretty simple to use. Email automation is easy to build out (although can be somewhat unnesscarily complex) - if you need a tool for manual weekly sending, this is not it. If you need a tool that gives you all your customers at a glance in higher detail than a Mailchimp + you know that automation are something you are working with - this is for you.
All-in-one Sales & Marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the Cadillac of CRM and Marketing Automation tools, you know that whether you've worked with it or not. I work heavily in the Sales and Marketing Hubs, though I do spend time in the Service Hub as well as the CMS. The fact that all these hubs are integrated and talk to each other is *invaluable* to me. No plug-ins or APIs needed. Of course, if you want SFDC to be your CRM, fine, it can do that. But I'm in absolute love with how I can have intel on our contact behavior and sales process well beyond their interactions with my emails, or notes from a sales guy. I have data from our customer service team, knowledge base, blog articles, landing pages... everything!
Also, I am very grateful for HubSpot's blog, knowledge base, the community, and especially the level of activity their employees exhibit in said community. If I'm struggling, I know I can find an answer, or tips/tricks somewhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course there are little things that I wish was different about HubSpot. Responses to marketing emails aren't tracked, if/then workflow branches only capture "at least one associated Activity" and not multiple, you can't yet report on contacts that met the workflow goal, etc. But I do appreciate that they are constantly asking for input, and encouraging users to post ideas for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot as our CRM, marketing automation platform, and service desk. Prior to making the switch last year, we were using SysAid, ActiveCampaign, close.io, and an internal database that had been capturing information for 20 years. None of the tools talked to each other. So I was emailing contacts, asking them to leave us a review on G2 Crowd, not knowing they had just called tech support with an issue. We were not consistently or accurately tracking our sales cycle, closed won vs lost, lead progression, etc. And we certainly weren't gathering data on customer behavior *after* the sale. HubSpot has solved that. All data lives in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User the resources available to you! HubSpot is overwhelming, it's complicated, it's a lot. If you're struggling, look for answers in the community, blog, or knowledge base, because you are not the first person to encounter your problem. Someone else has already had the issue and solved it, so lean on them and their findings instead of trying to reinvent the wheel!

What do you dislike about the product?
Translation tools are too limited (doesn't apply to blog CMS for example)
Multitouch attribution tool and tracking doesn't take into consideration offline campaigns and offers very limited attribution features (no attribution windown, no marketing touchpoints...)

HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
It has all of the essentials - social, crm, cms, marketing automation, etc. For the price, Hubspot is the best value. It is great for small teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's email marketing and website/landing page builders aren't as strong as it's competitors. They've made some recent updates that are great, but they are still a bit behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's social media tools help save time when scheduling in bulk. I do not need to log into another platform or post live.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have an admin that is comfortable with coding. The CMS tools require a bit of CSS/HTML/Javascript knowledge.

All-in-One Marketing Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot Marketing Hub because it makes easier to complete all Marketing tasks in an efficiently and timely manner. I don't need to worry about finding individual tools for each specific task. I can manage my content in a monthly calendar, schedule it, prepare my newsletter, have automated email flows, and more. If I must choose a specific feature, I will go for the ability to create customized workflows. I can nurture my leads and provide awesome content to them just by setting up conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
By now, I just want that it has a better integration with Chatbots for social media. However, it is the best tool in the market as I can find a lot of features to complete my marketing tasks and have a high-level strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to get all my leads information in a single place, so I can analyze them and match my content according to their stage on my funnel or buyer journey. It makes it a lot easier. Also, I enjoy scheduling social media post as I can work ahead of time without rushing the publication for each individual piece of content. Regarding SEO, I see that most recommendations are timely and effective. It helps to keep an eye on search engines rankings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will have everything that you need. Just make sure to understand your business first, and that everybody understands how everything works to get the most out of this amazing software.
Easy to automate your content marketing and lead gen functions
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Hubspot's best feature is the ability to automate your content marketing and distribution all at once. As soon as your blog post or whitepaper is wriiten up you can automatically push out on social, send to your email list and set up data capture and trigger emails. This saves a huge amount of time and gives instant visibility on your content's performance and engagement with your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tricky to set up initially and not always intuitive but once the assets are in place the automation is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies in content distribution and marketing, and full visibility on content performance in real time so I can make content and campaign adjustments to improve and optimize
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at what you want to achieve with your content and marketing strategy and which are your key channels - Hubspot can help you automate alot of this activity so you can spend time optimising your campaigns. You need to spend time setting it up properly to make sure it does everything you want for each campaign.
Feature rich and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing email templates and ability to clone past emails. The data on open and click rates is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set some email features as default (like including a web version link and setting specific fonts not just font families).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of nice looking marketing emails without requiring a graphic designer!
I love having the data on who’s opening and clicking.
